Fig. 1a shows a schematic structural diagram of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. wherein, rice washing box subassembly 10 includes: a box body 102, a box bottom 100 enclosing a containing cavity with the box body 102, the box bottom 100 is connected with a driving device (not shown in the figure) and can be opened and closed; the box body 102 is provided with a water inlet 1020, a rice inlet 1022, a sewage outlet 1024 and an exhaust port 1026; during cooking, rice materials enter the box body 102 through the rice inlet 1022, water enters the box body 102 through the water inlet 1020 and starts to be cleaned, the box bottom 100 is closed at the moment, after cleaning is finished, pollution is discharged through the sewage discharge outlet, and then the box bottom 100 is opened to finish discharging rice into the inner pot 18.
Liquid feeding unit 14 includes: the water inlet pipe 140 is connected with a water source, the other end of the water inlet pipe 140 is connected with a water inlet 1020 on the box body 102, and the water inlet pipe 140 is also provided with a water inlet valve 142 and a flow meter 144; when cooking begins, the water inlet valve 142 is opened and water enters the box 102 through the water inlet tube 140 and the flow meter 144 is used to meter the water inlet.

The sewage draining assembly 16 comprises a sewage draining pipe 160 and a sewage draining box 162, wherein a sewage valve 164 is arranged on the sewage draining pipe 160; when sewage is discharged, the sewage valve 164 is opened, and sewage enters the sewage discharging box from the sewage discharging pipe 160 to finish the sewage discharging.
Fig. 1b shows a schematic flow chart of a control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1b, the method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance comprises the following steps:
step 104, obtaining cooking parameter information, and calculating total water amount required for cooking, first water amount required for a first cooking stage and second water amount required for anti-overflow according to the cooking parameter information, wherein the total water amount required for cooking is equal to the sum of the first water amount and the second water amount;
step 106, receiving a cooking starting instruction, opening the rice below the box bottom and injecting a first amount of water;
step 108, judging whether liquid overflows from an inner pot of the cooking appliance in real time;
step 110, when the inner pot of the cooking appliance is judged to overflow, opening a water inlet valve to inject water with a second water quantity; and

According to the anti-overflow control method for the cooking utensil, the total water amount required by cooking, the first water amount required by the first cooking stage and the second water amount required by anti-overflow are calculated according to the acquired cooking parameter information, so that the cooking effect of the cooking utensil 1 is ensured, and meanwhile, the anti-overflow control of the cooking utensil 1 is effectively carried out. Specifically, the total water amount required by cooking is obtained through calculation according to the obtained cooking parameters, and then the first water amount required during heating is obtained by combining empirical data according to the total water amount required by cooking, namely the water amount is added into the inner pot along with the automatic rice discharging of the rice cooker, and the second water amount used for preventing overflow in spraying is obtained, wherein the cooking parameters comprise the rice amount, functional information and the like. Further, when the cooking appliance 1 starts to cook, the box bottom 100 is opened to fill the first amount of water, and when the inner pot 18 of the cooking appliance 1 is about to have liquid overflow, the water inlet valve 142 is opened to fill the second amount of water, and the driving device is started to control the box bottom 100 to be opened, so that the filled second amount of water inhibits air bubbles in the inner pot 18 of the cooking appliance 1, and the anti-overflow purpose is achieved.
In the related art, the cooking appliance performs pressure relief and overflow prevention by using the steam valve, so that the number of parts of the cooking appliance and the production and manufacturing costs are increased. According to the anti-overflow control method for the cooking appliance, the existing structural components of the cooking appliance 1, namely the rice washing box assembly 10 and the liquid conveying assembly 14, can directly replace a steam valve, anti-overflow control can be completed without adding other components, the structure of the cooking appliance 1 is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance 1 is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the cooking appliance 1 is enhanced.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance includes:
step 202, obtaining cooking parameter information, and calculating total water amount required for cooking, first water amount required for a first cooking stage and second water amount required for anti-overflow according to the cooking parameter information, wherein the total water amount required for cooking is equal to the sum of the first water amount and the second water amount;

According to the anti-overflow control system 600 for the cooking appliance, provided by the invention, the total water amount required for cooking, the first water amount required for the first cooking stage and the second water amount required for anti-overflow are calculated through the acquisition unit 602 according to the acquired cooking parameter information, so that the cooking effect of the cooking appliance 1 is ensured, and meanwhile, the effective operation of the anti-overflow control of the cooking appliance 1 is ensured. Further, when the cooking appliance 1 starts to cook, the first control unit 604 opens the bottom 100 of the box and injects a first amount of water, and when the determination unit 606 determines that there will be liquid overflow in the cooking appliance 1, the second control unit 608 opens the water inlet valve 142 to inject a second amount of water, and at the same time, the driving device is started to control the opening of the box bottom 100, so that the injected second amount of water inhibits bubbles in the pot 18 in the cooking appliance 1, and the anti-overflow purpose is achieved.

In this embodiment, through the second execution unit 8084, when the cooking utensil 1 sprays the second water amount according to the corresponding preset number of times of spraying, the box bottom 100 is controlled to open and close at the same time, and the up-and-down movement is performed, so that most area areas of the inner pot of the cooking utensil 1 are covered, the phenomenon of uneven spraying is avoided, the optimal spraying effect is achieved, and the anti-overflow control effect of the cooking utensil 1 is further enhanced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second execution unit 8084 specifically includes: the calculating unit is used for calculating the times of completing the up-and-down movement of the box body 102 after the preset single water spraying amount is completed according to the spraying time required by the preset single water spraying amount and the time required by the box bottom 100 to be completely opened; and a third control unit for controlling the up-and-down movement of the cassette bottom 100 by the number of times.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor being configured to perform the steps of the method according to any of the above-mentioned aspects.

An embodiment of the invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any of the preceding claims.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the invention is installed in a server supporting the operation of a control system for preventing the cooking utensil from overflowing, the computer-readable storage medium is stored with a computer program, and by operating the computer program, the existing structural components of the cooking utensil 1, namely the rice washing box assembly 10 and the liquid conveying assembly 14 can be used for directly replacing a steam valve, so that the overflowing prevention control can be completed without adding other components, the structure of the cooking utensil 1 is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the cooking utensil 1 is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the cooking utensil 1 is enhanced.

Claims (17)

1. A control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking appliance comprises: a rice washing box assembly, the rice washing box assembly comprising: the box body and the box body form a box bottom of an accommodating cavity in an enclosing mode, and the box bottom is connected with the driving device and can be opened and closed; the box body is provided with an exhaust assembly and a water inlet; the water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet and is used for injecting water into the inner pot of the cooking appliance; the water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet valve and a flowmeter for controlling the water inflow; the control method for preventing the overflow of the cooking utensil comprises the following steps:
acquiring cooking parameter information, and calculating total water volume required for cooking, first water volume required for a first cooking stage and second water volume required for anti-overflow according to the cooking parameter information;
receiving a cooking starting instruction, opening the bottom of the box and injecting the first water quantity of water;
judging whether liquid overflows from the cooking utensil in real time;
when the cooking utensil is judged to overflow liquid, the water inlet valve is opened to inject water with a second water quantity; and
starting the driving device to control the box bottom to be opened so as to prevent overflow;
wherein the total amount of water required for cooking is equal to the sum of the first amount of water and the second amount of water.
2. The control method for preventing the overflow of the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the liquid will overflow from the cooking utensil, the water inlet valve is opened to inject a second amount of water; and starting the driving device to control the opening of the box bottom, and performing anti-overflow, specifically comprising:
detecting the current cooking state of the cooking appliance and the temperature in the inner pot;
injecting the second water quantity according to the corresponding preset spraying times and preset single spraying water quantity according to the cooking state and the temperature;
wherein the second amount of water is equal to the product of the preset spraying times and the preset single spraying amount of water.
3. The method for controlling the overflow prevention of a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the step of injecting the second amount of water according to the corresponding preset number of spraying times and preset single amount of sprayed water according to the cooking state and the temperature further comprises:
and controlling the box bottom to open and close and to move up and down.
4. The control method for preventing the overflow of the cooking appliance according to claim 3, further comprising:
calculating the times of completing the up-and-down movement of the box body when the preset single water spraying amount is completed according to the spraying time required by the preset single water spraying amount and the time required by completely opening the box bottom;
and controlling the box bottom to finish the up-and-down movement of the times.
5. The method for controlling the overflow prevention of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the step of judging whether liquid overflows in the cooking appliance in real time specifically comprises the following steps:
and detecting the overflow condition in the cooking utensil in real time through the overflow prevention sensor.
6. The control method for preventing the overflow of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and when the second water quantity is injected, closing the water inlet valve and closing the box bottom.
7. The control method for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the cooking parameter information includes at least one of: rice quantity, functional information, taste requirements and rice variety information;
the function information includes at least one of: cooking porridge, soup and rice;
the mouthfeel requirements include at least one of: soft, hard and moderate;
the rice information includes at least one of: northeast rice, rice sprout, and coarse food grain.

A control system for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising: a rice washing box assembly, the rice washing box assembly comprising: the box body and the box body form a box bottom of an accommodating cavity in an enclosing mode, and the box bottom is connected with the driving device and can be opened and closed; the box body is provided with an exhaust assembly and a water inlet; the water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet and is used for injecting water into the inner pot of the cooking appliance; the water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet valve and a flowmeter for controlling the water inflow; the control system for preventing the cooking utensil from overflowing comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring cooking parameter information and calculating total water amount required by cooking, first water amount required by a first cooking stage and second water amount required by anti-overflow according to the cooking parameter information;
the first control unit is used for receiving a cooking starting instruction, opening the bottom of the box and injecting the first amount of water;
the judging unit is used for judging whether liquid overflows from the cooking appliance in real time;
the second control unit is used for opening the water inlet valve to inject water with a second water quantity when the cooking appliance is judged to overflow liquid; starting the driving device to control the box bottom to be opened so as to prevent overflow;
wherein the total amount of water required for cooking is equal to the sum of the first amount of water and the second amount of water.
9. The control system for preventing overflow of a cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the second control unit comprises:
the detection unit is used for detecting the current cooking state of the cooking appliance and the temperature in the inner pot;
the first execution unit is used for injecting the second water volume according to the corresponding preset spraying times and preset single spraying water volume according to the cooking state and the temperature;
wherein the second amount of water is equal to the product of the preset spraying times and the preset single spraying amount of water.
10. The cooking appliance spill-proof control system of claim 9, wherein the second control unit further comprises:
