Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature and humidity of steam and to offer safe, comfortable circumstances, by a method wherein the steam generated during rice cooking is forcibly exhausted into the water of a heat exchanger through a steam-exhausting way by a fan and becomes in bubbles, and in a process in which the bubbles rice through the water in the heat exchanger, the heat of the steam is transmitted to the water in the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:By the operation of a fan 8, the steam generated in an inner vessel 3 enters a stream-exhausting way 7 through a steam-exhausting port 7a as shown with an arrow mark A. After this steam is passed through a steam-exhausting way 7, it is forcibly exhausted into water 4c in a heat exchanger 4 at an exhaust port 7b and becomes in bubbles, following which the bubbles rise through the water 4c in the heat exchanger 4. In rising process of the bubbles, the heat of the steam is transmitted to the water 4c in the heat exchanger 4, and thus the temperature of the steam is lowered and a part of the steam is condensed in the water 4c. Although the water 4c in the heat exchanger 4 increases by this condensation, it overflows through an overflow port 4b for waterlevel regulation and flows in a drain reservoir 5, and thus the waterlevel in the heat exchanger 4 is always kept constant. Therefore, the temperature of the steam exhausted through the exhaust port 4a above the heat exchanger 4 is adequately lowered and the humidity thereof is also lowered by the amount of the condensation.

Conventional Technology Conventionally, this type of cooker discharges steam into the room, so there were various problems arising from safety and the indoor environment, such as dew condensation on walls etc. near the place where the cooker was used. . For this reason, there is a device in which a water-cooled heat radiating device is attached to the steam exhaust section, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-2722 (FIG. 2). That is, in order to discharge the steam ejected from the steam hole 13 of the rice cooker 12 provided in the container body 11 through the steam guide 14 and the heat exchange device 15 to the outside of the container body 11, it is connected to a water supply (not shown). The structure is such that heat exchange is carried out between the cooling pipe 18 and the steam from the tank 16 through the electromagnetic valve 17.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the former structure as described above, it is structurally a large-scale device to be connected to a water pipe to obtain water for cooling, and there is no technology that can be applied to a single product. There wasn't. In the latter case, the structure of the container 21 itself is complicated, although the excess steam generated during rice cooking is cooled and converted into water inside the main body 30 of the rice cooker, and the steam is not discharged to the outside air. In addition, the structure of the main body 30 also becomes larger.

By doing so, the steam generated during cooking is forced by the blower to be discharged into the water in the heat exchange device through the steam exhaust passage, and rises in the water in the heat exchange device in the form of bubbles. During this rising process, the steam exchanges heat with water in the heat exchanger, reducing the temperature of the steam.

This state is detected by some sensor (not shown) and the blower 8 is operated. Steam generated in the inner pot 3 by the operation of the blower 8 enters the steam exhaust passage 7 through the steam exhaust hole 7a as indicated by arrow A. This steam passes through the steam exhaust path 7 and is forced into the water 4c of the heat exchanger 4 through the exhaust hole 7b, and rises in the water 4c in the heat exchanger 4 in the form of bubbles. During the rising process of the bubbles, the steam exchanges heat with the water 4c in the heat exchange device 4, the temperature of the steam decreases, and a part of the steam with which the heat exchange was performed is condensed into the water 4c. Although the water 4c in the heat exchange device 4 increases due to this condensation phenomenon, it overflows from the overflow hole 4b for adjusting the water level and flows into the dew pan 5, so that the water level in the heat exchange device 4 is always kept constant. Therefore, the performance of heat exchange is stable. Therefore, the temperature of the steam discharged from the exhaust hole 4a in the upper part of the heat exchanger 4 is sufficiently low, and the humidity is also low by the amount of condensed water.

More than the effects of the invention, according to the present invention, the steam generated during cooking is forcibly discharged by the blower into the water inside the heat exchange device through the steam exhaust path, and becomes bubbles that rise up in the water inside the heat exchange device. do. During this rising process, the steam exchanges heat with the water in the heat exchange device, lowering the temperature of the steam, and some of the steam that has undergone heat exchange is condensed into water, which is then discharged from the exhaust hole. The temperature of the steam being released becomes sufficiently low, and the humidity is also reduced by the amount of condensation, which lowers the exhaust steam pressure and speed, improving safety and preventing condensation on walls near the place where the cooker is used. It also suppresses Moreover, since the heat exchange device is removably attached to the outside of the main unit, the heat exchange device can have a compact structure, and it can be applied to a single product of the cooker, so the structure of the cooker itself does not have to be large. We can provide a steam recovery device for cooking appliances.
