背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物(macromolecules),俗称塑料(plastics)或树脂(resin),可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。 塑料的主要成分是树脂。树脂这一名词最初是由动植物分泌出的脂质而得名,如松香、虫胶等,树脂是指尚未和各种添加剂混合的高分子化合物。树脂约占塑料总重量的40%~100%。塑料的基本性能主要决定于树脂的本性,但添加剂也起着重要作用。有些塑料基本上是由合成树脂所组成,不含或少含添加剂,如有机玻璃、聚苯乙烯等。 所谓塑料,其实它是合成树脂中的一种,形状跟天然树脂中的松树脂相似,经过化学手段进行人工合成,而被称之为塑料。
塑料餐具在生产时往往会产生较多的废料和边角料,此类塑料无法继续加工,需要进行破碎后进行回收利用,然而现有的塑料粉碎装置的进料口处缺乏防护装置,粉碎刀组在粉碎时,塑料碎片很容易从进料口崩出而导致人受伤,物品损坏,且目前的塑料粉碎装置结构简单,功能单一,无法满足使用者的使用需求,为此我们设计出一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在结构简单,功能单一,进料口处缺乏防护装置的缺点,而提出的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,包括粉碎室、清洗室和沥水室,所述粉碎室的上端固定连接有倾斜设置的进料通道,所述进料通道与粉碎室连接处的上侧内壁通过转轴转动安装有防护挡板,所述粉碎室的内部设置有圆柱形粉碎腔,所述圆柱形粉碎腔内转动安装有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上固定安装有粉碎刀组,所述粉碎室的下端与清洗室固定连接,且粉碎室与清洗室的连接处设置有落料通道,所述落料通道处通过螺栓安装有弧形滤网板,所述清洗室的内腔靠近落料通道的位置安装有落料控制机构,所述落料控制机构下方的粉碎室内壁固定安装有导向板,所述导向板的上侧设置为斜面,所述导向板与清洗室内壁之间开设有落料槽口,所述导向板的下方转动安装有清洗辊,所述导向板的下侧靠近落料槽口处的位置沿清洗辊的长度方向安装有喷淋管道,所述清洗室的底部呈弧形结构,且清洗室的底部通过滑料通道与沥水室连通,所述沥水室的内部固定安装有沥水网板,所述沥水网板上放置有沥水筐。
优选的,所述粉碎刀组包括安装座和弧形粉碎刀,所述安装座沿旋转轴长度方向呈斜线焊接在旋转轴上,所述弧形粉碎刀通过锁紧螺丝固定安装在安装座上。

1、本发明设置了倾斜的进料通道,且位于进料通道内设置有转动的防护挡板,进料通道内的塑料在自重的作用下滑向粉碎室时,可推动防护挡板进行转动,粉碎室在进行塑料粉碎时,防护挡板挡住迸溅的塑料碎片,避免塑料碎片从进料口崩出,提高了粉碎的安全性;
2、粉碎室可通过粉碎刀组与粉碎腔内壁的交错剪切力对塑料进行粉碎,且设置有弧形滤网板,颗粒大于网板孔目的依然留在粉碎腔内进行粉碎,直至其颗粒小于孔目,才会落入清洗室,塑料有足够的的时间在粉碎腔内接受粉碎,提高了粉碎的效果和效率;
3、清洗室通过清洗辊及其上的摩擦凸起配合清洗室内壁对粉碎后的塑料颗粒进行清洗,去除其表面附着的灰尘和污渍,且落料控制机构可控制塑料颗粒的落料速度和流量,使得粉碎装置能够及时对塑料颗粒进行清洁,缩短了塑料回收利用的工序和时长;
4、沥水室可对清洗后的塑料颗粒进行沥水,进行固液分离,方便塑料颗粒的后续加工。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-5,一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,包括粉碎室1、清洗室2和沥水室3,粉碎室1的上端固定连接有倾斜设置的进料通道4,进料通道4与粉碎室1连接处的上侧内壁通过转轴转动安装有防护挡板5,粉碎室1的内部设置有圆柱形粉碎腔,圆柱形粉碎腔内转动安装有旋转轴6,旋转轴6上固定安装有粉碎刀组7,粉碎刀组7包括安装座71和弧形粉碎刀72,安装座71沿旋转轴6长度方向呈斜线焊接在旋转轴6上,弧形粉碎刀72通过锁紧螺丝固定安装在安装座71上,粉碎室1的下端与清洗室2固定连接,且粉碎室1与清洗室2的连接处设置有落料通道,落料通道处通过螺栓安装有弧形滤网板8,弧形滤网板8与圆柱形粉碎腔的半径相等,清洗室2的内腔靠近落料通道的位置安装有落料控制机构9,落料控制机构9下方的粉碎室1内壁固定安装有导向板10,导向板10的上侧设置为斜面,导向板10与清洗室2内壁之间开设有落料槽口11,导向板10的下方转动安装有清洗辊13,清洗辊13的表面呈矩形阵列设置有摩擦凸起14,导向板10的下侧靠近落料槽口11处的位置沿清洗辊13的长度方向安装有喷淋管道12,喷淋管道12朝向清洗辊13的一侧沿其长度方向开设有喷淋孔,喷淋管道12的一端延伸至清洗室2的外部,并与供水装置连接,清洗室2的底部呈弧形结构,且清洗室2的底部通过滑料通道15与沥水室3连通,沥水室3的内部固定安装有沥水网板16,沥水网板16上放置有沥水筐17,旋转轴6和清洗辊13均由伺服电机驱动,且清洗室2的外壁安装有控制装置,控制装置的型号为西门子S7-200系列可编程PLC控制器。
落料控制机构9包括四个扇形固定板91、四个扇形活动板93和驱动电机94,四个扇形固定板91的圆心处相互连接,弧形侧壁固定连接在清洗室2的内壁上,四个扇形固定板91两两之间与清洗室2的内壁形成扇形落料槽92,四个扇形活动板93的圆心相互连接,并在圆心处安装有驱动电机94,驱动电机94的输出轴固定连接在四个扇形活动板93的圆心处,,扇形活动板93的大小与扇形落料槽92的大小相等,扇形固定板91的上侧呈弧形面设置。
沥水室3位于沥水网板16的上方,且远离滑料通道15的一侧壁开设有活动槽口,沥水筐17的上端位于滑料通道15出口的下方,沥水室3的底部设置有排水口,且排水口通过管道与污水处理设备连接。
本发明在使用时,将塑料废料和边角料倒入进料通道4中,塑料废料顺着进料通道4滑向粉碎室2,经过防护挡板5时,塑料在自重的作用下推开防护挡板5,并落向圆柱形粉碎腔,圆柱形粉碎腔内的旋转轴6在伺服电机的作用下带动粉碎刀组7转动对塑料进行粉碎,粉碎刀组7中的安装座71沿旋转轴6长度方向呈斜线焊接在旋转轴6上,弧形粉碎刀72通过锁紧螺丝固定安装在安装座71上,弧形粉碎刀72与粉碎腔内壁的交错剪切力对塑料进行粉碎,使得粉碎效果更佳,圆柱形粉碎腔的下侧设置有弧形滤网板8,颗粒大于网板孔目的依然留在粉碎腔内进行粉碎,直至其颗粒小于孔目,才会落入清洗室3,塑料有足够的的时间在粉碎腔内接受粉碎,提高了粉碎的效果和效率,粉碎后的塑料颗粒落入清洗室2内,落在落料控制机构8上,驱动电机94带动扇形活动板93转动打开扇形落料槽92,使得塑料颗粒通过打开的扇形落料槽92落向下方,而通过扇形落料槽92的打开角度的大小即可控制塑料颗粒落下的速度,塑料颗粒落向导向板10,并顺着导向板10滑向落料槽口11,清洗辊13由伺服电机带动转动,清洗辊13及其上的摩擦凸起14配合清洗室2内壁对粉碎后的塑料颗粒进行挤压摩擦,喷淋管道12向挤压摩擦处喷淋清洗水,去除其表面附着的灰尘和污渍,达到对塑料颗粒进行清洗的目的,清洗完后的塑料颗粒以及污水顺着滑料通道15互相沥水室3,并落入在沥水室3内的沥水筐17中,塑料颗粒在沥水筐17中进行沥水,污水通过沥水网板16流向沥水室3的底部,并通过管道流向污水处理设备,而塑料颗粒则留在沥水筐17中,沥水筐17可从一侧的活动槽口进行更换。本发明设计新颖,使用便捷,在进料口处设置有防护结构,能够避免塑料碎片从进料口崩出,提高了粉碎的安全性,粉碎室提高了塑料粉碎的效率和效果,清洗室能够对塑料颗粒进行清洁,缩短了塑料回收利用的工序和时,适宜推广使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,包括粉碎室(1)、清洗室(2)和沥水室(3),其特征在于,所述粉碎室(1)的上端固定连接有倾斜设置的进料通道(4),所述进料通道(4)与粉碎室(1)连接处的上侧内壁通过转轴转动安装有防护挡板(5),所述粉碎室(1)的内部设置有圆柱形粉碎腔,所述圆柱形粉碎腔内转动安装有旋转轴(6),所述旋转轴(6)上固定安装有粉碎刀组(7),所述粉碎室(1)的下端与清洗室(2)固定连接,且粉碎室(1)与清洗室(2)的连接处设置有落料通道,所述落料通道处通过螺栓安装有弧形滤网板(8),所述清洗室(2)的内腔靠近落料通道的位置安装有落料控制机构(9),所述落料控制机构(9)下方的粉碎室(1)内壁固定安装有导向板(10),所述导向板(10)的上侧设置为斜面,所述导向板(10)与清洗室(2)内壁之间开设有落料槽口(11),所述导向板(10)的下方转动安装有清洗辊(13),所述导向板(10)的下侧靠近落料槽口(11)处的位置沿清洗辊(13)的长度方向安装有喷淋管道(12),所述清洗室(2)的底部呈弧形结构,且清洗室(2)的底部通过滑料通道(15)与沥水室(3)连通,所述沥水室(3)的内部固定安装有沥水网板(16),所述沥水网板(16)上放置有沥水筐(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述粉碎刀组(7)包括安装座(71)和弧形粉碎刀(72),所述安装座(71)沿旋转轴(6)长度方向呈斜线焊接在旋转轴(6)上,所述弧形粉碎刀(72)通过锁紧螺丝固定安装在安装座(71)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述弧形滤网板(8)与圆柱形粉碎腔的半径相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述落料控制机构(9)包括四个扇形固定板(91)、四个扇形活动板(93)和驱动电机(94),四个所述扇形固定板(91)的圆心处相互连接,弧形侧壁固定连接在清洗室(2)的内壁上,四个所述扇形固定板(91)两两之间与清洗室(2)的内壁形成扇形落料槽(92),四个所述扇形活动板(93)的圆心相互连接,并在圆心处安装有驱动电机(94),所述驱动电机(94)的输出轴固定连接在四个所述扇形活动板(93)的圆心处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述扇形活动板(93)的大小与扇形落料槽(92)的大小相等。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述扇形固定板(91)的上侧呈弧形面设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋管道(12)朝向清洗辊(13)的一侧沿其长度方向开设有喷淋孔,所述喷淋管道(12)的一端延伸至清洗室(2)的外部,并与供水装置连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述清洗辊(13)的表面呈矩形阵列设置有摩擦凸起(14)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述沥水室(3)位于沥水网板(16)的上方,且远离滑料通道(15)的一侧壁开设有活动槽口,所述沥水筐(17)的上端位于滑料通道(15)出口的下方,所述沥水室(3)的底部设置有排水口,且排水口通过管道与污水处理设备连接。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料餐具生产用废料粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述旋转轴(6)和清洗辊(13)均由伺服电机驱动,且清洗室(2)的外壁安装有控制装置,控制装置的型号为西门子S7-200系列可编程PLC控制器。
