本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种防水无机保温板专用界面剂。
背景技术
界面剂通过对物体表面进行处理,改善或完全改变材料表面的物理技术性能和表面化学特性。对物体表面进行处理,以改善材料的表面性能,则称为表面处理。界面剂在不同领域都有应用,对物体表面处理工艺手段及目的也都不同,常见的界面剂对物体界面的处理与改性可分为四种工艺类型:润湿与浸渍、涂层处理、偶联剂处理以及表面改性。适用于混凝土、加气混凝土、小型砌块、轻质隔墙、砖混墙面、腻子批刮、瓷砖粘结、砖石背涂及保温板材等的基层界面预处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有的界面剂同时具有防水性能,并使现有市场上无机保温板的粘贴更牢固,降低其导热系数,从而提高使用寿 命,提出一种粗集料硅藻泥原料。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种防水无机保温板专用界面剂,原料按重量份包括:苯丙乳液30-40份,水玻璃10-15份,自来水10-15份,二氧化钛1-5份,硫酸铝1-5份,碳酸钠1-5份,纤维素醚1-5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5-10份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.专用于无机保温板的粘贴,粘贴固性能好,与墙体结合度好,耐高温、防腐蚀。
2.原料易得,生产工艺简单,制作成本低。
3.材料和易性好,质地稳定均匀,应用喷涂、涂刷、浸处理均可。

一种防水无机保温板专用界面剂,原料按重量包括:苯丙乳液35Kg,水玻璃13Kg,自来水12Kg,二氧化钛5Kg,硫酸铝3Kg,碳酸钠2Kg,纤维素醚3Kg,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯7Kg。
实施例3
一种防水无机保温板专用界面剂,原料按重量包括:苯丙乳液40Kg,水玻璃15Kg,自来水15Kg,二氧化钛5Kg,硫酸铝5Kg,碳酸钠4Kg,纤维素醚4Kg,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯7Kg。
