Abstract
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及涉及一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品及其制备方法,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:30‑40份黄鳝、12‑18份金钗石斛、4‑12份枸杞、7‑16份罗汉果、6‑13份牛蒡、1‑6份琼珍灵芝、3‑9份山药、2‑6份五味子、3‑8份桑叶、水适量;本发明所提供的具有降血糖功能的保健食品能够提高超氧化物歧化酶水平,降低过氧化脂质,起到很好的降低血糖和调节血糖的作用;可以加速胆固醇转化,降低血糖中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,两者配伍,起到了很好的降血糖和降血脂作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
当血糖值高于正常范围即为高血糖。高血糖也是通常大家所说“三高”中的一高。另外“两高”分别是高血压和高脂血症。空腹血糖正常值在6.1mmol/L以下,餐后两小时血糖的正常值在7.8mmol/L以下,如果高于这一范围,称为高血糖。
正常情况下,人体能够通过激素调节和神经调节这两大调节系统确保血糖的来源与去路保持平衡,使血糖维持在一定水平。但是在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)与环境因素(如不合理的膳食、肥胖等)的共同作用下,两大调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖水平的升高。
目前中国专利CN102308993B公开了一种缓解视疲劳的穴位按摩及中药组合物。本发明涉及一种保健食品及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种降血糖、降血脂保健食品及其制备方法。为了治疗或防治人们的高血糖、高血脂病,本发明提供一种降血糖、降血脂保健食品及其制备方法,该降血糖、降血脂保健食品由苦丁茶CO2超临界萃取物、黄芪提取物、葛根提取物、山药提取物、绞股蓝提取物、生地黄提取物、麦门冬提取物、白芍提取物、五味子CO2超临界萃取物混合而成。该保健食品具有降低血糖、降低血脂的保健功能。本发明提供的降血糖、降血脂保健食品的制备方法,生产工艺简单,易于操作,成本较低。
目前中国专利CN104137992B公开了一种降血糖保健食品,它主要由如下重量份的原料所制成:人参20份、黄芪 20-30份、葛根15-25份、苍术25-45份、五味子5-15份、枸杞子10-20份、玉米须10-20份、小扁豆30-50份、苦瓜20-30份、薏苡仁5-10份、维生素0.06-0.1份。本发明还提供了所述降血糖保健食品的制备方法及其应用。与现有技术相比,本发明所得的降血糖保健食品,无毒副作用,既有营养价值,又能够有效降血糖,且能明显减少降血糖药物所产生的副反应。
但现有技术所提供的保健食品还存在功能单一,降血糖作用不明显的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品及其制备方法。本发明提供的技术方案能够在一定程度上弥补现有保健食品所存在的功能单一,降血糖作用不明显的缺陷。
为了实现上述的目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:30-40份黄鳝、12-18份金钗石斛、4-12份枸杞、7-16份罗汉果、6-13份牛蒡、1-6份琼珍灵芝、3-9份山药、2-6份五味子、3-8份桑叶、水适量。
优选的,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:33-37份黄鳝、15-17份金钗石斛、5-10份枸杞、8-13份罗汉果、7-10份牛蒡、2-5份琼珍灵芝、5-8份山药、3-5份五味子、4-7份桑叶、水适量。
优选的,该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将罗汉果清选除杂,在一定温度条件下真空干燥至水分含量低于10%,粉碎得平均粒度为130-150目筛的罗汉果粉,以乙醇为提取剂采用超临界CO2萃取技术,提取得提取液;
(2)将金钗石斛、牛蒡、琼珍灵芝洗净,放入锅中,加入十倍量的水,煎煮至水分减少为加入量的1/9-1/8,过滤,取汁液,管式离心并浓缩,得浓缩液;
(3)将桑叶洗净切碎,与五味子一起加入55℃干燥箱中干燥1.5-2h,取出冷却后,粉碎过筛,加入一定量乙醇浸提,自然冷却过夜,采用2000r/min的转速离心分离一定时间,过滤,随后用旋转蒸发器在50℃、50r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏,得混合提取物;
(4)将黄鳝洗净、切段,放入锅中,加入15-20倍量的水,大火炖5-6min,随后加入提取液、浓缩液、混合提取物、山药和枸杞,转小火炖煮一段时间即得目标产物。
优选的,步骤(1)中真空干燥温度为45℃。
优选的,步骤(3)中乙醇加入量为200-250ml。
优选的,步骤(4)中小火炖煮时间为1-1.5h。
采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)黄鳝富含DNA和卵磷脂它是构成人体各器官组织细胞膜的主要成分,而且是脑细胞不可缺少的营养成分,黄鳝还富含维生素A,能增进视力,促进皮膜的新陈代谢,与金钗石斛配合食用,可以帮助消化,提高超氧化物歧化酶水平,降低过氧化脂质,起到很好的降低血糖和调节血糖的作用;
(2)罗汉果提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂伏格列波糖有着调节作用,改善肾功能,对糖尿病具有一定的预防作用;
(3)牛蒡与琼脂灵芝配伍,两者搭配具有治疗糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抗癌的作用,可以降低血糖、降血压、血脂,提高人体免疫能力;
(4)桑叶中富含生物碱和桑叶多糖,可促进胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素,五味子中富含维生素A、C,维生素C可参与体内氧化还原过程,能够加速胆固醇转化,降低血糖中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,两者配伍,起到了很好的降血糖和降血脂作用。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其特征在于,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:30份黄鳝、18份金钗石斛、4份枸杞、16份罗汉果、6份牛蒡、6份琼珍灵芝、3份山药、6份五味子、3份桑叶、水适量。
该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将罗汉果清选除杂,在45℃的温度条件下真空干燥至水分含量低于10%,粉碎得平均粒度为150目筛的罗汉果粉,以乙醇为提取剂采用超临界CO2萃取技术,提取得提取液;
(2)将金钗石斛、牛蒡、琼珍灵芝洗净,放入锅中,加入十倍量的水,煎煮至水分减少为加入量的1/9,过滤,取汁液,管式离心并浓缩,得浓缩液;
(3)将桑叶洗净切碎,与五味子一起加入55℃干燥箱中干燥2h,取出冷却后,粉碎过筛,加入200ml乙醇浸提,自然冷却过夜,采用2000r/min的转速离心分离一定时间,过滤,随后用旋转蒸发器在50℃、50r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏,得混合提取物;
(4)将黄鳝洗净、切段,放入锅中,加入20倍量的水,大火炖5min,随后加入提取液、浓缩液、混合提取物、山药和枸杞,转小火炖煮1.5h即得目标产物。
实施例2:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其特征在于,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:40份黄鳝、12份金钗石斛、12份枸杞、7份罗汉果、13份牛蒡、1份琼珍灵芝、9份山药、2份五味子、8份桑叶、水适量。
该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将罗汉果清选除杂,在45℃的温度条件下真空干燥至水分含量低于10%,粉碎得平均粒度为130目筛的罗汉果粉,以乙醇为提取剂采用超临界CO2萃取技术,提取得提取液;
(2)将金钗石斛、牛蒡、琼珍灵芝洗净,放入锅中,加入十倍量的水,煎煮至水分减少为加入量的1/8,过滤,取汁液,管式离心并浓缩,得浓缩液;
(3)将桑叶洗净切碎,与五味子一起加入55℃干燥箱中干燥1.5h,取出冷却后,粉碎过筛,加入250ml乙醇浸提,自然冷却过夜,采用2000r/min的转速离心分离一定时间,过滤,随后用旋转蒸发器在50℃、50r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏,得混合提取物;
(4)将黄鳝洗净、切段,放入锅中,加入15倍量的水,大火炖6min,随后加入提取液、浓缩液、混合提取物、山药和枸杞,转小火炖煮1h即得目标产物。
实施例3:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:33份黄鳝、17份金钗石斛、5份枸杞、13份罗汉果、7份牛蒡、5份琼珍灵芝、5份山药、5份五味子、4份桑叶、水适量。
该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将罗汉果清选除杂,在45℃的温度条件下真空干燥至水分含量低于10%,粉碎得平均粒度为130目筛的罗汉果粉,以乙醇为提取剂采用超临界CO2萃取技术,提取得提取液;
(2)将金钗石斛、牛蒡、琼珍灵芝洗净,放入锅中,加入十倍量的水,煎煮至水分减少为加入量的1/8,过滤,取汁液,管式离心并浓缩,得浓缩液;
(3)将桑叶洗净切碎,与五味子一起加入55℃干燥箱中干燥1.5h,取出冷却后,粉碎过筛,加入250ml乙醇浸提,自然冷却过夜,采用2000r/min的转速离心分离一定时间,过滤,随后用旋转蒸发器在50℃、50r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏,得混合提取物;
(4)将黄鳝洗净、切段,放入锅中,加入15倍量的水,大火炖6min,随后加入提取液、浓缩液、混合提取物、山药和枸杞,转小火炖煮1h即得目标产物。
实施例4:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:37份黄鳝、15份金钗石斛、10份枸杞、8份罗汉果、10份牛蒡、2份琼珍灵芝、8份山药、3份五味子、7份桑叶、水适量。
该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将罗汉果清选除杂,在45℃的温度条件下真空干燥至水分含量低于10%,粉碎得平均粒度为150目筛的罗汉果粉,以乙醇为提取剂采用超临界CO2萃取技术,提取得提取液;
(2)将金钗石斛、牛蒡、琼珍灵芝洗净,放入锅中,加入十倍量的水,煎煮至水分减少为加入量的1/9,过滤,取汁液,管式离心并浓缩,得浓缩液;
(3)将桑叶洗净切碎,与五味子一起加入55℃干燥箱中干燥2h,取出冷却后,粉碎过筛,加入200ml乙醇浸提,自然冷却过夜,采用2000r/min的转速离心分离一定时间,过滤,随后用旋转蒸发器在50℃、50r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏,得混合提取物;

实施例5:
一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:35份黄鳝、16份金钗石斛、7份枸杞、10份罗汉果、9份牛蒡、4份琼珍灵芝、6份山药、4份五味子、5份桑叶、水适量。
该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将罗汉果清选除杂,在45℃的温度条件下真空干燥至水分含量低于10%,粉碎得平均粒度为140目筛的罗汉果粉,以乙醇为提取剂采用超临界CO2萃取技术,提取得提取液;
(2)将金钗石斛、牛蒡、琼珍灵芝洗净,放入锅中,加入十倍量的水,煎煮至水分减少为加入量的1/9,过滤,取汁液,管式离心并浓缩,得浓缩液;
(3)将桑叶洗净切碎,与五味子一起加入55℃干燥箱中干燥1.5h,取出冷却后,粉碎过筛,加入220ml乙醇浸提,自然冷却过夜,采用2000r/min的转速离心分离一定时间,过滤,随后用旋转蒸发器在50℃、50r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏,得混合提取物;
(4)将黄鳝洗净、切段,放入锅中,加入20倍量的水,大火炖5min,随后加入提取液、浓缩液、混合提取物、山药和枸杞,转小火炖煮1.5h即得目标产物。

1.一种具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其特征在于,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:30-40份黄鳝、12-18份金钗石斛、4-12份枸杞、7-16份罗汉果、6-13份牛蒡、1-6份琼珍灵芝、3-9份山药、2-6份五味子、3-8份桑叶、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其特征在于,该保健食品由如下重量份数原料组成:33-37份黄鳝、15-17份金钗石斛、5-10份枸杞、8-13份罗汉果、7-10份牛蒡、2-5份琼珍灵芝、5-8份山药、3-5份五味子、4-7份桑叶、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有降血糖功能的保健食品,其特征在于,该保健食品组合物及其制备方法包括如下几个步骤:

4.根据权利要求3所述的缓解视疲劳保健食品组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中真空干燥温度为45℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的具有降血糖功能的保健食品及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中乙醇加入量为200-250ml。
6.根据权利要求3所述的具有降血糖功能的保健食品及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中小火炖煮时间为1-1.5h。
