背景技术
蜂蜜干粉的生产工艺是液体蜂蜜的一种深加工技术,蜂蜜干粉研发成功,极大的提升了蜂蜜这一天然产品在食品加工行业中应用的深度和广度,由此迸发出一系列复合蜂蜜干粉保健产品。但是现有技术中蜂蜜干粉的制作工艺比较复杂,制备方法操作比较麻烦,而且蜂蜜干粉中采用了很多食品添加剂,如明胶等,一方面影响蜂蜜干粉的口感,另一方面也影响了蜂蜜干粉的营养成份。因此,迫切的需要一种新的生产工艺解决该技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种蜂蜜干粉及其生产工艺。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种蜂蜜干粉,包括以下重量份的物质:60~80份蜂蜜、15~30份淀粉、4~8份牛磺酸、2~6份茶多酚、3~6份花青素、6~10份β环糊精、0.5~1份日落黄、2~5份卡拉胶、5~15份蛋白质、11~22份中药辅料,所述中药辅料包括:2~5份菟丝子、3~5份熟地黄、2~4份炙甘草、3~5份玉竹、1~3份车前子。
作为一种优化方案,所述蛋白质包括以下重量份的物质:酪蛋白酸钠1~5份、水解乳清蛋白2~4份、大豆分离蛋白2~6份。
一种蜂蜜干粉的生产工艺,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选并清洗所需的中药辅料;
(2)将步骤(1)中的11~22份中药辅料置入粉碎机中微粉碎,粉碎至粒度100μm;
(3)将60~80份结晶蜂蜜在45℃下液化,其液化时间为10小时;然后将其置入设定为真空度为0.003兆帕的低温真空蒸发器中,并调制温度至24℃,低温蒸发蜂蜜中的水分,至蜂蜜中水分含量为14%;
(4)向步骤(3)得到的蜂蜜中加入15~30份淀粉、4~8份牛磺酸、2~6份茶多酚、3~6份花青素、6~10份β环糊精、0.5~1份日落黄、2~5份卡拉胶、8~20份蛋白质以及步骤(2)中处理后的11~22份中药辅料,加料过程中加入水分并不断搅拌,得到均匀混合料,最终混合料中水分的含量为17%;
(5)将步骤(4)中得到的混合料采用胶体磨进行磨浆,至其粒度为45μm;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合料置入低温真空蒸发器中,调制真空度0.003兆帕、温度25℃,蒸发混合料中水分,使其水分含量低于4%;
(7)将步骤(6)中得到的混合料置入制料机中进行制粒,得到最终蜂蜜干粉。
作为一种优化方案,所述步骤(1)中清洗过后的11~22份中药辅料进行烘干消毒处理,采用紫外线消毒10~20分钟。
本发明较现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
1.本生产工艺采用高真空低温浓缩技术手段,避开高温处理,保护了蜂蜜内的酶、维生素等营养物质;
2.本发明所述的蜂蜜干粉的结合了滋补人体中药的成分,适于长期使用,安神保健;

具体的,60份蜂蜜为该蜂蜜干粉的主体,15份淀粉为该蜂蜜干粉的载体,为了补充花粉植物中牛磺酸的不足,由此特添加4份牛磺酸;为了调和蜂蜜中的杂物,由此添加2份茶多酚保证食品安全;为了防止蜂蜜中的营养成分被氧化失效,由此特添加3份花青素;此外,为蜂蜜中的多种酶提供载体,特提供6份β环糊精;为了使得产品颜色可观,便添加0.5份日落黄,此外另添加卡拉胶,与蜂蜜相互配合起到清理人体肠胃的作用。

具体的,80份蜂蜜为该蜂蜜干粉的主体,30份淀粉为该蜂蜜干粉的载体,为了补充花粉植物中牛磺酸的不足,由此特添加8份牛磺酸;为了调和蜂蜜中的杂物,由此添加6份茶多酚保证食品安全;为了防止蜂蜜中的营养成分被氧化失效,由此特添加6份花青素;此外,为蜂蜜中的多种酶提供载体,特提供10份β环糊精;为了使得产品颜色可观,便添加1份日落黄,此外另添加卡拉胶,与蜂蜜相互配合起到清理人体肠胃的作用。
进一步的优化,在蜂蜜干粉中还添加中药辅料为蜂蜜干粉的营养以及功效进行进一步的补充。
具体的,其中,菟丝子可以滋补肝肾,熟地黄可以补血填髓,炙甘草可以调节免疫功能、抗炎解毒,玉竹可以滋养气血、兼除风热,车前子可以祛痰、平喘、抗菌。
实施例3
一种蜂蜜干粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质:70份蜂蜜、23份淀粉、6份牛磺酸、4份茶多酚、5份花青素、8份β环糊精、1份日落黄、4份卡拉胶、10份蛋白质、17份中药辅料,所述中药辅料包括:4份菟丝子、4份熟地黄、3份炙甘草、4份玉竹、2份车前子。
具体的,70份蜂蜜为该蜂蜜干粉的主体,23份淀粉为该蜂蜜干粉的载体,为了补充花粉植物中牛磺酸的不足,由此特添加6份牛磺酸;为了调和蜂蜜中的杂物,由此添加4份茶多酚保证食品安全;为了防止蜂蜜中的营养成分被氧化失效,由此特添加5份花青素;此外,为蜂蜜中的多种酶提供载体,特提供8份β环糊精;为了使得产品颜色可观,便添加1份日落黄,此外另添加卡拉胶,与蜂蜜相互配合起到清理人体肠胃的作用。

实施例4
一种蜂蜜干粉的生产工艺,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选并清洗选用的中药辅料;
具体的,此步骤对中药辅料进行挑选,优选健康成熟的辅料,并清洗备用。
(2)将步骤(1)中的中药辅料置入粉碎机中微粉碎,粉碎至粒度100μm;
具体的,由于中药辅料均为固态药材,所以,为了进一步的制粉要对中药辅料进行初步的微粉碎,具体要求为其粉碎后的粒度为100μm。
(3)将60~80份结晶蜂蜜在45℃下液化,其液化时间为10小时;然后将其置入设定为真空度为0.003兆帕的低温真空蒸发器中,并调制温度至24℃,低温蒸发蜂蜜中的水分,至蜂蜜中水分含量为14%;
具体的,由于蜂蜜富含多种酶、维生素、果糖,由此在高温环境下会使其内的营养物质变性,失去其营养价值,所以本方案中采用真空环境低温蒸发蜂蜜中的水分,具体原理为在真空环境下,降低水的沸点,进而达到低温蒸发的目的。
(4)向步骤(3)得到的蜂蜜中加入15~30份淀粉、4~8份牛磺酸、2~6份茶多酚、3~6份花青素、6~10份β环糊精、0.5~1份日落黄、2~5份卡拉胶、8~20份蛋白质以及步骤(2)中处理后的11~22份中药辅料,加料过程中加入水分并不断搅拌,得到均匀混合料,最终混合料中水分的含量为17%;
具体的,此步骤将蜂蜜、淀粉、蛋白粉、β环糊精、日落黄、卡拉胶以及中药辅料相混合,进一步优化,加料搅拌过程中适当的加入水分,其实混合更加均匀,更加充分,使其完全一体化。
(5)将步骤(4)中得到的混合料采用胶体磨进行磨浆,至其粒度为45μm;
具体的,此方案对混合料的进一步的细磨。
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合料置入低温真空蒸发器中,调制真空度0.003兆帕、温度25℃,蒸发混合料中水分,使其水分含量低于4%;
具体的,由于步骤(4)中为了混合均匀加入了适当的水分,由此,在经过步骤(5)过后,再次对混合料进行低温真空蒸发处理,降低其水分含量,使得其水分含量低于混合料的4%。
(7)将步骤(6)中得到的混合料置入制料机中进行制粒,得到最终蜂蜜干粉。
由此经过上述步骤完成成品。
作为一种优化方案,所述步骤(1)中清洗过后的11~22份中药辅料进行烘干消毒处理,采用紫外线消毒10~20分钟。
具体的,作为优化,在生产工艺的步骤(1)中添加消毒步骤,防止中药辅料上带有细菌之后对蜂蜜内营养物质的破坏。
如上所述,便可很好的实施本发明。
Claims (4)
1.一种蜂蜜干粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质:60~80份蜂蜜、15~30份淀粉、4~8份牛磺酸、2~6份茶多酚、3~6份花青素、6~10份β环糊精、0.5~1份日落黄、2~5份卡拉胶、5~15份蛋白质、11~22份中药辅料,所述中药辅料包括:2~5份菟丝子、3~5份熟地黄、2~4份炙甘草、3~5份玉竹、1~3份车前子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂蜜干粉,其特征在于,所述蛋白质包括以下重量份的物质:酪蛋白酸钠1~5份、水解乳清蛋白2~4份、大豆分离蛋白2~6份。
3.一种蜂蜜干粉的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选并清洗所需的中药辅料;
(2)将步骤(1)中的11~22份中药辅料置入粉碎机中微粉碎,粉碎至粒度100μm;
(3)将60~80份结晶蜂蜜在45℃下液化,其液化时间为10小时;然后将其置入设定为真空度为0.003兆帕的低温真空蒸发器中,并调制温度至24℃,低温蒸发蜂蜜中的水分,至蜂蜜中水分含量为14%;
(4)向步骤(3)得到的蜂蜜中加入15~30份淀粉、4~8份牛磺酸、2~6份茶多酚、3~6份花青素、6~10份β环糊精、0.5~1份日落黄、2~5份卡拉胶、8~20份蛋白质以及步骤(2)中处理后的11~22份中药辅料,加料过程中加入水分并不断搅拌,得到均匀混合料,最终混合料中水分的含量为17%;
(5)将步骤(4)中得到的混合料采用胶体磨进行磨浆,至其粒度为45μm;
(6)将步骤(5)中的混合料置入低温真空蒸发器中,调制真空度0.003兆帕、温度25℃,蒸发混合料中水分,使其水分含量低于4%;
(7)将步骤(6)中得到的混合料置入制料机中进行制粒,得到最终蜂蜜干粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜂蜜干粉的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中清洗过后的11~22份中药辅料进行烘干消毒处理,采用紫外线消毒10~20分钟。
