本发明涉及一种蝉花虫草API的提取干燥方法,使用小分子水蒸馏水或低氘水以及甘油使蝉化虫草的有效成分充分浸出,然后过滤,使用喷雾干燥将蝉花虫草API加工成粉末。本方法能彻底的将蝉花虫草中的API成分溶出,干燥采用喷雾干燥方式,只在瞬间接触高温气体,确保了蝉花虫草API的有效性。

技术领域
本发明属于食用菌类有效成分的提取领域,尤其涉及一种蝉花虫草API的提取干燥方法。
背景技术
蝉花虫草是一种名贵的中药材,中医药书介绍说,金蝉花含有大量甲壳质和氮等,其功能有降低横纹肌紧张度,并对神经节有阻断作用,出自《本草图经》。国内外研究表明,蝉花具有提高免疫力、抗疲劳、保肾、改善、睡眠、抗肿瘤、保肝、抗辐射和明目等多重作用,是神奇的古老中药。金蝉花含甘露醇2.18%、多糖21.73%,氨基酸19.76%,虫草素0.005%,腺苷0.05%,这与天然冬虫夏草相似,但砷、汞、铅等有毒重金属没有检出,这比天然冬虫夏草安全。因此,蝉花可以作为冬虫夏草的代用品,同样可以达到滋补养生的作用。
蝉花虫草中的多糖、麦角固醇、多球壳菌素、虫草酸都属于水溶性物质,核苷类(腺苷、虫草素、尿苷、腺嘌呤、鸟嘌呤)、生物碱在甘油中溶解较多,甾醇类物质在水相和脂相都可溶解。
为了便于对蝉花虫草有效成分的吸收,有必要采用某种方法将彻底将蝉花虫草中的API成分溶出,并干燥保存,以便服用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蝉花虫草API的提取干燥方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)选取野生或人工栽培的蝉花虫草进行粉碎,粉碎目数大于或等于300目;
2)按蝉花虫草粉:小分子水蒸馏水或低氘水1:5-15的比例加入小分子水蒸馏水或低氘水;按照蝉花虫草粉:食用甘油1:5-10的比例加入食用甘油;
3)加入蒸馏水或低氘水和甘油后,在提取罐内低温搅拌提取20-30小时,提取温度在0-15℃,搅拌速度在15-60转之间;
4)提取完成后进行离心过滤,滤袋孔径为800目;
5)离心过滤后在浓缩罐内进行真空减压浓缩,真空度大于或等于-0.095Mpa,浓缩至原来体积的2/3-1/3;
6)浓缩完成后进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥时进风温度控制在90-130℃,出风口温度控制在50-80℃,进料速度控制在20-100L/h,旋风收集器风速控制在500-1000m3/h;
7)收集并密封保存。
本发明选取的提取溶剂为小分子水(蒸馏水或者低氘水,低氘水氘的含量为100ppm以下)、食用甘油,两者的结合提取可以更彻底的将蝉花虫草中的API成分溶出。并且所用的水为小分子水,不但有利于水溶性物质的溶出也有利于脂溶性分子的溶出,避免了离子带电荷阻挡脂溶性成分的溶解。
干燥采用喷雾干燥方式,只在瞬间接触高温气体,所采用的干燥方法经多次实验,确定了最佳的干燥工艺参数,使溶液在转变成粉末的同时确保了蝉花虫草API的有效性。
本发明专利所用的水为小分子水,不但有利于水溶性物质的溶出也有利于脂溶性分子的溶出,避免了离子带电荷阻挡脂溶性成分的溶解。

本发明的这一方法可以高效快速的将蝉花虫草API加工成粉末,下面用实例对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1
1)选取野生蝉花虫草进行粉碎,粉碎目数300目;
2)按照蝉花虫草粉1:5加入蒸馏水;按照蝉花虫草粉加入1:5加入食用甘油;
3)加入蒸馏水和甘油后,在提取罐内低温搅拌提取20小时,提取温度在0-15℃,搅拌速度在15转/分钟;
4)提取完成后进行离心过滤,滤袋孔径为800目;
5)离心过滤后在浓缩罐内进行真空减压浓缩,真空度大于等于-0.095Mpa,浓缩至原来体积的2/3即可;
6)浓缩完成后进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥时进风温度控制在90℃,出风口温度控制在70℃,进料速度控制在20L/h,旋风收集器风速控制在700m3/h,观察收集料桶粉的湿度情况,根据粉末的干湿度调节进料速度。
7)收集完成后密封保存即可。
实施例2
1)选取野生蝉花虫草进行粉碎,粉碎目数300目;
2)按照蝉花虫草粉1:8加入蒸馏水;按照蝉花虫草粉加入1:7加入食用甘油;
3)加入蒸馏水和甘油后,在提取罐内低温搅拌提取25小时,提取温度在0-15℃,搅拌速度在20转/分钟;
4)提取完成后进行离心过滤,滤袋孔径为800目;
5)离心过滤后在浓缩罐内进行真空减压浓缩,真空度大于等于-0.095Mpa,浓缩至原来体积的2/3即可;
6)浓缩完成后进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥时进风温度控制在100℃,出风口温度控制在80℃,进料速度控制在30L/h,旋风收集器风速控制在800m3/h,观察收集料桶粉的湿度情况,根据粉末的干湿度调节进料速度。

5)离心过滤后在浓缩罐内进行真空减压浓缩,真空度大于等于-0.095Mpa,浓缩至原来体积的1/2即可;
6)浓缩完成后进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥时进风温度控制在110℃,出风口温度控制在80℃,进料速度控制在50L/h,旋风收集器风速控制在1000m3/h,观察收集料桶粉的湿度情况,根据粉末的干湿度调节进料速度。
7)收集完成后密封保存即可。
Claims (1)
1.一种蝉花虫草API的提取干燥方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)选取野生或人工栽培的蝉花虫草进行粉碎,粉碎目数大于或等于300目;
2)按蝉花虫草粉:小分子水蒸馏水或低氘水1:5-15的比例加入小分子水蒸馏水或低氘水;按照蝉花虫草粉:食用甘油1:5-10的比例加入食用甘油;
3)加入蒸馏水或低氘水和甘油后,在提取罐内低温搅拌提取20-30小时,提取温度在0-15℃,搅拌速度在15-60转之间;
4)提取完成后进行离心过滤,滤袋孔径为800目;
5)离心过滤后在浓缩罐内进行真空减压浓缩,真空度大于或等于-0.095Mpa,浓缩至原来体积的2/3-1/3;
6)浓缩完成后进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥时进风温度控制在90-130℃,出风口温度控制在50-80℃,进料速度控制在20-100L/h,旋风收集器风速控制在500-1000m3/h;
7)收集并密封保存。
