Abstract
本发明提供一种板材输送切割装置,包括切割室,切割室下端两侧对应设有口型输送轨道,输送轨道上设有输送板,输送板和输送轨道之间通过设置滑动轴连接,切割室顶端设有滑动轨道,滑动轨道上升降气缸,升降气缸下端设有切割电机,切割电机左侧连接有切割刀,切割室左侧设有上料台,切割室右侧下端设有下料传送带,所述下料传送带左端位于输送轨道下方。本发明通过设置输送轨道和输送板对板材进行输送切割和下料,提高了工作效率,减少了人力劳动,结构简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种板材输送切割装置。
背景技术
板材切割机是一种木工加工机械,常用于装饰、装修等行业,用以切割强化地板、PVC地板等。目前在进行切割作业时,通常由人工进行送料,工作效率极为低下、加工周期较长且人工的劳动强度大。同时,若待加工的板材较厚,则相应的重量较大,人工转运极不方便;而若是待加工的板材较薄,则其边缘将较为锋利,给操作人员的安全隐患带来了极大的增加。因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种板材切割传送装置,通过输送轨道上设置输送板,输送板对板材进行固定输送,解决了需要人工转运,工作效率底下的问题。
本发明提供一种板材输送切割装置,包括切割室,切割室下端两侧对应设有口型输送轨道,输送轨道上设有输送板,输送板和输送轨道之间通过设置滑动轴连接,切割室顶端设有滑动轨道,滑动轨道上升降气缸,升降气缸下端设有切割电机,切割电机左侧连接有切割刀,切割室左侧设有上料台,切割室右侧下端设有下料传送带,所述下料传送带左端位于输送轨道下方。
进一步改进在于:所述输送板上设有防滑垫,输送板外侧设有从右到座依次降低的固定块。
进一步改进在于:切割室右侧设有传感器,传感器与传送轨道上端齐平。
进一步改进在于:切割室左侧上端两侧设有定位板。
进一步改进在于:切割室下方中间设有吸尘箱,吸尘箱上设有吸尘管,吸尘管顶端低于输送轨道上端。
本发明的有益效果:设置输送轨道和输送板对板材进行输送切割和输送下料,提高了工作效率,减少了人力劳动;设置定位板,对板材进行定位,防止板材偏移;设置防滑垫和固定块,防止在切割的过程中滑动发生偏移,提高切割的精确度;设置吸尘管和吸尘箱,对切割产生的粉尘进行吸收处理,减少了污染。

如图1-2所示,本实施例提供一种板材输送切割装置,包括切割室1,切割室1下端两侧对应设有口型输送轨道2,输送轨道2上设有输送板3,输送板3和输送轨道2之间通过设置滑动轴4连接,切割室1顶端设有滑动轨道5,滑动轨道5上升降气缸6,升降气缸6下端设有切割电机7,切割电机7左侧连接有切割刀8,切割室1左侧设有上料台9,切割室1右侧下端设有下料传送带10,所述下料传送带10左端位于输送轨道2下方。所述输送板3上设有防滑垫11,输送板3外侧设有从右到座依次降低的固定块12。切割室1右侧设有传感器13,传感器13与输送轨道2上端齐平。切割室1左侧上端两侧设有定位板14。切割室1下方中间设有吸尘箱15,吸尘箱15上设有吸尘管16,吸尘管16顶端低于输送轨道2上端。
本实施例板材在上料台9上通过输送板3进入切割室1,定位板14对板材进行定位,输送板3上的固定块12对板材进行固定,板材通过输送板3在输送轨道3上传送,板材前端触碰到传感器13时,升降气缸6下降,切割刀8通过切割电机7作用对板材进行切割,吸尘管16将切割产生的粉尘吸入吸尘箱15进行集中处理,切割后板材传送到下料传送带10上进行输送下料。

1.一种板材输送切割装置,包括切割室(1),其特征在于:切割室(1)下端两侧对应设有口型输送轨道(2),输送轨道(2)上设有输送板(3),输送板(3)和输送轨道(2)之间通过设置滑动轴(4)连接,切割室(1)顶端设有滑动轨道(5),滑动轨道(5)上升降气缸(6),升降气缸(6)下端设有切割电机(7),切割电机(7)左侧连接有切割刀(8),切割室(1)左侧设有上料台(9),切割室(1)右侧下端设有下料传送带(10),所述下料传送带(10)左端位于输送轨道(2)下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的板材输送切割装置,其特征在于:所述输送板(3)上设有防滑垫(11),输送板(3)外侧设有从右到座依次降低的固定块(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的板材输送切割装置,其特征在于:切割室(1)右侧设有传感器(13),传感器(13)与输送轨道(2)上端齐平。
4.如权利要求1所述的板材输送切割装置,其特征在于:切割室(1)左侧上端两侧设有定位板(14)。
5.如权利要求1所述的板材输送切割装置,其特征在于:切割室(1)下方中间设有吸尘箱(15),吸尘箱(15)上设有吸尘管(16),吸尘管(16)顶端低于输送轨道(2)上端。
