技术领域
本发明属于化学纤维相关领域,具体涉及一种高收缩丝。
背景技术
为了满足消费者对纺织产品多样化、新颖化、流行化、高级化的需求,化纤产品正在向着高品质、高附加值的方向发展,高收缩纤维即是其中一种。通常把沸水收缩率在20%左右的纤维称为一般收缩纤维,而把沸水收缩率为35%~45%的纤维称为高收缩纤维。将高收缩纤维与常规化学纤维、羊毛、棉等混纺或与其它种类的纱交织,开发的产品具有柔软悬垂、光泽柔和、双色闪光、凹凸皱缩的新风格,并为开发这类面料奠定了基础。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种高收缩丝。
为了达到本发明的目的,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种高收缩丝,包括以下质量份数的组分:
聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯11~22份,
新戊二醇6~14份,
聚丙烯腈纤维8~19份,
丙烯酸甲酯9~16份,
间苯二甲酸2~6份,
端羧基1~3份。
制备高收缩丝的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量取各原料,将原料松解成小块的棉块或棉束;
(2)将步骤(1)松解后的棉块或棉束中的杂质、疵点及短纤维去除;
(3)采用并条机对棉块或棉束进行混合,形成熟条;
(4)将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,形成粗纱;
(5)将粗纱拉细到所需细度,使纤维伸直平行并加以捻回,成为具有捻度和强度的细纱;
(6)最后将细纱卷绕在筒管上。

进一步,将所述粗纱拉细到0.023mm。
有益效果:本发明的高收缩丝具有热弹性好,毛感柔软,质轻蓬松,保暖性好等特点。

实施例1:制备高收缩丝的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量取各原料:聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯15份,新戊二醇12份,聚丙烯腈纤维17份,丙烯酸甲酯13份,间苯二甲酸4份,端羧基1份,将原料松解成小块的棉块或棉束;
(2)将步骤(1)松解后的棉块或棉束中的杂质、疵点及短纤维去除;
(3)采用并条机对棉块或棉束进行混合,形成熟条;
(4)将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,形成粗纱;
(5)将粗纱拉细到所需细度,使纤维伸直平行并加以捻回,成为具有捻度和强度的细纱;
(6)最后将细纱卷绕在筒管上。

聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯11~22份,
新戊二醇6~14份,
聚丙烯腈纤维8~19份,
丙烯酸甲酯9~16份,
间苯二甲酸2~6份,
端羧基1~3份。
2.制备权利要求1所述高收缩丝的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
