Abstract
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液及其制备方法,涉及机械加工技术领域,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:水溶性弹性树脂4‑9份、亚磷酸三苯脂2‑6份、季戊四醇胺2‑5份、蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯3‑8份、氯化石蜡2‑7份、水杨酸钠2‑4份、去离子水50‑70份、消泡剂1‑4份、清净剂1‑3份。本发明提供的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,具有非常理想的冷却性能,其导热系数更高,而且还具有较为优良的润滑性能,满足机械加工领域对于切削液的高性能要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于机械化工领域,特别涉及一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
机械加工涉及到各种刀具和工件,在加工过程中温度较高,如不能及时冷却对于加工的精度和刀具和金属工件将会产生较大影响。切削液,作为金属加工的关键液体,其冷却性能至关重要。现有的金属切削液,其冷却性能受制于切削液体系和组分的作用,不能发挥更为理想的冷却性能。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:针对上述不足,克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
水溶性弹性树脂4-9份、亚磷酸三苯脂2-6份、季戊四醇胺2-5份、蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯3-8份、氯化石蜡2-7份、水杨酸钠2-4份、去离子水50-70份、消泡剂1-4份、清净剂1-3份。
作为优选,所述水溶性弹性树脂为改性聚丁二烯树脂、有机硅树脂或丙烯酸树脂。
作为优选,所述消泡剂为丙烯酸与醚共聚物或蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚。
作为优选,所述清净剂为环烷酸镁、烷基水杨酸钙或超碱值合成磺酸镁。
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-15h;
(4)封装;真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到高冷却性能机械加工切削液。
有益效果:本发明提供的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,具有非常理想的冷却性能,其导热系数更高,而且还具有较为优良的润滑性能,满足机械加工领域对于切削液的高性能要求。

为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例 1:
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
有机硅树脂9份、亚磷酸三苯脂6份、季戊四醇胺5份、蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、氯化石蜡7份、水杨酸钠4份、去离子水70份、丙烯酸与醚共聚物4份、环烷酸镁3份。
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述高冷却性能机械加工切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.63 w/(m*k)。
实施例 2:
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
改性聚丁二烯树脂4份、亚磷酸三苯脂2份、季戊四醇胺2份、蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯3份、氯化石蜡2份、水杨酸钠2份、去离子水50份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1份、烷基水杨酸钙1份。
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述高冷却性能机械加工切削液
根据以上制备方法得到的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为:0.62w/(m*k)。
实施例 3:
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:
丙烯酸树脂7份、亚磷酸三苯脂5份、季戊四醇胺3份、蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯4份、氯化石蜡5份、水杨酸钠3份、去离子水65份、丙烯酸与醚共聚物2份、超碱值合成磺酸镁2份。
一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到上述高冷却性能机械加工切削液。
根据以上制备方法得到的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,为均匀液态,无分层沉淀现象,测定的导热系数为: 0.65 w/(m*k);防锈等级优良。

1.一种高冷却性能机械加工切削液,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的各个组分组成:水溶性弹性树脂,4-9份;亚磷酸三苯脂,2-6份;季戊四醇胺,2-5份;蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯,3-8份;氯化石蜡,2-7份;水杨酸钠,2-4份;去离子水,50-70份;消泡剂,1-4份;清净剂,1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,其特征在于:所述水溶性弹性树脂为改性聚丁二烯树脂、有机硅树脂或丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为丙烯酸与醚共聚物或蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高冷却性能机械加工切削液,其特征在于:所述清净剂为环烷酸镁、烷基水杨酸钙或超碱值合成磺酸镁。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的高冷却性能机械加工切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按照各个组分的质量份数称取各个组分;
(2)混合:将各个组分依次放入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
(3)真空静置:将搅拌好的混合液放入容器中,放置在真空室温环境下静置8-15h;
(4)封装:真空静置后,进行包装封装,即得到高冷却性能机械加工切削液。
