Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leaked vapor from being stagnated on a rice cooker, and to prevent the corrosion of the inside of a main body and the deterioration of an electric insulating property by arranging obliquely a vapor exhaust line so as to ascend to the front, and leading the vapor to a vapor exhaust port by its own ascending force and exhausting force caused by an exhaust fan. CONSTITUTION:When rice cooking advances, vapor generated in the inside of a rice cooker 3 passes through a vapor inflow hole 5a from a vapor hole 3a by its own ascending force and goes into a vapor inflow line 5. In this case, since a temperature detector 6 is arranged right above the vapor inflow hole 5a, it senses the sudden rise of temperature caused by vapor and actuates an exhaust fan 7, therefore, vapor passes through a vapor leading-in hole 4a, and is exhausted from a vapor exhaust port 1a, while ascending toward the direction as indicated with an arrow B in a vapor exhaust line 4. In this case, vapor passing through the inside of the vapor exhaust line 4 is subjected to heat exchange with the inner wall of the vapor exhaust line 4 and cooled, therefore, partially becomes dew water, moves through the inner wall of the vapor exhaust line 4 and flows in the direction as indicated with an arrow C, passes through the vapor inflow line 5 from the vapor leading-in hole 4a, and also, transmits through a drip leading plate 4b and flows down, and stored in a dew water vessel 8. In such a manner, it does not occur that vapor is stagnated in the inside, and the corrosion of the inside of the main body and a factor for deteriorating the electric insulating property are eliminated.

Nearby is a dew water discharge channel 9b, and at the opposite position is an exhaust hole 9.
With the configuration in which the cooler 9 is provided with a temperature sensor 9 and the temperature sensor 6 is further provided in a part of the cooler 9, steam ejected from the steam hole 3a enters the cooler 9 through the steam introduction hole 9a. ,
The temperature rise at the time of cooling is detected by the temperature detector 6, and the exhaust fan 7 is activated to blow air in the B3P direction to cool the inside of the cooler 9. As a result, the dew condensed water is stored in the dew condensation water container 8 from the dew condensation water discharge path 9b, and the steam whose temperature and humidity have been lowered is exhausted from the exhaust hole 9c.
The steam passes through the steam outlet 1a and is discharged in the direction B, producing the desired effect.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and includes a steam exhaust passage provided with a steam introduction hole, an exhaust fan, and a temperature sensor that is sloped upward toward the front. The solution was a simple structure that clarified the rise of steam and the fall of condensed water by locating the steam inflow path and the steam hole of the rice cooker with a steam inflow hole at the corresponding position of the temperature sensor at the bottom. I measured it.

(Function) With the above structure, the steam generated inside the rice cooker enters the steam inflow path from the steam hole through the steam inflow hole due to its own rising force. At this time, the temperature sensor senses a sudden temperature rise and activates the exhaust fan, so that the steam in the steam inflow passage passes through the steam introduction hole, rises in the steam exhaust passage, and is discharged from the steam exhaust port. Since the steam exhaust path is inclined so as to rise toward the front, the upward force of the steam itself is taken into account.

First, to start cooking rice, pull out the drawer part 2 in the A direction,
After putting an appropriate amount of water and rice into the rice cooker 3 and sliding the drawer part 2 back to the state shown in FIG. 1, the rice cooker 3 starts heating and cooking the rice. In this closed state P, the steam hole 3a provided in the rice cooker 3 is fixed at a position facing the steam inflow hole 5a. As the rice cooking progresses, the steam generated inside the rice cooker 3 enters the steam inflow path 5 from the steam hole 3a through the steam inflow hole 6a due to its own rising force. At this time, since the temperature detector 6 is located directly above the steam inlet hole 6a, it senses a sudden temperature rise due to the steam and starts the exhaust fan 7, so the steam passes through the steam inlet hole 4a as shown by arrow B.
The steam advances in the steam exhaust path 4 in the direction B and is discharged from the steam exhaust port 1a. Also, some of the steam that could not be captured by the steam inflow hole 6a and rose inside the main body 1, as well as the cold air inside the main body 1, flows from the steam inflow path 6 through the steam introduction hole 4a as shown by arrow B, and similarly from the steam outlet 1a. be discharged. At this time, the steam passing through the steam exhaust passage 4 exchanges heat with the inner wall of the steam exhaust passage 4 and is cooled, so that some of the steam becomes dew water and flows along the inner wall of the steam exhaust passage 4 in the direction C, leading to the introduction of steam. Hole 4a
From there, the water flows down through the steam inflow path 6 and further along the flow guide plate 4b and is stored in the dew condensation water container 8. Part of the steam in the steam exhaust path 4 condenses in this way, so the humidity and temperature decrease to 7.
At the same time as P decreases, the steam is discharged from the steam outlet 1a with the ejection pressure decreasing.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the steam exhaust passage is installed inclined so as to rise toward the front, and the steam is guided to the steam exhaust port by its own rising force and the exhaust force of the exhaust fan. As a result, the following effects were obtained.

aAlthough the steam introduction hole is located at the corresponding position of the steam hole,
The steam that cannot be captured by the steam inlet will move forward due to its rising force, but it will be captured by the steam inlet and discharged from the steam outlet in a flow similar to arrow B', so steam will not remain inside. Corrosion inside the main body and factors that degrade electrical insulation are eliminated.

b. The steam exhaust path and steam inflow path have an inclined structure and the exhaust structure takes advantage of the rising power of steam, so a strict sealing structure is not required, and the exhaust fan does not require a large output, providing an inexpensive product. can.
