本发明公开了一种绝缘涂料,包括硅倍半氧烷化合物3~7份;二甲基二氯硅烷15~18份;对亚苯基二胺12~14份;乙二酸聚酯10~15份;环氧树脂20~30份;正丁醇7~9份;阻燃剂18~24份;羟乙基纤维素5~8份。通过上述方式,本发明一种绝缘涂料,具有附着力强、机械强度高、耐高温性能好、防腐防潮性能优异、低温干燥速度快、贮存稳定性好的优点。

一种绝缘涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料领域,特别是一种绝缘涂料。
背景技术
现有的绝缘涂料大部分为环氧体系,这是由于环氧体系防腐和绝缘性能突出,但是,环氧树脂中的醚键受紫外线照射易断裂,导致涂层老化起粉,同时这些绝缘涂料的绝缘能力较弱。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前涂料技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种绝缘涂料,解决了绝缘涂料绝缘效果差、不环保的问题。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种绝缘涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
       硅倍半氧烷化合物                           3~7份;
         二甲基二氯硅烷                            15~18份;
         对亚苯基二胺                               12~14份;
         乙二酸聚酯                                 10~15份;
         环氧树脂                                   20~30份;
         正丁醇                                      7~9份;
         阻燃剂                                     18~24份;
     羟乙基纤维素                                5~8份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种绝缘涂料,具有附着力强、机械强度高、耐高温性能好、防腐防潮性能优异、低温干燥速度快、贮存稳定性好的优点。

    本发明实施例3包括:一种绝缘涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
       硅倍半氧烷化合物                           7份;
         二甲基二氯硅烷                            18份;
         对亚苯基二胺                               14份;
         乙二酸聚酯                                 15份;
         环氧树脂                                   30份;
         正丁醇                                      9份;
         阻燃剂                                     24份;
     羟乙基纤维素                                8份。
