The length of the chip tray is equal to the distance between the three chip positioning seats 13a, so that the advantage of the arrangement is that one chip carrying module 11a can carry from the first row of chips of the chip tray, and the other chip carrying module 11a can carry from the chips positioned in the middle of the chip tray, and when the chip tray moves forward for half the length, all the chips on the chip tray can be carried away.
Referring to fig. 10-11, the transverse conveying driving mechanism 15a is composed of a transverse motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism, wherein a screw rod of the screw rod transmission mechanism is connected with a power output shaft of the transverse motor, and the conveying moving plate 16a is arranged on a nut of the screw rod transmission mechanism.

Referring to fig. 10-11, a vertical guiding mechanism is disposed between the connecting block 21a and the carrying moving plate 16a, and the vertical guiding mechanism includes a vertical guide rail 18a fixedly connected to the carrying moving plate 16a and a vertical slider 20a fixedly connected to the connecting block 21 a.
In this embodiment, there are two suction bars 19a, and each chip handling module 11a handles two chips at a time.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a position correction mechanism 5a is provided on the top of one of the fixing plates 3, the position correction mechanism 5a being provided in correspondence with the feeding station 2 a; wherein, the position correction mechanism 5a comprises a push plate and a correction driving mechanism for driving the push plate to transversely move. After the sent chip tray moves to the feeding station 2a under the pushing of the poking plate 9a, the correction driving mechanism drives the pushing plate to move transversely, the chip tray moves towards the fixing plate 3 far away from the position correction mechanism 5a, and finally the chip tray is tightly attached to the fixing plate 3. In the carrying process of the chip, the chip tray is always tightly attached to one of the fixing plates 3 under the action of the position correcting mechanism 5a, so that the chip tray can be stably positioned on the feeding station 2a, and the chip carrying is facilitated. Especially when two chip handling modules 11a work with the longitudinal power mechanism 14a on the processing station 12a, the longitudinal driving mechanism 10a needs to drive the chip tray to move forward one frame each time, and friction between the chip tray and the fixed plate 3 can be increased through the arrangement of the position correcting mechanism 5a, so that moving deviation caused by inertia during forward movement is avoided, and further, the suction rod 19a on the chip handling module 11a can be accurately matched with chips on the chip tray, and smooth chip handling is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the working principle of the chip feeding device of the chip burning device in this embodiment is as follows:
in the initial state, the toggle plate 9a is positioned at an upstream position below the chip tray to be sent out, and the transition plate is positioned at the highest point (namely a tray sending limit point B as shown in FIG. 12); when the chip tray works, firstly the second vertical driving mechanism drives the intersecting plate to move to the highest point (namely an intersecting limiting point A), at the moment, the intersecting plate is flush with the supporting plate 1, the transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the supporting plate 1 to transversely move and leave the bottom of the chip tray, and the chip tray is supported on the intersecting plate (as shown in figure 13); then, the second vertical driving mechanism drives the cross plate to move downwards, and in the process that the cross plate moves downwards to the lowest point, the chip tray is naturally cross-supported on the cross plate when the moving track of the cross plate is lower than the cross plate because the cross plate is positioned at the tray limiting point B (as shown in figure 14); subsequently, the transverse driving mechanism 2 drives the supporting plate 1 to move backwards to hold the last and above chip trays (as shown in fig. 14), and then the first vertical driving mechanism drives the transition plate to move downwards, so that the last and first chip tray supported on the transition plate also moves downwards, and when the chip tray falls to the height of the conveying guide rail 4, the last and first chip tray is transferred and falls on the conveying guide rail 4 (as shown in fig. 15), thereby completing the sending of the chip trays and moving forwards to the feeding station 2a under the driving of the longitudinal driving mechanism 10a; next, the horizontal conveying driving mechanism 15a drives the conveying moving plate 16a to move above the feeding station 2a, then the vertical conveying driving mechanism 17a drives the sucking rod 19a to move downwards to the corresponding chip on the chip tray, and the vacuum device works so that the sucking rod 19a sucks the chip; finally, the chips are driven to the corresponding positions of the processing stations 12a by the vertical conveying driving mechanisms 17a and the horizontal conveying driving mechanisms 15a, and are released on the processing stations 12a, so that the chips on the chip trays are continuously conveyed to the processing stations 12a, and chip feeding is achieved;
after the chips on the chip trays are carried away, the longitudinal driving mechanism 10a drives the longitudinal moving plate to return to the upstream of the chip tray to be sent out, and the sending out and the conveying of the next chip tray are continued; when the next chip tray moves forward to the feeding station 2a, the last spare chip tray is pushed forward to the position above the collecting tray supporting plate (collecting station); at this time, the tray-receiving driving mechanism drives the chip tray to move upwards, and leaves the conveying guide rail 4, when the chip tray moves to a height corresponding to the storage plate, the storage driving mechanism drives the storage plate to move to the bottom of the chip tray, so that the chip tray is supported, and the collection of the spare chip tray is completed. And by analogy, the chip tray is sent out, conveyed, carried and collected continuously, and the chip feeding is realized. .

the chip carrying module comprises a carrying moving plate, a suction rod arranged on the carrying moving plate, a transverse carrying driving mechanism for driving the carrying moving plate to transversely move and a vertical carrying driving mechanism for driving the suction rod to vertically move on the carrying moving plate; the suction rod is connected with the vacuum device, the processing station of the chip burning equipment is arranged on one side of the feeding station, and the transverse conveying driving mechanism drives the conveying moving plate to move above between the feeding station and the processing station of the chip burning equipment.
