背景技术
汽车已是人们最常见的代步工具,而汽车排气管为整车的重要组成部分;随着整个国内国际范围对汽车排放限值的提高,汽车排气管逐渐增加相应的后处理系统;汽车排气管与发动机总成连接,发动机工作时,发动机与汽车排气管之间产生共振,致使该汽车排气管振动,并伴随着共振噪声,不仅影响汽车排气管的寿命且增大了整车的噪声,用户体验差;因此,需要一种汽车排气管。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种清洁效果好、减震吸噪、使用寿命长的一种汽车排气管。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种汽车排气管,它包括连接件,所述的连接件内设置有固定圈,所述的连接件的下方连接有前排气管,所述的前排气管的尾部设置有三元催化器,所述的三元催化器的后方设置有中排气管,所述的前排气管和中排气管的内壁上从内到外依次设置有隔热层和消音涂层,所述的中排气管的尾部设置有颗粒捕集器,所述的颗粒捕集器的后方设置有后排气管,所述的后排气管的内壁上设置有消音涂层,所述的后排气管的中部设置有消音器,所述的后排气管的尾部设置有排气口,所述的排气口的内侧设置有过滤网,所述的三元催化器的下方和颗粒捕集器的上方均设置有减震器,所述的减震器均连接有延伸管,所述的延伸管附着在中排气管、颗粒捕集器、后排气管和消音器的表面。
所述的固定圈由全氟醚橡胶制成。
所述的隔热层由纳米二氧化硅和六硼化镧制成固特节能纳米微孔隔热材料。
所述的消音涂层为丙烯酸树脂涂料涂层。
所述的过滤网为囊状体,内部设置有吸附层。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明在发动机和连接件之间设置有固定圈,固定圈由全氟醚橡胶制成,具有良好的化学性质和耐高温性质,增强其密封性的同时又能不与之发生化学反应,产生新的废气污染;三元催化器通过氧化和还原反应,将一氧化碳氧化成二氧化碳,碳氢化合物被氧化成水和二氧化碳,氮氧化合物被还原成氮气和氧气;将三种有害气体都变成了无害气体;而三元催化剂最低要在350 摄氏度的时候起反应,温度过低时,转换效率急剧下降;因此,在前排气管和中排气管的内壁上设置有隔热层,隔热层由纳米二氧化硅和六硼化镧制成固特节能纳米微孔隔热材料,六硼化镧为红外线阻隔材料,因此,可有效的防止热量的散失,将发动机产生的热能运用于三元催化器,提高其催化效率;在前排气管、中排气管和后排气管的内壁上设置有消音涂层,消音涂层为丙烯酸树脂涂料涂层,具有抑制壳体结构震动、结构载声的传播与噪声辐射,有良好的消声、减震效果,同时还具有隔热、吸声、防锈、防腐蚀、延长金属的使用寿命;排气口的内侧设置的过滤网为囊状体,内部设置有吸附层,可对废气进行二次清洁,使清洁效率更高,而且可根据具体使用情况进行更换;减震器和延伸管的设置,能极大程度上减少排气管的震动,延长其使用寿命;三元催化器、颗粒捕集器和减震器可根据具体情况选择合适的型号;总而言之,本发明具有清洁效果好、减震吸噪、使用寿命长的优点。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明在发动机和连接件之间设置有固定圈,增强其密封性;三元催化器通过氧化和还原反应,将一氧化碳氧化成二氧化碳,碳氢化合物被氧化成水和二氧化碳,氮氧化合物被还原成氮气和氧气;将三种有害气体都变成了无害气体;而三元催化剂最低要在350 摄氏度的时候起反应,温度过低时,转换效率急剧下降;因此,在前排气管和中排气管的内壁上设置有隔热层,可有效的防止热量的散失,将发动机产生的热能运用于三元催化器,提高其催化效率;在前排气管、中排气管和后排气管的内壁上设置有消音涂层,有良好的消声、减震效果,同时还具有隔热、吸声、防锈、防腐蚀、延长金属的使用寿命;排气口的内侧设置的过滤网可对废气进行二次清洁,使清洁效率更高,而且可根据具体使用情况进行更换;减震器和延伸管的设置,能极大程度上减少排气管的震动,延长其使用寿命;三元催化器、颗粒捕集器和减震器可根据具体情况选择合适的型号;总而言之,本发明具有清洁效果好、减震吸噪、使用寿命长的优点。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种汽车排气管,它包括连接件1,所述的连接件1内设置有固定圈2,所述的连接件1的下方连接有前排气管3,所述的前排气管3的尾部设置有三元催化器5,所述的三元催化器5的后方设置有中排气管14,所述的前排气管3和中排气管14的内壁上从内到外依次设置有隔热层4和消音涂层7,所述的中排气管14的尾部设置有颗粒捕集器6,所述的颗粒捕集器6的后方设置有后排气管13,所述的后排气管13的内壁上设置有消音涂层7,所述的后排气管13的中部设置有消音器8,所述的后排气管13的尾部设置有排气口10,所述的排气口10的内侧设置有过滤网9,所述的三元催化器5的下方和颗粒捕集器6的上方均设置有减震器11,所述的减震器11均连接有延伸管12,所述的延伸管12附着在中排气管14、颗粒捕集器6、后排气管13和消音器8的表面;所述的固定圈2由全氟醚橡胶制成;所述的隔热层4由纳米二氧化硅和六硼化镧制成固特节能纳米微孔隔热材料;所述的消音涂层7为丙烯酸树脂涂料涂层;所述的过滤网9为囊状体,内部设置有吸附层;所述的三元催化器5内的氧化还原反应的催化剂为Pt-Rh。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在发动机和连接件之间设置有固定圈,固定圈由全氟醚橡胶制成,具有良好的化学性质和耐高温性质,增强其密封性的同时又能不与之发生化学反应,产生新的废气污染;三元催化器通过氧化和还原反应,将一氧化碳氧化成二氧化碳,碳氢化合物被氧化成水和二氧化碳,氮氧化合物被还原成氮气和氧气;将三种有害气体都变成了无害气体;而三元催化剂最低要在350 摄氏度的时候起反应,温度过低时,转换效率急剧下降;因此,在前排气管和中排气管的内壁上设置有隔热层,隔热层由纳米二氧化硅和六硼化镧制成固特节能纳米微孔隔热材料,六硼化镧为红外线阻隔材料,因此,可有效的防止热量的散失,将发动机产生的热能运用于三元催化器,提高其催化效率;在前排气管、中排气管和后排气管的内壁上设置有消音涂层,消音涂层为丙烯酸树脂涂料涂层,具有抑制壳体结构震动、结构载声的传播与噪声辐射,有良好的消声、减震效果,同时还具有隔热、吸声、防锈、防腐蚀、延长金属的使用寿命;排气口的内侧设置的过滤网为囊状体,内部设置有吸附层,可对废气进行二次清洁,使清洁效率更高,而且可根据具体使用情况进行更换;减震器和延伸管的设置,能极大程度上减少排气管的震动,延长其使用寿命;三元催化器、颗粒捕集器和减震器可根据具体情况选择合适的型号;总而言之,本发明具有清洁效果好、减震吸噪、使用寿命长的优点。
Claims (6)
1.一种汽车排气管,它包括连接件,其特征在于:所述的连接件内设置有固定圈,所述的连接件的下方连接有前排气管,所述的前排气管的尾部设置有三元催化器,所述的三元催化器的后方设置有中排气管,所述的前排气管和中排气管的内壁上从内到外依次设置有隔热层和消音涂层,所述的中排气管的尾部设置有颗粒捕集器,所述的颗粒捕集器的后方设置有后排气管,所述的后排气管的内壁上设置有消音涂层,所述的后排气管的中部设置有消音器,所述的后排气管的尾部设置有排气口,所述的排气口的内侧设置有过滤网,所述的三元催化器的下方和颗粒捕集器的上方均设置有减震器,所述的减震器均连接有延伸管,所述的延伸管附着在中排气管、颗粒捕集器、后排气管和消音器的表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管,其特征在于:所述的固定圈由全氟醚橡胶制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管,其特征在于:所述的隔热层由纳米二氧化硅和六硼化镧制成固特节能纳米微孔隔热材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管,其特征在于:所述的消音涂层为丙烯酸树脂涂料涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管,其特征在于:所述的过滤网为囊状体,内部设置有吸附层。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管,其特征在于:所述的三元催化器内的氧化还原反应的催化剂为Pt-Rh。
