in the initial state, the toggle plate 9a is positioned at an upstream position below the chip tray to be sent out, and the transition plate is positioned at the highest point (namely a tray sending limit point B, as shown in fig. 5); when the chip tray works, firstly the second vertical driving mechanism drives the intersecting plate to move to the highest point (namely an intersecting limiting point A), at the moment, the intersecting plate is flush with the supporting plate 1, the transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the supporting plate 1 to transversely move and leave the bottom of the chip tray, and the chip tray is supported on the intersecting plate (as shown in figure 6); then, the second vertical driving mechanism drives the cross plate to move downwards, and in the process that the cross plate moves downwards to the lowest point, the chip tray is naturally cross-supported on the cross plate when the moving track of the cross plate is lower than the cross plate because the cross plate is positioned at the tray limiting point B (as shown in figure 7); subsequently, the transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the supporting plate 1 to move backwards to hold the last and above chip trays (as shown in fig. 7), and then the first vertical driving mechanism drives the transition plate to move downwards, so that the last and first chip tray supported on the transition plate also moves downwards, and when the chip tray falls to the height of the conveying guide rail 4, the last and first chip tray is transferred and falls on the conveying guide rail 4 (as shown in fig. 8), and the chip tray is sent out.
Subsequently, the longitudinal driving mechanism 10a drives the connecting plate 8a to move forwards, so that the toggle plate 9a pushes forward the chip tray falling on the conveying guide rail 4 when moving forwards, thereby realizing forward conveying of the chip tray until the chip tray moves to the feeding station 2a; the correction driving mechanism drives the push plate to transversely move, the chip tray is moved to the fixed plate 3 far away from the position correction mechanism 5a, and finally the chip tray is tightly attached to the fixed plate 3. In the carrying process of the chip, the chip tray is always tightly attached to one of the fixing plates 3 under the action of the position correcting mechanism 5a, so that the chip tray can be stably positioned on the feeding station 2a, and the chip carrying is facilitated.
After the chips on the chip trays are carried away, the longitudinal driving mechanism 10a drives the longitudinal moving plate to return to the upstream of the chip tray to be sent out, and the sending out and the conveying of the next chip tray are continued; when the next chip tray moves forward to the feeding station 2a, the last spare chip tray is pushed forward to the position above the collecting tray supporting plate (collecting station); at this time, the tray-receiving driving mechanism drives the chip tray to move upwards, and leaves the conveying guide rail 4, when the chip tray moves to a height corresponding to the storage plate, the storage driving mechanism drives the storage plate to move to the bottom of the chip tray, so that the chip tray is supported, and the collection of the spare chip tray is completed. And the like, the chip trays are continuously sent out, conveyed and collected, so that the chip trays are supplied.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: the longitudinally moving plate is lower than the hair plate limit point and higher than the lowest point of the transition plate. After a chip tray to be sent is connected to the transition plate, the first vertical driving mechanism drives the transition plate to move downwards, the chip tray on the transition plate is transferred to the longitudinal moving plate in the downward moving process, and then the longitudinal driving mechanism drives the longitudinal moving plate to move forwards to a feeding station, so that the supply of the chip tray is completed; when the chips on the chip trays are carried away, the longitudinal driving mechanism drives the longitudinal moving plate to move forwards to the collecting station, and the tray collecting module collects the spare chip trays.

the tray sending module comprises a tray mechanism and a tray distributing mechanism; the tray mechanism comprises a supporting plate and a transverse driving mechanism for driving the supporting plate to stretch and retract, and chip trays to be sent out are sequentially stacked on the supporting plate; the tray distributing mechanism is arranged below the chip tray and comprises a supporting plate and a vertical driving mechanism for driving the supporting plate to vertically move; in the stroke of vertical movement of the supporting plate, a handover limiting point and a tray limiting point positioned below the handover limiting point are arranged, when the supporting plate moves to the handover limiting point, the supporting plate is flush with the supporting plate, and when the supporting plate moves to the tray limiting point, the supporting plate is lower than the supporting plate by one chip tray height;
the tray conveying module comprises a longitudinal moving plate and a longitudinal driving mechanism for driving the longitudinal moving plate to move, and the longitudinal moving plate is lower than the handover limiting point; under the action of the longitudinal driving mechanism, the longitudinal moving plate reciprocates below the tray-distributing limiting point and at the feeding station;
the fixing frame comprises two fixing plates which are oppositely arranged; the inner sides of the two fixing plates are respectively provided with a conveying guide rail used for supporting the chip tray, and the conveying guide rails are arranged below the tray limiting points; the longitudinal moving plate comprises a connecting plate connected with a power output piece of the longitudinal driving mechanism and a poking plate arranged on the connecting plate, the poking plate is arranged between the two fixed plates, and the poking plate is higher than the conveying guide rail;
two guide frames are arranged on each fixing plate, four guide frames on the two fixing plates form a rectangular storage area, each guide frame is composed of two guide plates which are perpendicular to each other, and the chip trays are sequentially stacked in the storage area.

The tray supply apparatus of a chip burning apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a tray collection module disposed downstream of the loading station along a moving direction of the chip tray after being sent out; the tray collecting module comprises a tray collecting supporting mechanism and a storage mechanism, the tray collecting supporting mechanism comprises a tray collecting supporting plate and a tray collecting driving mechanism for driving the tray collecting supporting plate to vertically move, the tray collecting supporting plate is lower than the conveying guide rail, the storage mechanism comprises a storage plate and a storage driving mechanism for driving the storage plate to transversely move, and the storage plate is higher than the conveying guide rail.

The tray supply apparatus of the chip burning device according to claim 2, wherein the tray supporting mechanism and the storing mechanism are plural, the plurality of tray supporting mechanisms are respectively provided on the inner sides of the two fixing plates in equal numbers, and the plurality of storing mechanisms are respectively provided on the tops of the two fixing plates in equal numbers.

The tray supply apparatus of the chip burning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tray mechanism is plural and is divided into two groups of equal number, each group being provided on top of two fixing plates; the supporting plate of each tray mechanism comprises a connecting part connected with the power output shaft of the transverse driving mechanism and a supporting part arranged on the connecting part.
5. The tray supply apparatus of a chip burning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein both sides of the chip tray are provided with support grooves corresponding to the support portions.

The tray supply device of the chip burning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tray distribution mechanism includes a transition support mechanism and a handover support mechanism, the transition support mechanism includes a transition plate and a first vertical driving mechanism that drives the transition plate to move vertically, the handover support mechanism includes a handover plate and a second vertical driving mechanism that drives the handover plate to move vertically, the transition plate and the handover plate form the support plate, the first vertical driving mechanism and the second vertical driving mechanism form a vertical driving mechanism, and the first vertical driving mechanism and the second vertical driving mechanism are formed by cylinders; when the first vertical driving mechanism drives the transition plate to move to the highest point, the transition plate is positioned on the tray limiting point, and when the first vertical driving mechanism drives the transition plate to move to the lowest point, the transition plate is lower than or flush with the conveying guide rail; when the second vertical driving mechanism drives the cross plate to move to the highest point, the cross plate is positioned on the cross limiting point, and when the second vertical driving mechanism drives the cross plate to move to the lowest point, the cross plate is lower than or flush with the conveying guide rail.
7. The tray supply apparatus of the chip burning apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the transition supporting mechanism and the handover supporting mechanism are each provided in plural groups, and are each provided on the inner sides of the two fixing plates in two groups equal in number.

The tray supply device of the chip burning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a position correction mechanism is provided on the top of one of the fixing plates, the position correction mechanism being provided at a position corresponding to the loading station; the position correcting mechanism comprises a push plate and a correcting driving mechanism for driving the push plate to transversely move.
