本发明涉及切削液领域,特别涉及一种防锈防腐金属切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有传统冷却液,又称皂化油,由矿物油和乳化剂组成,这不仅造成能源的极大损耗,给生产厂家增加了大量的成本费用,而且严重地污染环境,危害操作人员的人身健康。随着人类环境保护意识的增强,传统的油基切削液已向无公害或低公害的水基切削液发展。水基切削液具有冷却性好,价廉易得,加工件易清洗,润滑性能和防腐蚀能力高的特点,它的高润滑性能够明显降低刀具成本,提高表面加工精度,可替代切削油使用,为操作者创造良好的环境;还具有良好的沉屑性,提供切削屑及切削细分的快速沉降,维持系统清洁及容易清洗排除污染物,浮油很快在切削液的液面上完全分离;具有良好的冷却性和清洗性,保持机床和工件的清洁,减少粘性物残留。由于在金属切削过程中,工件要与环境介质及切削液组分分解或氧化变质而产生的油泥等腐蚀性介质接触而腐蚀,与切削液接触的机床部件表面也会因此而腐蚀。此外,在工件加工后或工序之间流转过程中暂时存放时,也要求切削液有一定的防锈能力,防止环境介质及残存切削液中的油泥等腐蚀性物质对金属产生侵蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种防锈防腐金属切削液及其制备方法
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种防锈防腐金属切削液,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯并三氮唑2-3、纳米沸石粉4-6、硅烷偶联剂kh-550 1-3、妥尔油酸钠盐4-7、乌洛托品3-5、环氧蓖麻油2-4、丁基卡必醇1-3、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺钠1-2、助剂9-12、水120-150;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化石蜡1-3、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-2、苯甲酸单乙醇胺5-8、异噻唑啉酮1-2、纤维素羟乙基醚1-2、聚丙烯酰胺3-6、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯3-6、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2、消泡剂0.1-0.3、水40-50;制备方法是(1)将纤维素羟乙基醚、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加到水中,加热至55-65℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;(2)将氧化石蜡、聚丙烯酰胺混合加热至60-70℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤(1)中的产物缓慢加入,以300-400转/分的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至75-85℃,并在2000-3000转/分下高速搅拌15-30分钟,再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌5-10分钟即可。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述水基切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将环氧蓖麻油、硅烷偶联剂kh-550和苯并三氮唑混合,加热至55-65℃,搅拌反应30-40分钟后得到混合物A;
(2)将水煮沸后迅速冷却至60-70℃,再加入顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺钠和丁基卡必醇搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1000-1400转/分下搅拌反应20-30分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中,将温度控制在65-75℃,搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分,在1500-2000转/分下高速搅拌20-30分钟后过滤即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明添加的助剂增强了切削液的分散、润滑、成膜性能,同时提高了切削液的渗透性和冷却性能,本发明的切削液抗菌性极好,可存放2年不变质,且具有除锈功能,保护刀具,延长刀具的使用寿命,加工工件在5天内不会生锈,有利于工件进入下道工序,操作过程中不会对人体及工作环境等造成任何不良的影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种防锈防腐金属切削液,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯并三氮唑3、纳米沸石粉5、硅烷偶联剂kh-5502、妥尔油酸钠盐6、乌洛托品4、环氧蓖麻油3、丁基卡必醇2、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺钠1、助剂10、水140;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化石蜡2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1、苯甲酸单乙醇胺7、异噻唑啉酮1、纤维素羟乙基醚2、聚丙烯酰胺5、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯4、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2、消泡剂0.2、水45;制备方法是(1)将纤维素羟乙基醚、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加到水中,加热至60℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;(2)将氧化石蜡、聚丙烯酰胺混合加热至65℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤(1)中的产物缓慢加入,以360转/分的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至80℃,并在2300转/分下高速搅拌20分钟,再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌8分钟即可。

(1)将环氧蓖麻油、硅烷偶联剂kh-550和苯并三氮唑混合,加热至62℃,搅拌反应32分钟后得到混合物A;
(2)将水煮沸后迅速冷却至67℃,再加入顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺钠和丁基卡必醇搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1200转/分下搅拌反应25分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中,将温度控制在70℃,搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分,在1600转/分下高速搅拌25分钟后过滤即可。
本实施例制备的切削液性能指标:5%的乳化液安定性实验(15-30℃,24h):不析油、不析皂;防锈性实验(35±2℃,一级灰铸铁单片24h)≥54h,无锈斑;防锈性实验(35±2℃,一级灰铸铁叠片8h)≥24h,无锈斑;腐蚀实验(55±2℃,铸铁24h)≥54h;腐蚀实验(55±2℃,紫铜8h)≥24h;对机床油漆适应性实验:不起泡、不开裂、不发粘。

1.一种防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯并三氮唑2-3、纳米沸石粉4-6、硅烷偶联剂kh-550 1-3、妥尔油酸钠盐4-7、乌洛托品3-5、环氧蓖麻油2-4、丁基卡必醇1-3、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺钠1-2、助剂9-12、水120-150;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化石蜡1-3、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-2、苯甲酸单乙醇胺5-8、异噻唑啉酮1-2、纤维素羟乙基醚1-2、聚丙烯酰胺3-6、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯3-6、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2、消泡剂0.1-0.3、水40-50;制备方法是(1)将纤维素羟乙基醚、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加到水中,加热至55-65℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;(2)将氧化石蜡、聚丙烯酰胺混合加热至60-70℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤(1)中的产物缓慢加入,以300-400转/分的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至75-85℃,并在2000-3000转/分下高速搅拌15-30分钟,再加入其余剩余物质继续搅拌5-10分钟即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将环氧蓖麻油、硅烷偶联剂kh-550和苯并三氮唑混合,加热至55-65℃,搅拌反应30-40分钟后得到混合物A;
(2)将水煮沸后迅速冷却至60-70℃,再加入顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺钠和丁基卡必醇搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后加入助剂以1000-1400转/分下搅拌反应20-30分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物B边搅拌边缓慢的加入混合物A中,将温度控制在65-75℃,搅拌均匀后加入其余剩余成分,在1500-2000转/分下高速搅拌20-30分钟后过滤即可。
