本发明涉及一种隔热涂料,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,用于涂装物体表面而能形成涂膜,从而起到保护、装饰、标志及其他特殊作用(如电绝缘、防污、减阻、隔热、耐辐射、导电、导磁等等),因而随着经济的发展,涂料在工农业、国防、科研和人民生活中得到越来越广泛的应用。但很多外墙涂料在经过太阳的直射下,建筑温度升高,一段时间后,很多涂料会有脱落的现象,涂料寿命很短,现在市面上的外墙涂料很多,但是目前涂料的隔热性能还有待改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种隔热涂料,不仅能有效地绝热,而且还有着优良的防水、防潮、防腐蚀的性能。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种隔热涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
苯丙乳液30-40份, 水溶性饱和聚酯树脂6-8份, 丙烯酸纤维4-7份, 丙烯酸锌树脂10-15份, 醇类溶剂4-8份, 消泡剂1-2份, 有机硅改性环氧树脂10-20份, 聚硅氧烷2-6份,聚氯乙烯3-4份,四乙氧基硅烷2-6份,亚硫酸1-3份,纳米空心玻璃纤维2-5份,稳定剂3-7份,酚醛树脂4-8份。

苯丙乳液35份, 水溶性饱和聚酯树脂7份, 丙烯酸纤维5份, 丙烯酸锌树脂12份, 醇类溶剂6份, 消泡剂1份, 有机硅改性环氧树脂15份, 聚硅氧烷4份,聚氯乙烯3份,四乙氧基硅烷4份,亚硫酸2份,纳米空心玻璃纤维3份,稳定剂5份,酚醛树脂6份。
