技术领域
本发明涉及一种针织面料的制备方法,尤其是一种超声波压花面料的制备方法。
背景技术
常规的压花面料,其技术原理是面料的部分纤维在经高温定型后,纤维保持一定的挤压形状,从而形成花纹。此类压花面料的立体感和持久性皆不强、花型边缘不清晰,长期使用易变形。现有超声波技术进行压花,超声波技术是一种高效的缝合、压花技术。它利用超声波压花机焊头将布料压紧并传递超声波,在超声波的作用下,布料被压紧的部分高速震荡并摩擦生热,产生的热量超过布料的熔点,从而实现切割、压花等操作。但是在使用过程中,常常会出现剪裁偏斜,压花纹路不规整的情况,尤其是多层布料和对折布料时,布料很容易不整齐造成压花不规整,使得布料被废弃,给生产加工带来很大不便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,本发明利用超声波压花技术,制得的产品花型清晰美观,并且不需要采用针线辅料就能打造出立体浮雕效果,增加了产品的美观感及高档感。
为了解决上述技术问题,一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤,步骤A1:选取75D/72F(DTY)聚酯纤维纱通过编织机织成棉毛结构的表面坯布,其中,奇数针依次由浮线、反向成圈、成圈、浮线4个织造结构组成循环,偶数针依次由反向成圈、浮线、浮线、成圈4个织造结构组成循环;步骤B1:将表面坯布进行预定型;步骤C1:对表面坯布进行前处理;步骤D1:对表面坯布进行溢流染色;步骤E1:对表面坯布进行清洗;步骤F1:对表面坯布进行后整理;步骤G1:对表面坯布进行复定型;

上述技术方案中,优选的,在步骤C1前处理时,表面坯布需要浸入到前处理液中,面料坯布与前处理液的浴比1:10,前处理温度为90℃~110℃,处理时间为15min~25 min,前处理液中还包括0.1g/L~1g/L非硅消泡剂、 1g/L~2g/L炼染同浴除油剂、 0.1g/L~1g/L冰醋酸、 0.1g/L~1g/L片碱;在步骤C2前处理时,底层坯布与前处理液的浴比1:10,前处理温度为90℃~110℃,处理时间为15min~25 min,前处理液中还包括0.1g/L~1g/L非硅消泡剂、1g/L~2g/L炼染同浴除油剂。

本发明布料具有表面坯布和底层坯布两种结构,其中表面坯布采用棉毛结构,经加工后的面料柔软舒适;底层坯布采用单面绒结构,此结构面料经过拉表面坯布和底层坯布的面料都选用沸水收缩率相近的聚酯纤维纱线。在后续生产加工过程,这样能避免由于纱线沸缩不同引起的布面品质问题。通过超声波加工后的面料产品花型清晰美观,并且不需要采用针线辅料就能打造出立体浮雕效果,另外加工后的面料无针孔,水密性好,更具舒适保暖的效果。其次,超声波压花技术通过更换模具,即可获得千变万化且复杂的图案,可依客户需求开发各种不同的花形和效果,更容易满足日新月异的市场需求。最终的成品面料还具有抗剥离、外观无起皱、立体感强、耐用性好的优点。
与现有技术相比,本发明利用超声波压花技术,制得的产品花型清晰美观,并且不需要采用针线辅料就能打造出立体浮雕效果,增加了产品的美观感及高档感。

实施例3,如图1和图2所示, 一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤,表面坯布的织造方法:步骤A1:选取75D/72F(DTY)聚酯纤维纱通过编织机织成棉毛结构的表面坯布,其中,奇数针依次由浮线、反向成圈、成圈、浮线4个织造结构组成循环,偶数针依次由反向成圈、浮线、浮线、成圈4个织造结构组成循环。步骤B1:将表面坯布进行预定型;预定型温度在200℃,车速在30 m/min,超喂比40%。步骤C1:对表面坯布进行前处理;表面坯布需要浸入到前处理液中,面料坯布与前处理液的浴比1:10,前处理温度为110℃,处理时间为25 min,前处理液中还包括1g/L非硅消泡剂、2g/L炼染同浴除油剂、1g/L冰醋酸、1g/L片碱。步骤D1:对表面坯布进行溢流染色;,表面坯布与染色液的浴比1:10,染色温度在140℃,染色时间在80min,染色液中包括0.5g/L醋酸钠、2g/L螯合剂、1g/L冰醋酸、0.5%owf分散染料,2g/L分散剂, 0.5g/L匀染剂, 2g/L氧化剂。步骤E1:对表面坯布进行清洗;清洗液中包括3g/l保险粉,0.3g/l冰醋酸,0.5g/l皂洗剂,1g/l片碱。步骤F1:对表面坯布进行后整理;后整理液包括20g/l乳化剂,3g/l柔软剂。步骤G1:对表面坯布进行复定型;复定型温度在120℃,车速在40 m/min,超喂比40%。
底层坯布的织造方法:步骤A2:选取75D/72F(DTY)聚酯纤维纱作为毛圈,75D/36F(DTY)作为地纱通过毛巾机开布织成单面绒结构的底层坯布。步骤B2:对底层坯布进行前处理;底层坯布与前处理液的浴比1:10,前处理温度为110℃,处理时间为25 min,前处理液中还包括1g/L非硅消泡剂、 12g/L炼染同浴除油剂。步骤C2:对底层坯布进行溢流染色;底层坯布与染色液的浴比1:10,染色温度在140℃,染色时间在80min之间,染色液中包括0.5g/L醋酸钠、 2g/L螯合剂、 1g/L冰醋酸、0.5%owf分散染料, 2g/L分散剂, 0.5g/L匀染剂, 2g/L氧化剂。步骤D2:对底层坯布进行清洗;清洗液中包括3g/l保险粉,0.5g/l冰醋酸,0.5g/l皂洗剂,1g/l纯碱。步骤E2:对底层坯布进行脱水。步骤F2:对底层坯布进行后整理;后整理液包括20g/l乳化剂,3g/l柔软剂;20g/l水溶性聚氨酯,20g/l 亲水硅油。步骤G2:对底层坯布进行剖幅-开幅轧柔软。步骤H2:对底层坯布进行拉毛--梳毛--剪毛--单箱式摇粒。步骤I2: 对底层坯布进行复定型;在步骤I2:对底层坯布进行复定型时,复定型温度在120℃,车速在30 m/min,超喂比30%。
表面坯布和底层坯布的复合方法:步骤J:将表面坯布和底层坯布通过进行水性PVC胶水进行复合。步骤K:将复合后的表面坯布和底层坯布超声波压花处理,在处理时表面坯布和底层坯布通过花纹辊进行加压,超声波处理结束后得到一种超声波压花面料。

Claims (7)

1.一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为包括以下几个步骤,
步骤A1:选取75D/72F(DTY)聚酯纤维纱通过编织机织成棉毛结构的表面坯布,其中,奇数针依次由浮线、反向成圈、成圈、浮线4个织造结构组成循环,偶数针依次由反向成圈、浮线、浮线、成圈4个织造结构组成循环;
步骤B1:将表面坯布进行预定型;
步骤C1:对表面坯布进行前处理;
步骤D1:对表面坯布进行溢流染色;
步骤E1:对表面坯布进行清洗;
步骤F1:对表面坯布进行后整理;
步骤G1:对表面坯布进行复定型;
步骤A2:选取75D/72F(DTY)聚酯纤维纱作为毛圈,75D/36F(DTY)作为地纱通过毛巾机开布织成单面绒结构的底层坯布;
步骤B2:对底层坯布进行前处理;
步骤C2:对底层坯布进行溢流染色;

步骤J:将表面坯布和底层坯布通过进行水性PVC胶水进行复合;
步骤K:将复合后的表面坯布和底层坯布超声波压花处理,在处理时表面坯布和底层坯布通过花纹辊进行加压,超声波处理结束后得到一种超声波压花面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤B1预定型时,预定型温度在180℃~200℃,车速在10m/min~30 m/min,超喂比10%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤C1前处理时,表面坯布需要浸入到前处理液中,面料坯布与前处理液的浴比1:10,前处理温度为90℃~110℃,处理时间为15min~25 min,前处理液中还包括0.1g/L~1g/L非硅消泡剂、1g/L~2g/L炼染同浴除油剂、 0.1g/L~1g/L冰醋酸、 0.1g/L~1g/L片碱;在步骤B2前处理时,底层坯布与前处理液的浴比1:10,前处理温度为90℃~110℃,处理时间为15min~25 min,前处理液中还包括0.1g/L~1g/L非硅消泡剂、 1g/L~2g/L炼染同浴除油剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为,步骤D1对表面坯布进行溢流染色时,表面坯布与染色液的浴比1:10,染色温度在100℃-140℃,染色时间在60min-80min之间,染色液中包括0.1g/L~0.5g/L醋酸钠、 0.5g/L~2g/L螯合剂、0.1g/L~1g/L冰醋酸、0.1%owf- 0.5%owf分散染料,0.5g/L~2g/L分散剂, 0.1g/L~0.5g/L匀染剂, 0.5g/L~2g/L氧化剂;步骤C2对底层坯布进行溢流染色时,底层坯布与染色液的浴比1:10,染色温度在100℃-140℃,染色时间在60min-80min之间,染色液中包括0.1g/L~0.5g/L醋酸钠、 0.5g/L~2g/L螯合剂、 0.1g/L~1g/L冰醋酸、0.1%owf- 0.5%owf分散染料,0.5g/L~2g/L分散剂, 0.1g/L~0.5g/L匀染剂, 0.5g/L~2g/L氧化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤E1对表面坯布进行清洗时,清洗液中包括3g/l保险粉,0.3g/l冰醋酸,0.5g/l皂洗剂,1g/l片碱,在步骤D2对底层坯布进行清洗时清洗液中包括3g/l保险粉,0.5g/l冰醋酸,0.5g/l皂洗剂,1g/l纯碱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤F1:对表面坯布进行后整理时,后整理液包括20g/l乳化剂,3g/l柔软剂;在步骤F2对底层坯布进行后整理时后整理液包括20g/l乳化剂,3g/l柔软剂;20g/l水溶性聚氨酯,20g/l 亲水硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波压花立体针织面料的制备方法,其特征为,在步骤G1对表面坯布进行复定型时,复定型温度在80℃~120℃,车速在10m/min~40 m/min,超喂比10%~40%;在步骤I2:对底层坯布进行复定型时,复定型温度在90℃~120℃,车速在10m/min~30 m/min,超喂比20%~30%。
