背景技术
汽车已是人们最常见的代步工具,而汽车排气管为整车的重要组成部分;汽车排气管是为排除发动机燃烧后的废气,而在使用中,由于通常的汽车排气管设置在汽车底部,在遇到下雨天气、或途径积水的路段,位置较低的排气管极易引起水倒灌进排气管,容易造成发动机损坏;因此,需要一种汽车排气管的防积水管。

本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种汽车排气管的防积水管,它包括连接件A,所述的连接件A内设置有固定圈,所述的连接件A的右方连接有前排气管,所述的前排气管的内部设置有消音器,所述的前排气管的尾部设置有连接件B,所述的前排气管的右方设置有后排气管,所述的后排气管的左侧设置有连接件C,所述的连接件B和连接件C通过螺栓组固定连接,所述的后排气管的中部设置有三元催化器和颗粒捕集器,所述的颗粒捕集器的右方设置有防积水管,所述的防积水管内壁的上方设置有上挡板,所述的防积水管内壁的下方设置有滑槽,所述的滑槽内设置有滑块,所述的滑块的上方固定连接有下挡板,所述的滑槽的右方设置有隔离板,所述的隔离板和防积水管通过复位弹簧连接,所述的防积水管的下方设置有排水管,所述的排水管的左侧设置有排水口,所述的防积水管的右方设置有出气口。

1.一种汽车排气管的防积水管,它包括连接件A,其特征在于:所述的连接件A内设置有固定圈,所述的连接件A的右方连接有前排气管,所述的前排气管的内部设置有消音器,所述的前排气管的尾部设置有连接件B,所述的前排气管的右方设置有后排气管,所述的后排气管的左侧设置有连接件C,所述的连接件B和连接件C通过螺栓组固定连接,所述的后排气管的中部设置有三元催化器和颗粒捕集器,所述的颗粒捕集器的右方设置有防积水管,所述的防积水管内壁的上方设置有上挡板,所述的防积水管内壁的下方设置有滑槽,所述的滑槽内设置有滑块,所述的滑块的上方固定连接有下挡板,所述的滑槽的右方设置有隔离板,所述的隔离板和防积水管通过复位弹簧连接,所述的防积水管的下方设置有排水管,所述的排水管的左侧设置有排水口,所述的防积水管的右方设置有出气口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管的防积水管,其特征在于:所述的固定圈由全氟醚橡胶制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管的防积水管,其特征在于:所述的连接件B和连接件C之间设置有密封圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管的防积水管,其特征在于:所述的前排气管、后排气管和防积水管的内壁上从内到外依次设置有隔热层和消音涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管的防积水管,其特征在于:所述的上挡板设置在滑槽的上方。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车排气管的防积水管,其特征在于:所述的三元催化器、颗粒捕集器和消音器可如具体情况选择合适的型号。
