本发明的以乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌五种菌种分别接种培养,然后进行扩大培养,得到菌种扩大液,接着以食用葡萄糖、乳粉、低聚异麦芽糖、DHA藻油、膳食纤维、牛磺酸、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C为原料制备发酵培养基,然后将菌种扩大液于发酵培养基中密封培养,最后冷冻干燥处理后得到冻干粉,营养物质丰富,营养物质释放效率高,易吸收。

在实施例中,所述益生菌冻干粉,其原料按重量份包括:食用葡萄糖15-25份、乳粉10-20份、益生菌冻干粉26-30份、低聚异麦芽糖4-8份、DHA藻油3-6份、膳食纤维2-5份、牛磺酸1-5份、维生素A 0.01-0.03份、维生素B20.02-0.05份、维生素C 0.03-0.09份、缓释填料10-20份。
所述益生菌冻干粉的原料按重量份包括:乳双歧杆菌1-3份、嗜酸乳杆菌2-5份、干酪乳杆菌1-4份、长双歧杆菌3-8份、植物乳杆菌2-5份。
所述缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10-20份淀粉、4-8份木薯粉、3-9份壳聚糖、2-6份微囊藻、1-5份脱壳素、4-8份大豆卵磷脂和10-20份水混合均匀,于70-80℃,水浴搅拌2-4h,接着于80-90℃干燥10-20h,研磨至50-150μm颗粒,冷却至室温得到物料a;将4-9份纤维蛋白胶和3-9份阿拉伯木聚糖混合均匀,于350-650r/min转速搅拌20-30min,接着于-30~-50℃冷冻干燥机中干燥20-40min得到缓释填料。
本发明还提供一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:益生菌的活化:将乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌五种菌种分别接种到四个MRS斜面培养基上,于30-37℃培养10-16h,得到活化的斜面菌种;
S2、扩大培养:将所得斜面菌种分别接种于MRS液体培养基中,30-37℃培养10-16h,得到液体菌种,然后将五中液体菌种分别按0.2-0.5%(v/v)的接种量接入灭菌的培养液中,30-37℃培养1-2d,得菌种扩大液;
S3、发酵:以食用葡萄糖、乳粉、低聚异麦芽糖、DHA藻油、膳食纤维、牛磺酸、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C为原料制备发酵培养基,将其灭菌后按3-5%(v/v)的接种量接种菌种扩大液,30-37℃密封培养1-2d,至pH降至3.5-4.0时终止发酵;
S4、冷冻干燥:将发酵产物过滤,所得发酵液经冷冻干燥制得所述益生菌冻干粉。
实施例1
一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉,其原料按重量份包括:食用葡萄糖20份、乳粉15份、益生菌冻干粉28份、低聚异麦芽糖6份、DHA藻油4.5份、膳食纤维3.5份、牛磺酸3份、维生素A 0.02份、维生素B2 0.03份、维生素C 0.06份、缓释填料15份。
所述益生菌冻干粉的原料按重量份包括:乳双歧杆菌2份、嗜酸乳杆菌3.5份、干酪乳杆菌2.5份、长双歧杆菌5.5份、植物乳杆菌3.5份。
所述缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份淀粉、6份木薯粉、6份壳聚糖、4份微囊藻、3份脱壳素、6份大豆卵磷脂和15份水混合均匀,于75℃,水浴搅拌3h,接着于85℃干燥15h,研磨至100μm颗粒,冷却至室温得到物料a;将6.5份纤维蛋白胶和6份阿拉伯木聚糖混合均匀,于500r/min转速搅拌25min,接着于-40℃冷冻干燥机中干燥30min得到缓释填料。
本发明还提供一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:益生菌的活化:将乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌五种菌种分别接种到四个MRS斜面培养基上,于33℃培养136h,得到活化的斜面菌种;
S2、扩大培养:将所得斜面菌种分别接种于MRS液体培养基中,34℃培养13h,得到液体菌种,然后将五中液体菌种分别按0.3%(v/v)的接种量接入灭菌的培养液中,34℃培养1d,得菌种扩大液;
S3、发酵:以食用葡萄糖、乳粉、低聚异麦芽糖、DHA藻油、膳食纤维、牛磺酸、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C为原料制备发酵培养基,将其灭菌后按4%(v/v)的接种量接种菌种扩大液,33℃密封培养2d,至pH降至3.6时终止发酵;
S4、冷冻干燥:将发酵产物过滤,所得发酵液经冷冻干燥制得所述益生菌冻干粉。
实施例2
一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉,其原料按重量份包括:食用葡萄糖15份、乳粉20份、益生菌冻干粉26份、低聚异麦芽糖8份、DHA藻油3份、膳食纤维5份、牛磺酸1份、维生素A 0.03份、维生素B2 0.02份、维生素C 0.09份、缓释填料10份。
所述益生菌冻干粉的原料按重量份包括:乳双歧杆菌1份、嗜酸乳杆菌5份、干酪乳杆菌1份、长双歧杆菌8份、植物乳杆菌2份。
所述缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份淀粉、8份木薯粉、3份壳聚糖、6份微囊藻、1份脱壳素、8份大豆卵磷脂和10份水混合均匀,于80℃,水浴搅拌2h,接着于90℃干燥10h,研磨至150μm颗粒,冷却至室温得到物料a;将4份纤维蛋白胶和9份阿拉伯木聚糖混合均匀,于350r/min转速搅拌30min,接着于-30℃冷冻干燥机中干燥40min得到缓释填料。
本发明还提供一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:益生菌的活化:将乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌五种菌种分别接种到四个MRS斜面培养基上,于30℃培养16h,得到活化的斜面菌种;
S2、扩大培养:将所得斜面菌种分别接种于MRS液体培养基中,30℃培养16h,得到液体菌种,然后将五中液体菌种分别按0.2%(v/v)的接种量接入灭菌的培养液中,37℃培养1d,得菌种扩大液;
S3、发酵:以食用葡萄糖、乳粉、低聚异麦芽糖、DHA藻油、膳食纤维、牛磺酸、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C为原料制备发酵培养基,将其灭菌后按5%(v/v)的接种量接种菌种扩大液,30℃密封培养2d,至pH降至3.5时终止发酵;
S4、冷冻干燥:将发酵产物过滤,所得发酵液经冷冻干燥制得所述益生菌冻干粉。
实施例3
一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉,其原料按重量份包括:食用葡萄糖25份、乳粉10份、益生菌冻干粉30份、低聚异麦芽糖4份、DHA藻油6份、膳食纤维2份、牛磺酸5份、维生素A 0.01份、维生素B2 0.05份、维生素C 0.03份、缓释填料20份。
所述益生菌冻干粉的原料按重量份包括:乳双歧杆菌3份、嗜酸乳杆菌2份、干酪乳杆菌4份、长双歧杆菌3份、植物乳杆菌5份。
所述缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将20份淀粉、4份木薯粉、9份壳聚糖、2份微囊藻、5份脱壳素、4份大豆卵磷脂和20份水混合均匀,于70℃,水浴搅拌4h,接着于80℃干燥20h,研磨至50μm颗粒,冷却至室温得到物料a;将9份纤维蛋白胶和3份阿拉伯木聚糖混合均匀,于650r/min转速搅拌20min,接着于-50℃冷冻干燥机中干燥20min得到缓释填料。
本发明还提供一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:益生菌的活化:将乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌五种菌种分别接种到四个MRS斜面培养基上,于37℃培养10h,得到活化的斜面菌种;
S2、扩大培养:将所得斜面菌种分别接种于MRS液体培养基中,37℃培养10h,得到液体菌种,然后将五中液体菌种分别按0.5%(v/v)的接种量接入灭菌的培养液中,30℃培养2d,得菌种扩大液;
S3、发酵:以食用葡萄糖、乳粉、低聚异麦芽糖、DHA藻油、膳食纤维、牛磺酸、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C为原料制备发酵培养基,将其灭菌后按3%(v/v)的接种量接种菌种扩大液,37℃密封培养1d,至pH降至4.0时终止发酵;
S4、冷冻干燥:将发酵产物过滤,所得发酵液经冷冻干燥制得所述益生菌冻干粉。

1.一种有益人体肠道健康的益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,其原料包括:食用葡萄糖、乳粉、益生菌冻干粉、低聚异麦芽糖、DHA藻油、膳食纤维、牛磺酸、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C。
2.根据权利要求1所述的益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:食用葡萄糖15-25份、乳粉10-20份、益生菌冻干粉26-30份、低聚异麦芽糖4-8份、DHA藻油3-6份、膳食纤维2-5份、牛磺酸1-5份、维生素A 0.01-0.03份、维生素B2 0.02-0.05份、维生素C 0.03-0.09份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉的原料按重量份包括:乳双歧杆菌1-3份、嗜酸乳杆菌2-5份、干酪乳杆菌1-4份、长双歧杆菌3-8份、植物乳杆菌2-5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,其原料按重量份还包括缓释填料10-20份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,缓释填料的原料按重量份包括:淀粉10-20份、木薯粉4-8份、壳聚糖3-9份、微囊藻2-6份、脱壳素1-5份、大豆卵磷脂4-8份、水10-20份、纤维蛋白胶4-9份、阿拉伯木聚糖3-9份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述缓释填料按如下工艺进行制备:将淀粉、木薯粉、壳聚糖、微囊藻、脱壳素、大豆卵磷脂和水混合均匀,于70-80℃,水浴搅拌2-4h,接着于80-90℃干燥10-20h,研磨至50-150μm颗粒,冷却至室温得到物料a;将纤维蛋白胶和阿拉伯木聚糖混合均匀,于350-650r/min转速搅拌20-30min,接着于-30~-50℃冷冻干燥机中干燥20-40min得到缓释填料。
