一种水渣高强度加气砖,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:石膏6-8、粉煤灰35-40、水渣25-30、枯矾1-2、硅线石粉8-11、藻酸丙二醇酯1-2、偶氮二甲酰胺0.5-1、水泥10-12、生石灰12-15、改性锯末6-9、加气铝粉5-6、磷酸三甲酚酯0.4-0.7、水适量;本发明加气砖结构致密均匀,强度高、耐磨性好,耐火性、耐水性、保温性、隔音性和尺寸稳定性均良好,还具有良好的阻燃性能,是新型的环保节能建材;通过使用改性锯末,增强了隔热效果,减轻了重量,增加了抗震性能,同时减水效果好。

Claims (1)

1.一种水渣高强度加气砖,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:石膏6-8、粉煤灰.35-40、水渣25-30、枯矾1-2、硅线石粉8-11、藻酸丙二醇酯1-2、偶氮二甲酰胺0.5-1、水泥.10-12、生石灰12-15、改性锯末6-9、加气铝粉5_6、磷酸三甲酚酯0.4-0.7、水适量; 所述改性锯末由下列重量份的原料制成:磷酸锆2-3、锯末12-15、硅酸镁1-2、红磷.0.4-0.7、硼砂0.4-0.6、环烷酸钴0.01-0.02、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.01-0.02、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-3、聚羧酸高效减水剂1-2、丙烯酸1-2、过硫酸铵0.01-0.02、硝酸锆0.5-1.2、石膏晶须3-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.8-1、地沟油2-3 ;制作方法为:将锯末粉碎成50-100目颗粒,边搅拌边喷入氧化聚乙烯蜡、地沟油,混合均匀后放置5-7个小时,再与其他剩余成分混合,加热至75-80°C,分散研磨30-40分钟,即得; 所述的水渣高强度加气砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤: (1)将水泥、生石灰、石膏、水渣、粉煤灰混合,送入球磨机中研磨成100-200目颗粒,再与除加气铝粉之外的成分混合,按水料比为0.57-0.58加入水,搅拌均匀,再加入加气铝粉,搅拌均匀得到浆料; (2 )将第(1)步得到的浆料倒入模具中,得到砖坯体; (3)将砖坯体放入蒸养釜进行抽真空,然后在1.7-1.9小时内均匀地通入蒸汽,使蒸养室内的温度升至170-180°C,压力达到ll_13MPa,保持恒定9_12小时; (4)在1.7-1.9小时内均匀地放出蒸汽,使蒸养室内的温度降至70V以下,出釜,放置.28-30天即得。
