一种金属加工水性切削液及其制备方法,涉及机械加工技术领域,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:硼化油酰胺3‑7份、羧酸链烷醇胺酯6‑11份、磷酸三酯2‑5份、水性高分子乳液5‑10份、氯化石蜡2‑5份、硫化棉籽油3‑7份、苯二甲酸二辛酯1‑3份和去离子水55‑80份。本发明提供的金属加工水性切削液,是一种水基切削液,制备工艺较为便捷,而且切削液具有较为优良的流动性能和冷却性能,不仅能够快速润滑冷却,而且也可以带走加工碎屑,保证金属加工的精度,因此本发明提供的切削液是一种非常理想的金属加工用切削液。

一种金属加工水性切削液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于机械化工领域,特别涉及一种金属加工过程中使用的切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
切削液不同于传统的皂基乳化液,不存在皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差等问题,因而保存和利用更为便利。
金属加工对于刀具的要求更高,因此,对于切削过程中润滑和保护用更为看重,金属加工过程中难免会出现金属碎末,如不及时处理,不仅影响加工的精度,也会对刀具产生不利影响,因此金属加工过程中切削液不仅需要具有一定的流动性,也需要一定粘性,可以及时带走金属碎末。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:针对上述不足,克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有优良的冷却性能的金属加工水性切削液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种金属加工水性切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
硼化油酰胺3-7份、羧酸链烷醇胺酯6-11份、磷酸三酯2-5份、水性高分子乳液5-10份、氯化石蜡2-5份、硫化棉籽油3-7份、苯二甲酸二辛酯1-3份和去离子水55-80份。
作为优选,所述水性高分子乳液为丙烯酸乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液或聚氨酯乳液。
更优地,所述水性高分子乳液为丙烯酸乳液。
作为优选,所述羧酸链烷醇胺酯的质量份数为8-10份。
一种金属加工水性切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-12h;
(4)封装;真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到金属加工水性切削液。
有益效果:本发明提供的金属加工水性切削液,是一种水基切削液,制备工艺较为便捷,而且切削液具有较为优良的流动性能和冷却性能,不仅能够快速润滑冷却,而且也可以带走加工碎屑,保证金属加工的精度,因此本发明提供的切削液是一种非常理想的金属加工用切削液。

为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例 1:
一种金属加工水性切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
硼化油酰胺3份、羧酸链烷醇胺酯8份、磷酸三酯2份、聚氨酯乳液5份、氯化石蜡2份、硫化棉籽油3份、苯二甲酸二辛酯1份和去离子水55份。
一种金属加工水性切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置12h;
(4)封装;真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述金属加工水性切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的金属加工水性切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.58 w/(m*k)。
实施例 2:
一种金属加工水性切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
硼化油酰胺7份、羧酸链烷醇胺酯10份、磷酸三酯5份、聚氨酯乳液10份、氯化石蜡5份、硫化棉籽油7份、苯二甲酸二辛酯3份和去离子水80份。
一种金属加工水性切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静12h;
(4)封装;真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述金属加工水性切削液
根据以上制备方法得到的金属加工水性切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.61 w/(m*k)。
实施例 3:
一种金属加工水性切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
硼化油酰胺6份、羧酸链烷醇胺酯9份、磷酸三酯3份、丙烯酸乳液9份、氯化石蜡4份、硫化棉籽油5份、苯二甲酸二辛酯2份和去离子水75份。
一种金属加工水性切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置12h;
(4)封装;真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述金属加工水性切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的金属加工水性切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.62 w/(m*k)。

1.一种金属加工水性切削液,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:硼化油酰胺,3-7份;羧酸链烷醇胺酯,6-11份;磷酸三酯,2-5份;水性高分子乳液,5-10份;氯化石蜡,2-5份;硫化棉籽油,3-7份;苯二甲酸二辛酯,1-3份;去离子水,55-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工水性切削液,其特征在于:所述水性高分子乳液为丙烯酸乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液或聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金属加工水性切削液,其特征在于:所述水性高分子乳液为丙烯酸乳液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工水性切削液,其特征在于:所述羧酸链烷醇胺酯的质量份数为8-10份。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的金属加工水性切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-12h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到金属加工水性切削液。
