本发明涉及一种管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法,更具体地,涉及不会单独具备清洁微创手术时插入到人体的管状医疗器的刷子等,而是将清洁液一起投入到管状医疗器来进行清洁及消毒的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法。
背景技术
通常,微创手术是通过将手术工具插入患者体内(或经历手术的动物)通过至少一个小切口进行手术来最小化切口的一种手术技术。
最常见的微创手术形式是内窥镜手术,其中最常见的是腹腔镜手术,其涉及微创照射和腹部手术。
在标准腹腔镜手术的情况下,用气体填充患者的腹部并制作至少一个小切口以提供进入腹腔镜手术器械的通道,然后将套管针插入切口以进行手术。
在进行这种手术时,使用者通常通过套管针将腹腔镜手术工具送到手术部位并在腹腔外操作(或操纵)。
另一方面,内窥镜通常通过患者的口腔、肛门或腹部等插入患者体内,并且可以目视观察目标病变的状态,这对于患者的检查是必不可少的医疗设备,起着非常重要的作用。
如上所述,优选地,不能再次使用插入到人体器官中使用的内窥镜装置或插入到血液中的导管、套管针等,仅适用一次以防止再次使用时发生的继发感染。

另外,由于难以批量生产清洁球12,因此难以大量批量生产清洁球12,并且即使将去除线板12a的简单纤维做成线团形状也难以制造。
因此,使用清洁球12受到限制,目前需要解决所述问题并能大量生产的不使用现有帅子的高效率清洁球12。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
本发明是鉴于所述诸多问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种通过冲压加工上盖和下盖而大量生产的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种具有表面粗糙度,在清洁过程中没有盲点地完全地去除对人体刺激的残留物质的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法。
此外,清洁球在中空包括聚合物或聚合物及膨胀剂,使得在清洁过程中保持球形状的同时,提高管状医疗器的内壁的压力,从而最大限度地提高清洁效果的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法。
此外,本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种通过大量生产节省生产成本,并能提高使用方便性的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法。
技术方案
为了实现所述目的,以下描述根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球及制造方法。
根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球,其特征在于,由具有表面粗糙度的纤维织物材料制成,并且内部具有中空的球形形状,并且在中空内部包括用于保持球形状的具有弹性的聚合物。所述管状医疗器清洁球通过具有相同尺寸和形状的半球形状的上盖个下盖被压缩加工形成为一体,并沿着压缩的接合部位形成突出的凸缘部。
根据所需,聚合物由根据吸收水分膨胀的膨胀剂包住。
另一方面,所述聚合物是弹性体或聚丙烯酸钠或聚丙烯酸酯中的任何一种。
所述清洁球与清洁液一起注入到管状医疗器内部用于刮除附着在管状医疗器内周的残留物质后排出。
清洁球由进入到中空内部的清洁液膨胀。
根据所需,上盖和下盖根据所需具有不同的表面粗糙度。
根据本发明的所述管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法由盖形状的基部制造步骤、上部和下部对准步骤以及模制及切割步骤构成。
首先,盖形状的基部制造步骤将具有表面粗糙度和面积的织物位于上模具和下模具之间,上模具和下模具分别具有凹槽部(201)和突出部,以便相互对应地插入,通过冲压加工织物制造在一个表面形成多个半球的上盖基部和下盖基部。
上部和下部对准步骤,将通过所述基部制造步骤制造的上盖基部和下盖基部在中心产生中空地相对应地对齐。所述上部和下部对准步骤放置聚合物,使得具有弹性的聚合物在中空保持球形状。
另一方面,根据所需,上部和下部对准步骤包括放置根据吸收水分膨胀的膨胀剂层的过程以膨胀剂包住所述聚合物。
模制及切割步骤,将通过上部和下部对准步骤对准的上盖基部和下盖基部通过冲压压缩的同时切割,以制造在中心具有中空的球形状的清洁球。
所述模制及切割步骤进一步包括用于切割之前粘合所述上盖基部和下盖基部的超声波粘合工艺或粘合剂粘合工艺。
在由所述上盖基部的半球形状形成的上盖和由所述下盖基部的半球形状形成的下盖进一步形成凸缘部,凸缘部随着接合部位被压缩而突出。
根据所需,上盖和下盖具有不同的表面粗糙度。
有益效果
根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法将具有表面粗糙度的织物压制成球形,从而有利于大规模生产,降低制造及使用成本,并提高易用性。
此外,清洁球具有纤维织物材料的表面粗糙度,使得在清洁过程中在不损坏管状医疗器的情况下没有盲点地完全去除对人体刺激的残留物质。
此外,通过包含在清洁球的空腔中的聚合物,或聚合物及膨胀剂可以在清洁管状医疗器的期间保持清洁球在外部压力下的球形状,对吸收的水分进行膨胀,从而提高管状医疗器的内壁的压力来提高清洁过程中的清洁效率。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参考附图详细描述根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球及其制造方法的优选实施例。
在说明本发明时相关的公知功能或结构的具体说明使本发明的要旨不明确时省略详细的描述。
尽管图中所示的管状医疗器10具有入口A侧和出口B侧具有不同的入口,但这仅是为了便于解释的示例,管状医疗器10根据自体的形状入口A和出口B位于相同的位置。
在说明本发明时,在描述现有技术时,与说明的要素相同的要素标注相同的附图标记。
图2是示出根据本发明的管状医疗器的清洁球的立体图,图3是示出根据本发明的一实施例的管状清洁球的截面图。
如图所示,根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球100由具有表面粗糙度的纤维织物材料制成,并且内部具有中空101的球形形状。
清洁球100与清洁液11一起注入到管状医疗器10的内部,并刮除附着在管状医疗器10的内周的残留物质13的同时排出到外部。
具体地,清洁球100使用具有表面粗糙度的纤维织物材料制造,并且具有相同尺寸和形状的半球形上盖110和下盖120被冲压加工形成为一体,并且形成为具备中空101的球形。
所述上盖110和下盖120的压缩的部位形成突出的凸缘部102,用于容易地刮擦管状医疗器10的内壁,并且用于去除残留物质13。
如图3a所示,冠状动脉医疗装置清洁球100可以形成为在中空101中不包括聚合物130和膨胀剂140的纯净空间。
清洁球100与清洁液一起注入到管状医疗装置10,清洁液11渗透到中空101中并根据形成清洁球100的表面的织物材料的材料特性注入,使得膨胀清洁球100的表面使表面积变宽。
此时,渗透并注入到清洁球100的中空101中的清洁液11对清洁球外部的清洁液具有内部压力,使得膨胀的清洁球100具有一定程度的对外部压力对抗的内部压力,并且可以保持清洁球100的圆形形状。因此,随着膨胀的清洁球100的表面积变宽,能够刮擦管状医疗器的内壁,从而提高了清洁效率。
尽管所述上盖110和下盖120具有相同的表面粗糙度,但是根据需要,通过使用具有不同粗糙度的材料,可以形成为具有不同的表面粗糙度。
再次参照图3b,在中空101可以包括具有弹性的聚合物101a,使得将所述清洁球100注入管状医疗器10中以进行内部清洁的过程中即使在外部压力下也可以保持圆形形状。
此时,所述聚合物101a填充在中空101中,并且可以作为均聚合物或多个聚合物。
在一个实例中,所述聚合物101a通常可以是硅树脂或橡胶,具体地可以是弹性体、聚丙烯酸钠或聚丙烯酸酯。
这样的聚合物101a可以具有作为聚合物本身的弹性,或者可以保持其形状或者在清洁液11渗入中空101中时被吸收以膨胀或凝胶化,使得清洁球100即便在外部压力下也能够保持求形状。同时,考虑到生产成本和制造的容易性,所述聚合物130可以是不经过水分吸收的聚合物。
如图3C所示,根据另一实施例,管状医疗器清洁球100可以配置成根据吸收的水而膨胀的膨胀剂140包住聚合物130。
优选地,膨胀剂140的膨胀比高于聚合物130的膨胀比,并且使用能够充分吸收水分的膨胀的材料。
在管状医疗器10的清洁过程中构成清洁球100的表面的上盖11和下盖120当纤维织物材料通过吸收清洁液而膨胀时,在聚合物130和上盖110或下盖120之间可形成空的空间,在这种情况下,由于外部压力,空间可能歪斜。
然而,若包括膨胀剂140,则可以防止上述问题,并且膨胀剂140可以由具有根据水的吸收而膨胀的高膨胀比的材料制成。
根据膨胀剂140包住聚合物130的外部而形成一体形的结构,在管状医疗器的清洁过程中注入的清洁液11不仅是构成清洁球100的外表面的纤维织物材料吸收,而且还被膨胀剂140吸收。
膨胀剂140可以在吸收清洁液的同时使上盖110和下盖120膨胀,以扩大外表面区域,而且与内部聚合物130一起承受外部压力并保持清洁球110的形状。
作为这样的膨胀剂140,可以使用艾蒿的琼脂,并且只要是具有根据水的吸收而膨胀的高膨胀率的材料,可以使用除上述材料之外的各种材料。
当根据本发明的清洁球100的中空101包括上述聚合物130及膨胀剂140时,吸收清洁液11的所述清洁球100的体积膨胀率可以在15%至35%或20%至30%的范围内。
以下描述根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法.
图4至图6是示出根据本发明的管状医疗器的清洁球的制造方法的示意图和流程图,图7是示出根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球的使用状态的示意图。
如上所述,根据本发明的管状医疗器的清洁球100由纤维织物材料制成,并且上盖110和下盖120彼此紧密接触并且冲压加工成一体,从而整体具有球形状。
更具体地,所述清洁球100通过基部制造步骤S1、上部和下部对准步骤S2以及模制及切割步骤S3制造为成品。
首先,所述基部制造步骤S1是形成构成清洁球100的上盖110和下盖120的半球形状的步骤,制造形成有多个盖形状的所述上盖110和下盖120上盖基部150和下盖基部160。
为此,具有表面粗糙度和面积的织物F位于上模具200a和下模具200b之间,上模具200a和下模具200b分别具有凹槽部201和突出部202,以便相互对应地插入,通过冲压加工所述织物F制造在一个表面形成多个半球的上盖基部150和下盖基部160。
通过该过程,扁平形状的织物F通过突出的压花表面再生成上盖基部150和下盖基部160。
此时,上盖基部150和下盖基部160可以在同一模具上制造,并且根据需要可以在单独的模具上制造。
所述织物F具有完全覆盖上模具200a和下模具200b的模具表面的尺寸和面积,并且具有形成在模具中的凹槽部201和突出部202的数量的半球形状,即压花。
所述上模具200a和下模具200b可以沿着整个模具表面仅具有多个凹槽部201或仅具有多个突起202。
上部和下部对准步骤S2将通过基部制造步骤S1制造的上盖基部150和下盖基部160在中心产生中空101地相对应地对齐。
上盖基部150和下盖基部160可以具有清洁球100的形状,清洁球100具有彼此面对的中空部101。
当在该状态下通过冲压加工制造清洁球100时,如图3a所示的中空101形成在具有空的空间的清洁球中。
为了模制如图3b所示的清洁球100,上部和下部对准步骤S2包括弹性聚合物130,以便在中空101中保持球形。
此时,聚合物130可以作为单一聚合物或多种聚合物,使得可以填充在中空101中。
所述聚合物130可以预先压印成可以包括在由上盖基部150和下盖基部160形成的中空101中的尺寸,但是本发明不限于此,可以通过具有所需厚度的板状聚合物层170来挤压模具。
形成聚合物130的方法不受限制,并且在硅的情况下,聚合物130可以通过以枪的形式注入到中空1010的内部空间的方法形成。
另一方面,聚合物130具有作为聚合物本身的弹性,并且清洁球100的形状可以通过保持聚合物本身的形状或通过在清洁液11渗透到中空101中时吸收后被膨胀或凝胶化保持球形状。
如上所述,通过聚合物130的清洁球100的形状通过在穿过管状医疗器10的内部的同时刮除管状医疗器10的残留物质而提高清洁效率。如上所述,聚合物的种类可以是弹性体、聚丙烯酸钠或聚丙烯酸酯。
为了模制如图3c所示的清洁球100,上部和下部对准步骤S2包括将根据吸收水分膨胀的膨胀剂层180a、180b放置在聚合物层170的上部和下部的过程,使得膨胀剂140包住聚合物130。
由此形成的膨胀剂140吸收及膨胀清洁液,并且通过能够与内部聚合物130一起承受外部压力而起到保持清洁球100的球形形状的作用。
在一个实施例中,使用沉香木的琼脂可以用作膨胀剂层180a、180b,但是不限于此,并且只要该材料具有根据水的吸收而膨胀的高膨胀率可以使用各种材料。
所述膨胀剂层的过程中的清洁球100的中空101包括聚合物130及膨胀剂140。
在所述模制及切割步骤S3中,将通过上部和下部对准步骤S2对其的上盖基部150和下盖基部160利用冲压300来进行压缩后切割,使得制造在中心具备中空101的球形状的清洁球100。
构成上盖基部150和下盖基部160的织物F通过压制时产生的压力和热量彼此接合,并且与分别的半球相对的半球在中心形成中空101,并制造成单一清洁球100。
根据具有所述面积的织物F的尺寸和半球的数量,同时形成多个清洁球100。
根据所需,模制及切割步骤S3可以包括单独的超声波粘合工艺和在接触部位利用粘合剂的粘合工艺,使得切割之前粘合所述上盖基部150和下盖基部160。
参照图7,下面将描述如上所述制造的根据本发明的管状医疗器的清洁球100的使用状态。
在这种情况下,将通过在中空101中包括聚合物130和膨胀剂140的结构作为示例来描述清洁球100。
在体内插入手术工具并进行手术的管状医疗器10根据用途进行清洁及消毒,并在内部包括残留物质13。
为了清洁所述管状医疗器10,可将所述管状医疗器10超声波清洗或浸入到洗涤桶中执行清洁过程,单独的清洁液11通过入口A注入到所述管状医疗器10内,并通过出口B排出,从而完全地清洁及消毒管状医疗器10的内部。
此时,所述清洁液11可以是盐水、水或含有消毒剂的水,但不限于此。
然后,根据所需,将大量清洁球100与注入到入口A的清洁液11一起注入。
优选地,所述清洁球100以预先包含在清洁液11中的状态注入,并且可以根据需要与清洁液11分开注入。
如上所述,所述清洁球100优选地由纤维织物F制成并且具有表面粗糙度,当清洁液11渗透到中空101的内部时,具备膨胀性。
上盖110和下盖120之间的接合部分包括凸缘部102,该凸缘部102在被冲压加工时突出,清洁球100的表面的粗糙面和凸缘部102注入到管状医疗器10内,使得通入口A移动到出口B,从而刮除附着在内壁的残留物质13。
此时,穿透到中空101中的清洁球100具有即使在外部压力下也保持圆形形状的力,并且包含在中空中的聚合物130具有弹性,使得清洁球100更容易保持球形状。
尤其,在包括膨胀剂140的结构的情况下,膨胀剂140由吸湿引起的具有高膨胀比的材料制成,并且纤维织物100被按压,使得即便受外部压力也能更加容易地保持清洁球100的球形状,从而提高清洁效率。
如上所述,构造的清洁球100可以在管状医疗器10内移动的同时更容易地去除残留物质13。
根据管状医疗器10的形状或注射压力将清洁液11注入到管状医疗器10内部来形成涡流,此时,清洁球100撞击管状医疗器10的内壁执行清洁操作。
另一方面,所述清洁球100取决于管状医疗器10的形状和尺寸具有几毫米到几厘米的尺寸,虽未图示,可以根据清洁方法注入完全填充管状医疗器10内部的量。在一个示例中,所述清洁球100可以在2mm至5mm的范围内,但不限于此。
此时,随着清洁液11渗透到中空101中,所述清洁球100被膨胀,使得清洁球100的表面变宽,并且管状医疗器10的内部被紧密填充。
通过注入的清洁液11的压力被膨胀的清洁球100沿着管状医疗器10的内周表面移动,并且更完全地清洁所述管状医疗器10的内壁。
即,注入的清洁球100的数量可以根据管状医疗器10的形态来选择,并且可以与清洁液11一起注入或者可以单独注射。
因此,如上所述,根据本发明的管状医疗器清洁球100可以在管状医疗器中没有盲点的情况下完全去除对人体刺激性的残留物质。
尽管已经参考示例性实施例描述了本发明,本领域技术人员将理解为在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神及范围的情况下,可以进行各种改变及修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种管状医疗器清洁球,其特征在于,由具有表面粗糙度的纤维织物材料制成,并且内部具有中空(101)的球形形状,并且具有相同尺寸和形状的半球形上盖(110)和下盖(120)被冲压加工形成为一体,并沿着压缩的接合部位形成突出的凸缘部(102),清洁球与清洁液(11)一起注入到管状医疗器(10)内部,使得刮除附着在所述管状医疗器(10)内周的残留物质(13)的同时排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管状医疗器清洁球,其特征在于,所述中空(101)包括具有弹性的聚合物(130)以在内部保持球形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管状医疗器清洁球,其特征在于,所述聚合物是弹性体或聚丙烯酸钠或聚丙烯酸酯中的任何一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的管状医疗器清洁球,其特征在于,所述聚合物(130)由根据吸收水分膨胀的膨胀剂(140)包住。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管状医疗器清洁球,其特征在于,所述上盖(110)和下盖(120)具有不同的表面粗糙度。
6.一种管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法,其特征在于,清洁球由具有表面粗糙度的纤维织物构成并在内部具备中空(101)的球形状,与清洁液(11)一起注入到管状医疗器(10)的内部,使得刮除附着在所述管状医疗器(10)内周的残留物质(13)的同时排出到外部,作为管状医疗器清洁球制造方法,包括:
基部制造步骤(S1),将具有表面粗糙度和面积的织物(F)位于上模具(200a)和下模具(200b)之间,上模具(200a)和下模具(200b)分别具有凹槽部(201)和突出部(202),以便相互对应地插入,通过冲压加工所述织物(F)制造在一个表面形成多个半球的上盖基部(150)和下盖基部(160);
上部和下部对准步骤(S2),将通过所述基部制造步骤S1制造的上盖基部(150)和下盖基部(160)在中心产生中空(101)地相对应地对齐;
模制及切割步骤(S3),将通过上部和下部对准步骤(S2)对准的上盖基部(150)和下盖基部(160)通过冲压(300)压缩的同时切割,以制造在中心具有中空(101)的球形状的清洁球(100)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法,其特征在于,上部和下部对准步骤(S2)具有放置聚合物层(170)的过程以在所述中空(101)包括具有弹性的聚合物(130),从而保持球形。
8.根据权利要求7所述的管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法,其特征在于,所述上部和下部对准步骤(S2)包括放置根据吸收水分膨胀的膨胀剂层(180a、180b)的过程以膨胀剂(140)包住所述聚合物(130)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法,其特征在于,所述模制及切割步骤(S3)进一步包括用于切割之前粘合所述上盖基部(150)和下盖基部(160)的超声波粘合工艺或粘合剂粘合工艺。
10.根据权利要求6所述的管状医疗器清洁球的制造方法,其特征在于,在由所述上盖基部(150)的半球形状形成的上盖(110)和由所述下盖基部的半球形状形成的下盖(120)进一步形成凸缘部(130),凸缘部(130)随着接合部位被压缩而突出。
