一种金属防锈磷化液 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种金属防锈磷化液。
背景技术
金属及其制品露置在大气中,由于氧、水分及其他腐蚀性气体的作用会引起金属表面腐蚀或变色。金属及其制品的生锈,不仅造成极大的浪费,而且会影响产品质量。所以在工业上防止金属生锈或除锈是非常重要的。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种金属防锈磷化液,防锈防腐功能显著,防锈期长。
技术方案:一种金属防锈磷化液,所述的金属防锈磷化液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:磷锌白32-47份,羊毛脂21-25份,纤维素乙醚42-47份,二甲苯34-46份,过氯乙烯树脂23-36份,硫柳汞21-36份,水20-54份。
所述的金属防锈磷化液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:磷锌白39份,羊毛脂23份,纤维素乙醚44份,二甲苯35份,过氯乙烯树脂29份,硫柳汞28份,水26份。
有益效果:本发明用于金属及其制品的除锈、防锈,尤其对钢铁的除锈防锈更为有效,防锈防腐功能显著,防锈期长。

一种金属防锈磷化液,所述的金属防锈磷化液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:磷锌白32-47份,羊毛脂21-25份,纤维素乙醚42-47份,二甲苯34-46份,过氯乙烯树脂23-36份,硫柳汞21-36份,水20-54份。

  1. 一种金属防锈磷化液,其特征在于:所述的金属防锈磷化液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:磷锌白32-47份,羊毛脂21-25份,纤维素乙醚42-47份,二甲苯34-46份,过氯乙烯树脂23-36份,硫柳汞21-36份,水20-54份。
