The exhaust assembly specifically comprises a fan 120, a box body 102, and a rice inlet 1022 and an exhaust port 1026 which are arranged on the box body 102, wherein the fan 120 is connected with the rice inlet 1022 on the box body 102 through an air pipe 122; in the blowing and anti-overflow process, the fan 120 is turned on to form an air flow, which enters the box body 102 through the air pipe 122, and the air flow drives the steam of the pot in the cooking appliance 1 to flow and to be discharged out of the cooking appliance through the air outlet 1026, so that the anti-overflow effect is achieved.
The sewage draining assembly 16 comprises a sewage draining pipe 160 and a sewage draining box 162, wherein a sewage valve 164 is arranged on the sewage draining pipe 160; when sewage is discharged, the sewage valve 164 is opened, and sewage enters the sewage discharging box from the sewage discharging pipe 160 to finish the sewage discharging.
Fig. 1b shows a schematic flow chart of a control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1b, the method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance comprises the following steps:

106, when the situation that food materials overflow from the cooking appliance is judged, starting a fan to blow gas into the box body, and discharging the gas through an exhaust assembly; and

According to the anti-overflow control method for the cooking utensil, whether food materials overflow in the cooking utensil 1 is judged in real time, when the food materials overflow in the cooking utensil 1 is determined, the fan 120 is started to blow gas into the box body 102, meanwhile, the box bottom 100 is controlled to be opened, the gas flow blown into the box body 102 by the fan 120 drives the steam of the inner pot of the cooking utensil 1 to flow, the steam of the inner pot is discharged out of the cooking utensil 1 through the exhaust port of the cooking utensil 1, meanwhile, the gas flow blown out by the fan 120 can further reduce the steam temperature of the inner pot, the air flow in the inner pot is accelerated, and the anti-overflow purpose is achieved. Further, the driving device is started to control the opening of the box bottom 100, so that the airflow flowing in the inner pot is accelerated, the air pressure in the pot is further reduced, and the anti-overflow control is performed. Further, whether liquid overflows in the cooking utensil is judged in real time through the anti-overflow sensor, and then the stability of the anti-overflow function is guaranteed.
In the related art, the cooking appliance performs pressure relief and overflow prevention by using the steam valve, so that the number of parts of the cooking appliance and the production and manufacturing costs are increased. According to the anti-overflow control method for the cooking appliance, the existing structural components of the cooking appliance 1, namely the material washing box assembly 10 and the feeding assembly 12, can directly replace a steam valve, anti-overflow control can be completed without adding other components, the structure of the cooking appliance 1 is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance 1 is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the cooking appliance 1 is enhanced.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance includes:
step 202, judging whether food materials overflow from the cooking utensil in real time;
step 204, when the food materials are judged to overflow from the cooking utensil, starting a fan to blow gas into the box body, and discharging the gas through an exhaust assembly;
step 206, starting a driving device to control the opening of the box bottom to prevent overflowing;
step 208, judging whether the overflow condition in the cooking utensil is eliminated in real time; when the overflow condition has been eliminated, proceed to step 210; when the overflow condition is not eliminated, returning to step 204;
and step 210, after delaying the first preset time, controlling the driving device to close the box bottom and close the fan.
In this embodiment, when the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is eliminated, the driving device is controlled to close the box bottom 100 and close the fan 120 after delaying the first preset time, so as to ensure that the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is completely eliminated, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing overflow. Further, when the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is not eliminated, the cooking appliance 1 continues to prevent overflow, so that the control method for preventing overflow of the cooking appliance is effective and reliable, and the good cooking effect of the cooking appliance 1 is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, the first preset time range is as follows: 2s to 19 s. Further, the optimal cooking effect of the cooking appliance 1 can be ensured by setting according to cooking experience or setting corresponding first preset time according to a cooking recipe, rice type and rice amount.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the step of determining whether the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is eliminated in real time specifically includes: the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is detected in real time by the overflow prevention sensor.
In the embodiment, the overflow preventing sensor is used for detecting the overflow condition in the cooking utensil 1 in real time, so that the realization of the control method for preventing the overflow of the cooking utensil is simple and convenient, the overflow preventing sensor is arranged, the overflow condition in the inner pot can be accurately judged, and the stability of the overflow preventing function is further ensured; furthermore, whether the anti-overflow condition is eliminated can be judged according to cooking experience, the anti-overflow working time is mastered according to the cooking experience, and the aims of simplifying the structure of the cooking appliance 1, reducing the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance 1 and enhancing the market competitiveness of the cooking appliance 1 are fulfilled.

Further, the anti-overflow time can be set according to cooking experience, or the anti-overflow time can be calculated according to cooking recipes, rice types and rice quantities.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic flow chart of a control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance includes:
step 402, receiving a cooking function starting instruction and starting cooking;
step 404, judging whether food materials overflow from the cooking appliance in real time;
step 406, when the food materials in the cooking appliance are judged to overflow, starting a fan to blow gas into the box body, and discharging the gas through an exhaust assembly;
step 408, starting a driving device to control the opening of the box bottom to prevent overflowing;

In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 1 starts to cook by receiving a cooking function starting instruction, and then whether liquid overflows in the cooking appliance 1 can be determined in real time, so that the anti-overflow control method of the cooking appliance is effectively performed, and the anti-overflow purpose is achieved.
Furthermore, in the air blowing and overflowing process, the opening drive of the box bottom can be controlled simultaneously (particularly, the box bottom can be driven by a stepping motor) to enable the box bottom to move up and down rapidly, the blown air can cover most of the area in the pot, the uneven air blowing can be avoided, the best air blowing and overflowing preventing effect can be achieved, and the overflowing preventing control effect of the cooking utensil is further enhanced. Specifically, the number of times of completing the up-and-down movement of the box body with the preset single air inflow is calculated according to the air inlet time required by the preset single air inflow and the time required by opening and closing the box bottom once, and the box body is controlled to operate up and down according to the calculated number of times, so that the blown air can cover most of the area in the pot, the best air blowing anti-overflow effect is achieved, and the anti-overflow control effect of the cooking utensil is further enhanced; and meanwhile, the box bottom is accurately controlled to move up and down, unnecessary up and down movement of the box bottom is avoided, the service life of the cooking utensil is prolonged, and the use experience of a user on the cooking utensil is further improved.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic block diagram of a control system for preventing an overflow of a cooking appliance according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the control system 500 for preventing overflow of the cooking appliance includes:
a determining unit 502, configured to determine whether food materials overflow from the cooking appliance 1 in real time;
a first control unit 504, configured to, when it is determined that food materials will overflow from the cooking appliance 1, turn on the blower 120 to blow gas into the box 102, where the gas is exhausted through the exhaust assembly; and
and also for activating the drive means to control the opening of the cassette bottom 100 for spill prevention.
According to the anti-overflow control method for the cooking utensil, whether food materials overflow in the cooking utensil 1 is judged in real time through the judging unit 502, through the first control unit 504, when the food materials overflow in the cooking utensil 1 is determined, the fan 120 is started to blow gas into the box body 102, meanwhile, the box bottom 100 is controlled to be opened, the air flow blown into the box body 102 by the fan 120 drives the steam of the inner pot of the cooking utensil 1 to flow, the steam of the inner pot is discharged out of the cooking utensil 1 through the exhaust port of the cooking utensil 1, meanwhile, the air flow blown out by the fan 120 can further reduce the steam temperature of the inner pot, the air flow flowing in the inner pot is accelerated, and the anti-overflow purpose is achieved. Further, the driving device is started to control the opening of the box bottom 100, so that the airflow flowing in the inner pot is accelerated, the air pressure in the pot is further reduced, and the anti-overflow control is performed. Further, whether liquid overflows in the cooking utensil is judged in real time through the anti-overflow sensor, and then the stability of the anti-overflow function is guaranteed.

In this embodiment, the determination unit 502 determines whether the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is eliminated in real time, and when the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is eliminated, the first control unit 504 controls the driving device to close the box bottom 100 and close the fan 120 after delaying for the first preset time, so as to ensure that the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is completely eliminated, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing overflow. Further, when the overflow condition in the cooking appliance is not eliminated, the cooking appliance 1 continues to perform the overflow prevention through the first control unit 504, so that the control method for the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance is effective and reliable, and the good cooking effect of the cooking appliance 1 is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, the first preset time range is as follows: 2s to 19 s. a first control unit 604, configured to turn on the blower 120 to blow air into the box 102 when it is determined that food materials will overflow from the cooking appliance 1;

a timing unit 606 for timing an overflow prevention proceeding time; and

In this embodiment, when the anti-overflow proceeding time counted by the timing unit 606 reaches the second preset time, the second control unit 608 controls the driving device to close the box bottom 100 and close the fan 120, so that the overflow condition in the cooking appliance 1 is completely eliminated, and the anti-overflow purpose is achieved. Further, the anti-overflow time can be set according to cooking experience, or the anti-overflow time can be calculated according to cooking recipes, rice types and rice quantities.

a receiving unit 702, configured to receive a cooking function start instruction and start cooking;
a determining unit 704, configured to determine whether there will be food material overflowing from the cooking appliance 1 in real time;
a first control unit 706, configured to, when it is determined that food materials will overflow from the cooking appliance 1, turn on the blower 120 to blow gas into the box 102, where the gas is exhausted through the exhaust assembly;

Fig. 8 shows a schematic block diagram of a cooking appliance of the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the cooking appliance 800 includes: the anti-overflow control system 802 for the cooking appliance in any technical scheme.
According to the cooking appliance 800 provided by the invention, by adopting the anti-overflow control system 802 of the cooking appliance in any technical scheme, the steam valve can be directly replaced by the existing structural components of the cooking appliance 1, namely the material washing box assembly 10 and the feeding assembly 12, the anti-overflow control can be completed without adding other components, the structure of the cooking appliance 1 is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance 1 is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the cooking appliance 1 is enhanced.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor being configured to perform the steps of the method according to any of the above-mentioned aspects.
The computer device provided by the invention is a server for supporting the operation of a control system for preventing the cooking utensil from overflowing, and the processor executes a computer program stored in the memory, so that the existing structural components of the cooking utensil 1, namely the material washing box assembly 10 and the feeding assembly 12 can be used for directly replacing a steam valve, the overflow prevention control can be completed without adding other components, the structure of the cooking utensil 1 is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the cooking utensil 1 is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the cooking utensil 1 is enhanced.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, this computer equipment 9 includes: a memory 92, a processor 94 and a computer program stored on the memory 92 and executable on the processor 94, the processor 94 when executing the computer program performing the steps of:

The computer-readable storage medium provided by the invention is installed in a server supporting the operation of a control system for preventing the cooking utensil from overflowing, the computer-readable storage medium is stored with a computer program, and by operating the computer program, the existing structural components of the cooking utensil 1, namely the material washing box assembly 10 and the feeding assembly 12, can be used for directly replacing a steam valve, and the overflowing prevention control can be completed without adding other components, so that the structure of the cooking utensil 1 is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the cooking utensil 1 is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the cooking utensil 1 is enhanced.

A control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking appliance comprises: the washing box assembly and the feeding assembly are connected with the washing box assembly; wherein, the washing material box subassembly includes: the box body and the box body form a box bottom of an accommodating cavity in an enclosing mode, and the box bottom is connected with the driving device and can be opened and closed; the box body is provided with an exhaust assembly; the feeding assembly comprises a fan and an air pipe connected with the fan, the other end of the air pipe is connected with the box body, and the anti-overflow control method of the cooking utensil comprises the following steps:
judging whether food materials overflow from the cooking utensil in real time;
when the situation that food materials overflow from the cooking utensil is judged, the fan is started to blow gas into the box body, and the gas is exhausted through the exhaust assembly; and
starting the driving device to control the box bottom to be opened so as to prevent overflow;
further comprising:
judging whether the overflow condition in the cooking utensil is eliminated in real time;
when the overflow condition is eliminated, delaying for a first preset time, and controlling the driving device to close the box bottom; and turning off the fan;
and when the overflow condition is not eliminated, continuing to prevent overflow.
2. The method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether food materials overflow in the cooking appliance in real time; and/or the step of judging whether the overflow condition in the cooking utensil is eliminated in real time specifically comprises the following steps:
the overflow condition of the food materials in the cooking appliance is detected in real time through the overflow prevention sensor.
3. The control method for preventing the overflow of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising:
timing the anti-overflow time;
when the anti-overflow time reaches a second preset time, controlling the driving device to close the box bottom; and
and closing the fan.
4. The control method for preventing the cooking utensil from overflowing according to claim 1, wherein the step of activating the driving device to control the box bottom to be opened for preventing overflowing specifically comprises the following steps:
and controlling the box bottom to open and close and to move up and down.

calculating the times of completing the vertical movement of the box body by the preset single air inflow according to the air inflow time required by the preset single air inflow and the time required by opening and closing the box bottom for one time;
and controlling the box bottom to finish the up-and-down movement of the times.

the driving device is also used for starting to control the opening of the box bottom to prevent overflowing;

the first control unit is further used for controlling the driving device to close the box bottom after delaying for a first preset time when the overflow condition is eliminated; and turning off the fan;
the first control unit is also used for continuing to prevent overflow when the overflow condition is not eliminated.
