一种铸铁加工防锈切削液及其制备方法,涉及机械加工技术领域,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:双季戊四醇酯3‑8份、苯二甲酸二辛酯3‑6份、油酸环氧酯2‑4份、二聚酸1‑2份、超细硅酸铝0.5‑2.5份、丙烯酸乳液4‑10份、去离子水55‑80份、抗氧防腐剂0.8‑2.5份、防锈剂1‑3份。本发明提供的铸铁加工防锈切削液,是专为铸铁加工设计,具有较为理想的冷却、润滑作用,而且可以避免大量烟尘对加工工具造成的腐蚀作用,提供了加工的精度和效率,非常利于在铸铁加工过程中使用。

一种铸铁加工防锈切削液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于机械化工领域,特别涉及一种铸铁加工过程中使用的切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
铸铁主要由铁、碳和硅组成的合金的总称。一般而言,含碳量超过2%的合金即是我们认为的铸铁。通常情况下,在加工车间进行铸件的精加工,但是由于铸铁件的性质,加工铸件会产生烟尘,这些烟尘对于加工机床等工具会造成影响,会加速工具的磨损,降低工具的精度;而且在使用切削液的过程中,会对铸铁造成不同程度的腐蚀,因此,切削液在铸铁件加工过程中的防锈性能也极为重要。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:针对上述不足,克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于铸铁加工防锈的切削液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
双季戊四醇酯3-8份、苯二甲酸二辛酯3-6份、油酸环氧酯2-4份、二聚酸1-2份、超细硅酸铝0.5-2.5份、丙烯酸乳液4-10份、去离子水55-80份、抗氧防腐剂0.8-2.5份、防锈剂1-3份。
作为优选,所述抗氧防腐剂为硫磷烷基酚锌盐或硫磷二烷基锌盐。
作为优选,所述防锈剂为苯骈三氮唑、氧化石油脂钡皂或重烷基苯磺酸钠。
更优地,所述防锈剂为苯骈三氮唑。
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到铸铁加工防锈切削液。
有益效果:本发明提供的铸铁加工防锈切削液,是专为铸铁加工设计,具有较为理想的冷却、润滑作用,而且可以避免大量烟尘对加工工具造成的腐蚀作用,提供了加工的精度和效率,非常利于在铸铁加工过程中使用。

实施例 1:
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
双季戊四醇酯8份、苯二甲酸二辛酯6份、油酸环氧酯4份、二聚酸2份、超细硅酸铝2.5份、丙烯酸乳液10份、去离子水80份、磷烷基酚锌盐2.5份、重烷基苯磺酸钠3份。
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述铸铁加工防锈切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的铸铁加工防锈切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.60 w/(m*k)。
实施例 2:
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
双季戊四醇酯3份、苯二甲酸二辛酯3份、油酸环氧酯2份、二聚酸1份、超细硅酸铝0.5份、丙烯酸乳液4份、去离子水55份、硫磷烷基酚锌盐0.8份、氧化石油脂钡皂1份。
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述铸铁加工防锈切削液
根据以上制备方法得到的铸铁加工防锈切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.61 w/(m*k)。
实施例 3:
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
双季戊四醇酯6份、苯二甲酸二辛酯6份、油酸环氧酯3份、二聚酸1份、超细硅酸铝1.8份、丙烯酸乳液7份、去离子水68份、硫磷二烷基锌盐1.8份、苯骈三氮唑2份。
一种铸铁加工防锈切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述铸铁加工防锈切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的铸铁加工防锈切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.61 w/(m*k)。

1.一种铸铁加工防锈切削液,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:双季戊四醇酯,3-8份;苯二甲酸二辛酯,3-6份;油酸环氧酯,2-4份;二聚酸,1-2份;超细硅酸铝,0.5-2.5份;丙烯酸乳液,4-10份;去离子水,55-80份;抗氧防腐剂,0.8-2.5份;防锈剂,1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸铁加工防锈切削液,其特征在于:所述抗氧防腐剂为硫磷烷基酚锌盐或硫磷二烷基锌盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铸铁加工防锈切削液,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为苯骈三氮唑、氧化石油脂钡皂或重烷基苯磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铸铁加工防锈切削液,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为苯骈三氮唑。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的铸铁加工防锈切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到铸铁加工防锈切削液。
