本发明涉涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及的是一种肌理质彩漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
肌理漆是可经施工形成质感纹理,装饰效果似壁纸,具有强烈塑造能力的涂料,与普通墙面涂料相比,特点在于更为环保、节能、性价比更高、装饰性更强、施工更简便,是一种集高新技术与高雅艺术为一体的新型墙面装饰产品。产品有布格纹、皮革纹、纤维纹、组合纹、凹凸纹等等。然而因为追求表面质感,肌理漆一般色彩都较为浑浊暗淡,需要再涂覆一层罩光漆,来增加光泽;另一方面厚浆型的肌理漆,比普通墙面漆更容易产生假厚现象,在用滚筒压花时,经常会有滚筒痕产生,明显的影响了涂膜的外观。
在高建筑密度的城市当中,室内涂装往往需在通风条件差,较为封闭的环境中进行,而涂料中的有机挥发物质(VOC)大量弥散于空气中,成为施工人员的一大安全隐患。尽管现在行业流行零VOC的宣传,但大多只是钻了标准定义与检测方法的空子,并没有真正意义上达到零VOC,特别是在涂料固有组分成膜助剂与抗冻剂的添加难以避免的情况下。
目前,市面上还难以找到一款具有光泽性,压花时不易产生杂印且低VOC值的肌理漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有光泽性、耐洗刷、低VOC值、施工性能突出的肌理质彩漆及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种肌理质彩漆,包括以下重量份组份,
水42~55份、羟乙基纤维素1-3份、无皂乳液60~75份、可再分散乳胶粉8~12份、羟丙基淀粉10~15份、分散剂3.5~6.5份、润湿剂2~3.5份、厚浆消泡剂1~2.5份、钛白粉45~65份、石英粉70~90份、高岭土70~90份、霞石粉45~55份、皂石粉水溶液25~35份、粘土分散液8~12份、色浆3~10份、低温成膜VAE乳液120~150份、三乙二醇单丁醚1~3份、防腐剂1~5份、安息香胶1~5份、抗冻剂1~2份、增稠剂5~10份、稳定剂1~5份、AMP-95中和剂1~3份。
优选的,所述无皂乳液为无皂聚合丙烯酸酯乳液、无皂聚合硅丙乳液、无皂聚合苯丙乳液中的一种或多种。

A组份制备:将水和羟乙基纤维素先倒入分散釜中分散成半透明粘稠液,300-600r/min转速下向分散釜中继续加入无皂乳液、三乙二醇单丁醚、羟丙基淀粉、分散剂、润湿剂、厚浆消泡剂,分散30-50min,出料制得A组份;
B组份制备:将钛白粉、石英粉、高岭土、霞石粉和可再分散乳胶粉加入固含量10%的皂石粉水溶液中搅拌混匀,出料制得B组份;
C组份制备:将B组份投入A组份中,加入粘土分散液和色浆,在800-1000r/min,60-75℃下高速分散25分钟,表面除泡后,出料制得C组份;
D组份制备:将低温成膜VAE乳液、防腐剂、安息香胶、抗冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、AMP-95中和剂倒入分散机中,低速分散15min,出料制得组份D;
E组份制备:将组份C与组份D在真空脱泡搅拌机中混匀并脱泡,出料制得肌理质彩漆。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的肌理质彩漆色彩鲜明,能营造特殊光泽肌理墙面的艺术效果;施工压花时,因为涂料特殊的粘稠体系而不易产生杂痕;无皂乳液和低温成膜乳液及其它助剂的合理搭配,在保障漆膜的耐刷洗性和其它物理性能的基础上,减少了乳化剂、成膜助剂、抗冻剂的使用量,极大的降低了涂料的VOC值,施工安全高效,成分绿色环保。

水45份、羟乙基纤维素1份、无皂聚合丙烯酸酯乳液60份、醋酸乙烯酯/乙烯/高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉8份、羟丙基淀粉10份、分散剂4份、润湿剂2.5份、厚浆消泡剂1.5份、钛白粉50份、石英粉75份、高岭土75份、粒度为0.2-0.5mm的霞石粉50份、皂石粉水溶液28份、粘土分散液8份、色浆5份、川维牌CW40–716乳液125、三乙二醇单丁醚3份、防腐剂2份、安息香胶2份、1,2丙二醇1份、碱溶胀型增稠剂5份、索尔维-罗地亚的(Rhodolin OTE-500)3份、陶氏AMP-95中和剂1.5份。

一种肌理质彩漆,包括以下重量份组份,
水46份、羟乙基纤维素1份、无皂乳液64份、可再分散乳胶粉10份、羟丙基淀粉13份、分散剂4.5份、润湿剂2.6份、厚浆消泡剂2份、钛白粉50份、石英粉80份、高岭土75份、粒度为0.2-0.5mm霞石粉45份、皂石粉水溶液27份、粘土分散液11份、色浆6份、低温成膜VAE乳液132份、三乙二醇单丁醚2份、防腐剂3份、安息香胶4份、抗冻剂1.5份、增稠剂8份、索尔维-罗地亚的(Rhodolin OTE-500)2份、AMP-95中和剂1.5份。
所述无皂乳液为无皂聚合苯丙乳液;所述可再分散乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯均聚胶粉;所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂;所述低温成膜VAE乳液为川维牌VAE乳液CW40–907;所述抗冻剂为丙三醇。
本实施例的肌理质彩漆的制备方法参考实施例1的制备方法,在此不再进行赘述。
实施例4
一种肌理质彩漆,包括以下重量份组份,
水53份、羟乙基纤维素2.5份、无皂乳液71份、可再分散乳胶粉10份、羟丙基淀粉13份、分散剂4.5份、润湿剂2.6份、厚浆消泡剂2份、钛白粉50份、石英粉80份、高岭土85份、粒度为0.2-0.5mm霞石粉45份、皂石粉水溶液27份、粘土分散液11份、色浆6份、低温成膜VAE乳液144份、三乙二醇单丁醚2份、防腐剂3份、安息香胶4份、抗冻剂1.5份、增稠剂8份、索尔维-罗地亚的(Rhodolin OTE-500)2份、AMP-95中和剂1.5份。
所述无皂乳液为无皂聚合苯丙乳液与无皂聚合丙烯酸乳液按1:1~3混合而成;所述可再分散乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯均聚胶粉;所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂;所述低温成膜VAE乳液为川维牌VAE乳液CW40–907;所述抗冻剂为丙三醇。

一种肌理质彩漆,包括以下重量份组份,
水49份、羟乙基纤维素1.8份、无皂乳液74份、可再分散乳胶粉12份、羟丙基淀粉13份、分散剂6份、润湿剂2.6份、厚浆消泡剂2份、钛白粉50份、石英粉80份、高岭土75份、粒度为0.2-0.5mm霞石粉45份、皂石粉水溶液33份、粘土分散液11份、色浆6份、低温成膜VAE乳液132份、三乙二醇单丁醚2份、防腐剂3份、安息香胶4份、抗冻剂1.5份、增稠剂7份、索尔维-罗地亚的(Rhodolin OTE-500)2份、AMP-95中和剂1.5份。
所述无皂乳液为无皂聚合丙烯酸乳液;所述可再分散乳胶粉为丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯共聚胶粉与醋酸乙烯酯均聚胶粉按1~2:1混合而成;所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂;所述低温成膜VAE乳液为川维牌VAE乳液CW40–907;所述抗冻剂为1,2丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物。
本实施例的肌理质彩漆的制备方法参考实施例1的制备方法,在此不再进行赘述。
实施例1~5的肌理质彩漆不仅颜色均匀,无分层,无大颗粒,涂膜附着力高,成膜时间短,且使用过程异味轻微,施工性优异。
对比实施例1
一种肌理质彩漆,包括以下重量份组份,
水45份、羟乙基纤维素1份、纯丙乳液60份、醋酸乙烯酯/乙烯/高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉8份、羟丙基淀粉10份、分散剂4份、润湿剂2.5份、厚浆消泡剂1.5份、钛白粉50份、石英粉75份、高岭土75份、粒度为0.2-0.5mm的霞石粉50份、皂石粉水溶液28份、粘土分散液8份、色浆5份、川维牌CW40–716乳液125、三乙二醇单丁醚3份、防腐剂2份、安息香胶2份、1,2丙二醇1份、碱溶胀型增稠剂5份、索尔维-罗地亚的(Rhodolin OTE-500)3份、陶氏AMP-95中和剂1.5份。
本实施例的肌理质彩漆的制备方法参考实施例1的制备方法,在此不再进行赘述。
对比实施例1与实施例1的区别在于用普通纯丙乳液替换无皂乳液,将对比实施例1与实施例1肌理质彩漆进行性能对比,发现对比实施例1肌理质彩漆施工后易发生回粘现象,且涂膜变脆,柔韧性降低。
对比实施例2
一种肌理质彩漆,包括以下重量份组份,
水45份、羟乙基纤维素1份、无皂聚合丙烯酸酯乳液60份、醋酸乙烯酯/乙烯/高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉8份、羟丙基淀粉10份、分散剂4份、润湿剂2.5份、厚浆消泡剂1.5份、钛白粉50份、石英粉75份、高岭土75份、粒度为0.2-0.5mm的霞石粉50份、皂石粉水溶液28份、粘土分散液8份、色浆5份、川维牌CW40–716乳液125、三乙二醇单丁醚3份、防腐剂2份、安息香胶2份、1,2丙二醇1份、碱溶胀型增稠剂5份、陶氏AMP-95中和剂1.5份。
本实施例的肌理质彩漆的制备方法参考实施例1的制备方法,在此不再进行赘述。
对比实施例2与实施例1的区别在于索尔维-罗地亚的Rhodolin OTE-500助剂的使用,将对比实施例2与实施例1肌理质彩漆进行性能对比,发现对比实施例2肌理质彩漆低温时易结块,且成膜时间明显变长,成膜后置于10℃左右环境中涂膜发生明显开裂,与实施例1相比耐冻性明显降低。

Claims (8)
1.一种肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:包括以下重量份组份,
水42~55份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、无皂乳液60~75份、可再分散乳胶粉8~12份、羟丙基淀粉10~15份、分散剂3.5~6.5份、润湿剂2~3.5份、厚浆消泡剂1~2.5份、钛白粉45~65份、石英粉70~90份、高岭土70~90份、霞石粉45~55份、皂石粉水溶液25~35份、粘土分散液8~12份、色浆3~10份、低温成膜VAE乳液120~150份、三乙二醇单丁醚1~3份、防腐剂1~5份、安息香胶1~5份、抗冻剂1~2份、增稠剂5~10份、稳定剂1~5份、AMP-95中和剂1~3份;所述可再分散乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯/乙烯/高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉、丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯均聚胶粉中的一种或多种;所述稳定剂为索尔维-罗地亚的Rhodolin OTE-500。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:所述无皂乳液为无皂聚合丙烯酸酯乳液、无皂聚合硅丙乳液、无皂聚合苯丙乳液中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为碱溶胀型增稠剂、缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂、缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:所述低温成膜VAE乳液为川维牌VAE乳液CW40–716、CW40–707、CW40–907中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:所述抗冻剂为1,2丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:所述霞石粉的粒度为0.2-0.5mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的肌理质彩漆,其特征在于:包括以下重量份组份,水46份、羟乙基纤维素1份、无皂乳液64份、可再分散乳胶粉10份、羟丙基淀粉13份、分散剂4.5份、润湿剂2.6份、厚浆消泡剂2份、钛白粉50份、石英粉80份、高岭土75份、霞石粉45份、皂石粉水溶液27份、粘土分散液11份、色浆6份、低温成膜VAE乳液132份、三乙二醇单丁醚2份、防腐剂3份、安息香胶4份、抗冻剂1.5份、增稠剂8份、稳定剂2份、AMP-95中和剂1.5份。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一项所述的肌理质彩漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A组份制备:将水和羟乙基纤维素先倒入分散釜中分散成半透明粘稠液,300-600r/min转速下向分散釜中继续加入无皂乳液、三乙二醇单丁醚、羟丙基淀粉、分散剂、润湿剂、厚浆消泡剂,分散30-50min,出料制得A组份;
B组份制备:将钛白粉、石英粉、高岭土、霞石粉和可再分散乳胶粉加入固含量10%的皂石粉水溶液中搅拌混匀,出料制得B组份;
C组份制备:将B组份投入A组份中,加入粘土分散液和色浆,在800-1000r/min,60-75℃下高速分散25分钟,表面除泡后,出料制得C组份;
D组份制备:将低温成膜VAE乳液、防腐剂、安息香胶、抗冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、AMP-95中和剂倒入分散机中,低速分散15min,出料制得组份D;
E组份制备:将组份C与组份D在真空脱泡搅拌机中混匀并脱泡,出料制得肌理质彩漆。
