技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体属于一种屋顶用防漏水泥石膏板。
背景技术
石膏板为建筑用普通材料,属于建筑施工中的必备材料。石膏板已广泛用于住宅、办公楼、商店、旅馆和工业厂房等各种建筑物的内隔墙、墙体覆面板(代替墙面抹灰层)、天花板、吸音板、地面基层板和各种装饰板等。市场上出现的防水石膏板容易出现裂纹的缺陷,不仅影响美观,也达不到防漏的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种屋顶用防漏水泥石膏板,有效利用磷石膏、矿渣微粉,结合性能好,而且具有良好的防漏水、耐酸碱,制作成本低,效果好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种屋顶用防漏水泥石膏板,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:碎石土 10-14份、水泥55-60份、磷石膏8-10份、矿渣微粉2-4份、锯末屑3-5份、氧化石蜡皂2-3份、玻璃碎渣5-8份、硅酸铝纤维4-6份、钠基膨润土5-7份、乙酸钠 0.2-0.4份、防水剂4-6份、铝酸盐0.5-0.8份、水适量;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将碎石土、水泥、磷石膏、矿渣微粉、钠基膨润土和适量的水按比例混合,放入搅拌机中搅拌直至混合均匀;向搅拌机中加入乙酸钠、铝酸盐继续搅拌10-20min,得到混合浆料;
(2)将锯末屑、氧化石蜡皂、玻璃碎渣、硅酸铝纤维送入烘箱中加热到200-300℃,保温2-3h后自然冷却,待冷却后得到保温添加料,将保温添加料在标准养护箱中养护 1-2天,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,浇筑入模成型,后在 45-55℃下预养 2-4h,脱模,吊运至切割部切割,得石膏板坯件;
(4) 将步骤(3)中的石膏板坯件放入反应釜中蒸压养护3-4h,蒸汽压力保持0.38 MPa~0.7MPa的压力,即得入库成品。

本发明在原材料中参用了磷石膏、矿渣微粉,在石膏板的表面形成致密的防水层,结合性能好,而且具有良好的防漏水、耐酸碱,制作成本低,效果好。
具体实施方式
一种屋顶用防漏水泥石膏板,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:碎石土 12份、水泥58份、磷石膏9份、矿渣微粉3份、锯末屑4份、氧化石蜡皂2.5份、玻璃碎渣7份、硅酸铝纤维5份、钠基膨润土6份、乙酸钠 0.3份、防水剂5份、铝酸盐0.6份、水适量;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将碎石土、水泥、磷石膏、矿渣微粉、钠基膨润土和适量的水按比例混合,放入搅拌机中搅拌直至混合均匀;向搅拌机中加入乙酸钠、铝酸盐继续搅拌15min,得到混合浆料;
(2)将锯末屑、氧化石蜡皂、玻璃碎渣、硅酸铝纤维送入烘箱中加热到250℃,保温2.5h后自然冷却,待冷却后得到保温添加料,将保温添加料在标准养护箱中养护 1.5天,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,浇筑入模成型,后在 50℃下预养3h,脱模,吊运至切割部切割,得石膏板坯件;
(4) 将步骤(3)中的石膏板坯件放入反应釜中蒸压养护3.5h,蒸汽压力保持0.56MPa的压力,即得入库成品。
本发明具体实施方式制得的石膏板性能参数如下:
体积为1000mm×300mm×40mm,重量仅为水泥板的1/3-1/4。同时其导热系数为0.34,隔热性能优良;其耐火极限可达2h以上。将其放入水中浸泡2-3h,未出现开裂和气泡现象。

1.一种屋顶用防漏水泥石膏板,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:碎石土 10-14份、水泥55-60份、磷石膏8-10份、矿渣微粉2-4份、锯末屑3-5份、氧化石蜡皂2-3份、玻璃碎渣5-8份、硅酸铝纤维4-6份、钠基膨润土5-7份、乙酸钠 0.2-0.4份、防水剂4-6份、铝酸盐0.5-0.8份、水适量;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将碎石土、水泥、磷石膏、矿渣微粉、钠基膨润土和适量的水按比例混合,放入搅拌机中搅拌直至混合均匀;向搅拌机中加入乙酸钠、铝酸盐继续搅拌10-20min,得到混合浆料;
(2)将锯末屑、氧化石蜡皂、玻璃碎渣、硅酸铝纤维送入烘箱中加热到200-300℃,保温2-3h后自然冷却,待冷却后得到保温添加料,将保温添加料在标准养护箱中养护 1-2天,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,浇筑入模成型,后在 45-55℃下预养 2-4h,脱模,吊运至切割部切割,得石膏板坯件;
(4) 将步骤(3)中的石膏板坯件放入反应釜中蒸压养护3-4h,蒸汽压力保持0.38 MPa~0.7MPa的压力,即得入库成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶用防漏水泥石膏板,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:碎石土 12份、水泥58份、磷石膏9份、矿渣微粉3份、锯末屑4份、氧化石蜡皂2.5份、玻璃碎渣7份、硅酸铝纤维5份、钠基膨润土6份、乙酸钠 0.3份、防水剂5份、铝酸盐0.6份、水适量。
