本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐候涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料工业已有多年的生产发展历史,但传统的涂料不仅生产工艺复杂,而且采用的原材料也不够精细,许多原材料更对人体造成极大的危害,从而形成传统涂料的几个不可避免的缺陷:一是不环保,含有多种人体产生辐射伤害的化学元素,可能会导致人体产生不同的病理状态;二是不防水,雨水过后,会留下许多水流痕迹,严重影响涂层表面美观,长久水泡会发生脱落脱粉等质的变化;三是使用周期短,造成重复施工频繁,影响正常工作。不仅浪费财物,而且使人们对涂料使用的长久性失去信心。因此,中、高档涂料是今后涂料发展的方向。特别是外墙建筑涂料,必须具有优越的耐候性、耐久性、保色性、耐污染性等性能。
随着社会经济的快速发展、人民生活水平的不断提高以及高层建筑的大量涌现,对建筑涂料尤其是外墙涂料的要求也越来越高,高性能功能性外墙涂料已成为当前研发的重点。外墙涂料主要起装饰和保护建筑物的外墙面,使建筑物外貌整洁美观,从而达到美化城市环境的目的。同时能够起到保护建筑物外墙壁的作用,延长使用时间,从而获得良好的装饰和保护效果。
外墙涂料长期暴露在大自然环境中,要经受风吹、日晒、盐雾腐蚀、雨淋、冷热变化等作用,在这些外界自然环境的长期反复作用下,涂层易发生开裂、粉化、剥落、变色等现象,使涂层失去原有的装饰保护功能,同时由于大气中灰尘及其他悬浮物质较多,会使易沾污涂层失去原有的装饰效果,从而影响建筑物外貌,而且经常受到雨水的冲刷。所以要求外墙涂料具有很好的耐候、耐沾污、耐水等性能,同时要安全环保、持久耐用,普通的涂料不能满足这种要求。
作为涂料的一种理想性能,不仅要保护和美化基材,而且给予基材本身无法具有的特殊功能,使用一些新的基料就可以使涂料获得非常惊人的高性能化、高增值化、高级化的效果,如高耐候性的氟树脂涂料,用于建筑方面取得良好的效果。因为氟树脂涂料与其它合成树脂相比具有优异的耐候性、耐久性、耐化学品性。但氟树脂较为昂贵,用于建筑外墙饰面要受到极大的限制。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种耐候性好的外墙涂料及其制备方法。该涂料具有耐候、耐酸碱、耐高温、防霉等优异性能,装饰效果优异以及优良的贮存稳定性。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐候涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:纯丙乳液30-42份、颜填料13-21份、水玻璃8-12份、茶多酚0.5-1.2份、抗氧化剂0.05-0.15份、羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份、硅藻土8-15份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1-5份、松香1-3份、水15-25份。
优选的,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:纯丙乳液36份、颜填料17份、水玻璃10份、茶多酚0.8份、抗氧化剂0.1份、羧甲基纤维素钠8份、硅藻土11份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3份、松香2份、水20份。
优选的,所述颜填料为钛白粉、重钙粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、云母粉和高岭土中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂为没食子酸正丙酯或焦性没食子酸。
一种上述耐候涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)按上述配比称重,将水、颜填料、硅藻土、松香、水玻璃依次加入分散罐中,以1200-1500转/分钟的搅拌速度分散20-30分钟,然后经砂磨机进行研磨,直至细度达到30-40μm,得混合物A;(2)将纯丙乳液、茶多酚、抗氧化剂、羧甲基纤维素钠和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯加入分散罐中,以500-600转/分钟的转速分散30-40分钟,然后将混合物A加入分散罐中,以800-1000转/分钟的速度分散30-40分钟后即得本发明涂料。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的耐候外墙涂料可以采用刮涂、喷涂等方式涂刷于外墙,涂料干燥用时短;本外墙涂料耐气候性强,增强了涂料的使用寿命,同时具有很强的耐沾污效果,以及耐水特性,而且还具有一定的杀菌防霉效果,是一种具备多种功能的涂料,适用范围广,满足人们对外墙涂料的要求。本发明的发明人经过研究发现,本发明中特定的抗氧化剂与茶多酚复合使用,能够使得涂料具有优异的抗老化性能,耐气候性强,增强了涂料的使用寿命,粘附力高且收缩性低,不易产生裂纹和缝隙,耐摩擦性好,还具有防止墙面腐蚀、致密性好、高光亮度、高柔韧性好等功能性特点;该涂料生产工艺简单,操作方便,具有良好的市场前景。

实施例5-6中所述耐候涂料的制备方法为:包括以下步骤:(1)按上述配比称重,将水、颜填料、硅藻土、松香、水玻璃依次加入分散罐中,以1500转/分钟的搅拌速度分散20分钟,然后经砂磨机进行研磨,直至细度达到30-40μm,得混合物A;(2)将纯丙乳液、茶多酚、抗氧化剂、羧甲基纤维素钠和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯加入分散罐中,以600转/分钟的转速分散30分钟,然后将混合物A加入分散罐中,以1000转/分钟的速度分散30分钟后即得本发明涂料。
Claims (5)
1.一种耐候涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:纯丙乳液30-42份、颜填料13-21份、水玻璃8-12份、茶多酚0.5-1.2份、抗氧化剂0.05-0.15份、羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份、硅藻土8-15份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1-5份、松香1-3份、水15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制备得到:纯丙乳液36份、颜填料17份、水玻璃10份、茶多酚0.8份、抗氧化剂0.1份、羧甲基纤维素钠8份、硅藻土11份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3份、松香2份、水20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐候涂料,其特征在于,所述颜填料为钛白粉、重钙粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、云母粉和高岭土中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐候涂料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为没食子酸正丙酯或焦性没食子酸。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述耐候涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)按上述配比称重,将水、颜填料、硅藻土、松香、水玻璃依次加入分散罐中,以1200-1500转/分钟的搅拌速度分散20-30分钟,然后经砂磨机进行研磨,直至细度达到30-40μm,得混合物A;(2)将纯丙乳液、茶多酚、抗氧化剂、羧甲基纤维素钠和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯加入分散罐中,以500-600转/分钟的转速分散30-40分钟,然后将混合物A加入分散罐中,以800-1000转/分钟的速度分散30-40分钟后即得本发明涂料。
