本发明具体涉及一种金属切削液。
背景技术
金属及其制品露置在大气中,由于氧、水分及其他腐蚀性气体的作用会引起金属表面腐蚀或变色。金属及其制品的生锈,不仅造成极大的浪费,而且会影响产品质量。所以在工业上防止金属生锈或除锈是非常重要的。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种金属切削液,防锈防腐功能显著,防锈期长。
技术方案:一种金属切削液,所述的金属切削液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:正磷酸29-37份,磷锌白22-27份,乌洛托品26-41份,纤维素乙醚42-47份,十八酸钙35-41份,过氯乙烯树脂33-46份,硫柳汞21-26份,水20-24份。
所述的金属切削液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:正磷酸32份,磷锌白26份,乌洛托品38份,纤维素乙醚44份,十八酸钙39份,过氯乙烯树脂38份,硫柳汞24份,水23份。
有益效果:本发明用于金属及其制品的切削,尤其对钢铁的切削更为有效,功能显著。

一种金属切削液,所述的金属切削液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:正磷酸29-37份,磷锌白22-27份,乌洛托品26-41份,纤维素乙醚42-47份,十八酸钙35-41份,过氯乙烯树脂33-46份,硫柳汞21-26份,水20-24份。

  1. 一种金属切削液,其特征在于:所述的金属切削液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:正磷酸29-37份,磷锌白22-27份,乌洛托品26-41份,纤维素乙醚42-47份,十八酸钙35-41份,过氯乙烯树脂33-46份,硫柳汞21-26份,水20-24份。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的金属切削液,其特征在于:所述的金属切削液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:正磷酸32份,磷锌白26份,乌洛托品38份,纤维素乙醚44份,十八酸钙39份,过氯乙烯树脂38份,硫柳汞24份,水23份。
