本发明公开了一种用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉10‑20份、甲基丙烯酸双酯10‑20份,份有有机硅基胶40‑50份、琼脂10‑20份、脲醛树脂0.2‑0.5份、环氧丙烷丁基醚10‑20份、聚丙烯酸钠5‑10份、对苯二酚1‑3份、硅烷偶联剂0.5‑4份,增塑剂1‑3份,消泡剂0.05‑0.2份、2‑乙基‑4‑甲基咪唑2‑4份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05‑0.2份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺1‑3份。本发明制备的灌封胶,具有工艺流程简单,粘接性能好,耐温和耐气候性能优异,并且流动性能优良,能广泛用于LED光电显示器件等电子器件的灌封。

技术领域
本发明属于灌封胶领域,具体涉及用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶。
背景技术
目前常用的灌封胶种类包括:环氧树脂和硅胶两大类,硅胶由于具有透光率高、折射率大、热稳定性好、应力小和吸湿低等特点,明显优于环氧树脂,在大功率LED封装中得到广泛应用,使LED显示屏逐步向更高亮度、更长寿命和更好的发光均匀性与稳定性方面发展,灌封胶主要可以起到防潮、防尘、防腐、防震、阻燃导热以及提高模块的稳定性的作用,现有用于灌封显示屏灯珠间距小于4mm的灌封硅胶通常粘度不够低,流通性较差,导致胶液无法迅速浸入电子元器件中而出现冒泡的现象,影响施工进度,而且现有灌封胶无法达到UL94V0的阻燃等级,从而无法满足相应的施工要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉10-20份、甲基丙烯酸双酯10-20份,份有有机硅基胶40-50份、琼脂10-20份、脲醛树脂0.2-0.5份、环氧丙烷丁基醚10-20份、聚丙烯酸钠5-10份、对苯二酚1-3份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-4份,增塑剂1-3份,消泡剂0.05-0.2份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑2-4份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05-0.2份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺1-3份。

所述的用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉15份、甲基丙烯酸双酯15份,份有有机硅基胶45份、琼脂15份、脲醛树脂0.5份、环氧丙烷丁基醚15份、聚丙烯酸钠8份、对苯二酚2份、硅烷偶联剂2份,增塑剂2份,消泡剂0.1份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑3份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺2份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的灌封胶,具有工艺流程简单,粘接性能好,耐温和耐气候性能优异,并且流动性能优良,能广泛用于LED光电显示器件等电子器件的灌封。

实施例1:
用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉10份、甲基丙烯酸双酯10份,份有有机硅基胶40份、琼脂10份、脲醛树脂0.2份、环氧丙烷丁基醚10份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、对苯二酚1份、硅烷偶联剂0.5份,增塑剂1份,消泡剂0.05份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑2份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺1份。
实施例2:
用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉20份、甲基丙烯酸双酯20份,份有有机硅基胶50份、琼脂20份、脲醛树脂0.5份、环氧丙烷丁基醚20份、聚丙烯酸钠10份、对苯二酚3份、硅烷偶联剂4份,增塑剂3份,消泡剂0.2份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑4份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺3份。
实施例3:
用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉15份、甲基丙烯酸双酯15份,份有有机硅基胶45份、琼脂15份、脲醛树脂0.5份、环氧丙烷丁基醚15份、聚丙烯酸钠8份、对苯二酚2份、硅烷偶联剂2份,增塑剂2份,消泡剂0.1份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑3份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺2份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于LED光电显示器件的灌封胶,其特征在于,组成重量份为:改性纳米铝粉15份、甲基丙烯酸双酯10份,份有有机硅基胶50份、琼脂10份、脲醛树脂0.5份、环氧丙烷丁基醚10份、聚丙烯酸钠10份、对苯二酚1份、硅烷偶联剂4份,增塑剂1份,消泡剂0.05份、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑2份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺3份。
