本发明涉及的是一种复方辣木叶高蛋白颗粒饮品,其特征是:a、取辣木叶洗净,晾干,用冷轧机冷轧取汁,冷藏,备用;滤渣,经两次提取后,与其混合,冷贮,备用,占总混合比70%;b、取黄豆70%、黑豆20%、红豆10%,混合提取获得豆汁,占总混合比的20%,冷贮,备用;c、取杏仁60%和柏子仁40%混合提取后,冷贮,备用,占总混合比的5%;d、取牛奶或其它动物奶类,占总混合比的5%,冷贮,备用;e、将以上步骤获得的混合液占总量比的85%,与颗粒辅料速溶淀粉,占总量比的15%,混合成高蛋白颗粒饮品,低温干燥,包装,即得。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种复方辣木叶高蛋白颗粒饮品。
背景技术
辣木叶及全棵秧苗,全身都是自然界赋予人的一种野生植物蛋白源,过去都被牛羊当做野草植物吃掉。随着科学的研究和进步,人们已经认识到这种天然植物的可贵性和独一性。科学家们已经在印度培养出了野生植备树木新品种,为人们提供源源不断的植物优质高蛋白,有了更大的机会和发展空间。辣木叶已被用作减肥通便的保健品胶囊产品,走向市场,效果奇特,受到欢迎。但事物都有两面性,其同时也有身体虚弱者,吃后拉稀不止,造成过度减肥瘦身的不良后果。辣木叶减肥通便效果是其主要显著特色,一旦被追求时髦,在配方上歪使、滥用,出现偏差,就失去了应有的保健价值,得不偿失,后果不堪设想。
辣木叶天然高蛋白的凉性特点,决定了其双向调节的发展方向和重要性,从这个意义上讲,大自然赋予了特殊植物的生物潜力和职能,人们为发挥无穷的刨造性,把纯天然蛋白的合理应用,做到了极致,造福于广大民众,二者有机结合成了不可替代的责任和义务。
为了更完美地利用辣木叶高蛋白植物的凉性特点,不能仿用马齿苋天然植物凉性消炎的作用,来解决拉稀问题。而且已有用马齿苋天然植物消炎,来解决拉稀问题的专利申请。弥补重要的温补缺失,让其既通又补,凉温自控,既能减肥,又能补益,既排肝肾毒,又补肝肾功,双向调节,延年益寿,永葆青春,这才是其创造性的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种复方辣木叶高蛋白颗粒饮品。
本发明的目的是通过用辣木叶纯天然植物蛋白和动植物果实蛋白,用安全的技术手段,得以实现的。
制备方法如下:
a、取辣木叶,洗净,晾干,用冷轧机冷轧取汁,冷贮,备用;然后将其滤渣,用酒精提取法,经两次提取后,将提取混合液与冷轧辣木汁混合,占其总混合比70%,冷贮,备用,;
b、取黄豆70%、黑豆20%、红豆10%,混合提取获得豆汁,仍按此比例为依据混合成杂豆汁,占总混合比20%,冷贮,备用;
c、取杏仁60%和柏子仁40%混合提取后,取其混合汁占总混合比5%,冷贮,备用;
d、取牛奶或其它动物奶,占总混合比5%,冷贮,备用;
e、将a、b、c、d四步骤获得的混合液,混合成总混合比的100%,冷贮,备用;
f、再取e步骤获得的混合液,占总混合比的40%,与造粒辅料速溶淀粉,占总混合比的60%,一块混合造粒,低温干燥,杀菌,包装,即得。
本发明的积极效果在于:
辣木叶:辣木富含20种氨基酸、40多种抗氧化剂、33种自然抗炎体和矿物质,富含丰富的微量元素钾、锰、铬,以及精氨酸、赖氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸等。可向人体提供维生素A、B、B1、B2、B3、B6、维生素C(抗坏血酸)、维生素E等;提供优质蛋白质和膳食纤维素。辣木叶所含的钙质是牛奶的4倍,蛋白质是牛奶的2倍,钾是香蕉的3倍,铁是菠菜的3倍,维生素C是柑橘的7倍,维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍。在欧美、日本等已有开发辣木树食物的国家,以其高蛋白、高纤维、低脂质的特性与特殊保健效果,溶入到当地人民的饮食生活中,用以对抗营养失调及预防疾病,而成为人们健康食品的新宠。
黄豆:《本草纲目》称,宽中下气,利大肠,消水胀肿毒。现代炒食黄豆和饮用豆浆降糖有很多报道。国外有学者研究证实,豆浆具有降血糖作用,糖尿病患者每日饮用大豆制成的饮料,可以减少胰岛素的使用量,有1/3患者可以不再接受胰岛素治疗。这位医学专家对600名糖尿病患者作临床观察,在饭后饮用豆浆,可以降低血糖含量。美国专家也认为,大豆对治疗糖尿病确有明显疗效,可以减少胰岛素的使用量。四川某医学院作过临床观察,每次糖尿病人服食120克煮熟黄豆,每日3次,每次40克,连用一个月,其血糖、尿糖可恢复正常水平。其主要原理,与大豆异黄酮、肾上腺素等成分可能有关。
黑豆:称药豆,黑发明目、滋补肝肾,治中风口歪,热毒攻眼,身面浮肿,腹中痞硬,水痢不止,男子便血,一切下血,折伤,瘀血,牙齿疼痛,胞衣不下。
红豆:性平偏凉,味甘,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素B族、钾、铁、磷等。红豆能促进心脏血管的活化,利尿;有怕冷、低血压、容易疲倦等现象的人,常吃红豆可改善这些不适的现象。另外,红豆还有健胃生津、祛湿益气的作用。
牛奶:牛奶富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素A、乳糖、卵磷脂、胆甾醇、色素等。牛奶具有补肺养胃、生津润肠之功效,对人体具有镇静安神作用,对糖尿病久病、口渴便秘、体虚、气血不足、脾胃不和者有益;喝牛奶能促进睡眠安稳,泡牛奶浴可以治失眠;牛奶中的碘、锌和卵磷脂能大大提高大脑的工作效率;牛奶中的镁元素会促进心脏和神经系统的耐疲劳性;牛奶能润泽肌肤,经常饮用可使皮肤白皙、光滑,增加弹性;基于酵素的作用,牛奶还有消炎、消肿及缓和皮肤紧张的功效;儿童常喝鲜奶有助于身体的发育,因为钙能促进骨骼发育;老人喝牛奶可补足钙质需求量,减少骨骼萎缩,降低骨质疏松症的发生概率,使身体柔韧度增加。体质羸弱、气血不足、营养不良、病后体虚、噎嗝以及患有食管癌、老年便秘、糖尿病、干燥综合症、高血压病、冠心病、动脉硬化、高脂血症等病症者适宜食用;儿童生长发育期适合食用。此外,吸烟的人易受支气管疾病的困扰,多喝牛奶可以使吸烟带来的危害得到一定程度的减轻。
