Abstract
本发明公开了一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,从外到内依次包括上保护层、上胶层、增透层、防刮层、PC膜层、下胶层、离型胶层、离型层,所述的防刮层由防刮涂布剂涂布而成,所述防刮涂布剂的原料包含以重量份计的:PC树脂20‑30份、水性聚氨酯乳液12‑16份、水性丙烯酸树脂15‑19份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3‑6份、聚硅氧烷1.5‑3份、纳米二氧化硅0.5‑2份、抗氧剂1‑2份、流平剂1‑3份、黏度调节剂0.2‑3份、溶剂70‑100份。本发明针对PC本身不耐刮,且高透明度而不均匀厚度易出现彩虹的缺点,使用均匀涂布和镀膜的方式解决了这两个问题,提高了PC保护膜的应用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃膜,尤其是一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
PC膜,也即聚碳酸酯膜,是一种无定型、无臭、无毒、高度透明的无色或微黄色热塑性工程塑料,具有优良的物理机械性能,尤其是耐冲击性优异,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、压缩强度高;蠕变性小,尺寸稳定;具有良好的耐热性和耐低温性,在较宽的温度范围内具有稳定的力学性能,尺寸稳定性,电性能和阻燃性,可在-60~120℃下长期使用;用于薄膜领域,其还是高透明度薄膜的代表。由于其性质的优异性,广泛用于电子元器件、电器外壳、开关面板、接线盒及充电器外壳;防刮花PC薄膜用途:手机、MP3、MP4、DVD、背光源等电子产品的视窗镜片。
而PC应用于电子产品的表面贴膜或功能性薄膜时,由于光线的干涉,有时会出现局部的彩虹纹;随着角度变化会出现的可变彩虹纹属于正常,但也存在恒定的彩虹纹,是由于PC膜或其上层的厚度不均引起薄膜干涉产生,会大大影响使用体验。此外,PC膜本身不具备防刮效果,因此,在应用于电子产品时,改善防刮性能,对提高使用寿命和提供舒适的使用体验有着至关重要的作用。
综上问题,本发明开发一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜以克服以上问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了得到光学性能、防刮性能的无彩虹的用于电子产品的表面保护膜,本发明提供一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容:一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,从外到内依次包括上保护层、上胶层、增透层、防刮层、PC膜层、下胶层、离型胶层、离型层,所述的防刮层由防刮涂布剂涂布而成,所述防刮涂布剂的原料包含以下重量份的组份:
作为优选,所述上胶层、下胶层均采用硅胶胶水涂覆而得。硅胶胶水具有粘合力强、与各界面润湿性好等特点,作为撕开层贴合用的高质量胶水,泛用性价值高。
作为优选,所述离型层、上保护层的材质为PET膜、PC膜中的一种。PET膜、PC膜透明度高,作为需要剥离的离型层的材质合适。
作为优选,所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径在20-200nm。纳米二氧化硅的粒径在防刮涂布剂起到骨架和耐摩擦的作用。
作为优选,所述黏度调节剂为石蜡、微晶蜡、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、沙索蜡、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺、硫酸羟胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。黏度调节剂对防刮涂布剂的涂布性能起到至关重要的调节作用,合适的黏度和涂布工艺相结合才是涂布耐刮耐磨的质量保证。
一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜的制备方法,包含以下步骤:(1)、按照配方比例,将PC树脂、水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚硅氧烷、纳米二氧化硅、溶剂混合,得到A液;将A液置入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后,添加抗氧剂、流平剂、黏度调节剂,用高速搅拌机500-800rpm下搅拌5-10min,得到防刮涂布剂;
(2)、将防刮涂布剂用涂布机均匀涂布于PC膜层上,车速控制在(8±0.5)m/min,涂层厚度在5-10μm,烘箱阶梯式控温烘干;如此再反复1~3次,得到防刮层;
(3)、用真空蒸镀的方法往防刮层上镀增透膜,得到增透层;
(4)、将硅胶胶水用涂布机均匀涂布于PC膜层的防刮层的异侧,车速控制在(10±2)m/min,涂层厚度在8-18μm,烘干,形成下胶层;
(5)、将预先准备好的离型胶涂覆于下胶层,贴覆离型膜;同理,将上胶层的硅胶胶水涂覆于防刮层,贴覆上保护层,即得。
进一步,步骤(2)中,烘箱阶梯式烘干的阶梯式温度为90/95/100/100/110/100/90,烘干时间6-8min。阶梯式烘干的阶梯温度和烘干时间,以及分多次涂布,使其烘干后得到的层耐磨、耐刮性能优异持久。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,膜层次分布均匀、整体厚薄均匀而无彩虹,耐磨耐刮。上保护层、上胶层、离型胶层、离型层是用于揭开主体层的保护的层次,起到重要的保护封存作用;防刮层作为PC层上的提高耐刮耐磨性能的层次,对整体PC膜的性能起到关键的作用;耐刮层的配方及其涂布工艺使涂覆均匀,整体膜趋向于均匀,增透层加持将彩虹反射现象降至最低。本发明针对PC本身不耐刮,且高透明度而不均匀厚度易出现彩虹的缺点,使用均匀涂布和镀膜的方式解决了这两个问题,提高了PC保护膜的应用价值。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本申请实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例作简单地介绍。
如图1,一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,右侧为外,左侧为内,从外到内依次包括上保护层1、上胶层2、增透层3、防刮层4、PC膜层5、下胶层6、离型胶层7、离型层8,所述的防刮层4由防刮涂布剂涂布而成,所述上胶层2、下胶层6均采用硅胶胶水涂覆而得;所述离型层8、上保护层1的材质为PET膜、PC膜中的一种;
所述防刮涂布剂包括表1中的实施例所涉及的重量份组分。

其中,所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径在20-200nm;所述黏度调节剂为石蜡、微晶蜡、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、沙索蜡、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺、硫酸羟胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。
一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)、按照配方比例,将PC树脂、水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚硅氧烷、纳米二氧化硅、溶剂混合,得到A液;将A液置入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后,添加抗氧剂、流平剂、黏度调节剂,用高速搅拌机500-800rpm下搅拌5-10min,得到防刮涂布剂;
(2)、将防刮涂布剂用涂布机均匀涂布于PC膜层上,车速控制在(8±0.5)m/min,涂层厚度在5-10μm,烘箱阶梯式控温烘干,烘箱阶梯式烘干的阶梯式温度为90/95/100/100/110/100/90,烘干时间6-8min;如此再反复1~3次,得到防刮层;
(3)、用真空蒸镀的方法往防刮层上镀增透膜,得到增透层;
(4)、将硅胶胶水用涂布机均匀涂布于PC膜层的防刮层的异侧,车速控制在(10±2)m/min,涂层厚度在8-18μm,烘干,形成下胶层;
(5)、将预先准备好的离型胶涂覆于下胶层,贴覆离型膜;同理,将上胶层的硅胶胶水涂覆于防刮层,贴覆上保护层,即得。
试验表明,所得的PC膜在各个视角观察无彩虹,防刮层可防铅笔、钢笔、圆珠笔笔尖划,小刀片划增透层被破坏,但防刮层无明显痕迹。

1. 一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,其特征在于,从外到内依次包括上保护层、上胶层、增透层、防刮层、PC膜层、下胶层、离型胶层、离型层,所述的防刮层由防刮涂布剂涂布而成,所述防刮涂布剂的原料包含以下重量份的组份:
PC树脂 20-30份
水性聚氨酯乳液 12-16份
水性丙烯酸树脂 15-19份
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 3-6份
聚硅氧烷 1.5-3份
纳米二氧化硅 0.5-2份
抗氧剂 1-2份
流平剂 1-3份
黏度调节剂 0.2-3份
溶剂 70-100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,其特征在于,所述上胶层、下胶层均采用硅胶胶水涂覆而得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,其特征在于,所述离型层、上保护层的材质为PET膜、PC膜中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径在20-200nm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜,其特征在于,所述黏度调节剂为石蜡、微晶蜡、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、沙索蜡、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺、硫酸羟胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。
6.如权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)、按照配方比例,将PC树脂、水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚硅氧烷、纳米二氧化硅、溶剂混合,得到A液;将A液置入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后,添加抗氧剂、流平剂、黏度调节剂,用高速搅拌机500-800rpm下搅拌5-10min,得到防刮涂布剂;
(2)、将防刮涂布剂用涂布机均匀涂布于PC膜层上,车速控制在(8±0.5)m/min,涂层厚度在5-10μm,烘箱阶梯式控温烘干;如此再反复1~3次,得到防刮层;
(3)、用真空蒸镀的方法往防刮层上镀增透膜,得到增透层;
(4)、将硅胶胶水用涂布机均匀涂布于PC膜层的防刮层的异侧,车速控制在(10±2)m/min,涂层厚度在8-18μm,烘干,形成下胶层;
(5)、将预先准备好的离型胶涂覆于下胶层,贴覆离型膜;同理,将上胶层的硅胶胶水涂覆于防刮层,贴覆上保护层,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种高清无彩虹防刮PC材质保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,烘箱阶梯式烘干的阶梯式温度为90/95/100/100/110/100/90,烘干时间6-8min。
