Abstract
本发明揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子及遮覆于所述绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自所述基部延伸的对接部,所述基部设有安装面,所述对接部垂直于所述安装面,所述基部自所述安装面凹设有组装槽,所述基部在所述组装槽的相对两侧设有延伸至所述对接部的两排端子收容槽,所述端子收容槽具有内壁面及相对的两侧壁面,所述导电端子插入组装至所述端子收容槽而与所述两个侧壁面干涉,所述电连接器还包括组装至所述组装槽而位于所述两排导电端子之间的固定件,所述固定件具有向两侧挤压所述导电端子的固定凸块。所述固定件与导电端子挤压固持,有助于提高所述电连接器的防水性能。

【技术领域】
本发明 涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种防水性能较佳的电连接器。
【背景技术】
本公司于2016年11月30日向中华人民共和国国家知识产权局提交了一件USBtype C插头连接器的实用新型专利申请,申请号为201621304253.9,所述USB type c连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、金属锁扣件及包围在所述绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体具有安装面、胶囊状对接部及贯穿所述安装面且延伸至所述对接部的端子收容槽,所述对接部具有呈中心对称的对接腔,所述导电端子自所述安装面插入组装至所述端子收容槽,所述导电端子具有延伸入所述对接腔的弹性接触部固定于所述端子收容槽的固定部及延伸出所述安装面的焊接脚,所述金属锁扣件具有延伸入所述对接腔的一对锁扣头。所述USB type c连接器的防水效果较差。
所以,希望设计一种方案以改善上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明 所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种电连接器,所述电连接器的防水效果较佳。
为解决上述问题,本发明 可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子及遮覆于所述绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自所述基部延伸的对接部,所述基部设有安装面,所述对接部垂直于所述安装面,所述基部自所述安装面凹设有组装槽,所述基部在所述组装槽的相对两侧设有延伸至所述对接部的两排端子收容槽,所述端子收容槽具有内壁面及相对的两侧壁面,所述导电端子插入组装至所述端子收容槽而与所述两个侧壁面干涉,所述电连接器还包括组装至所述组装槽而位于所述两排导电端子之间的固定件,所述固定件具有向两侧挤压所述导电端子的固定凸块。
进一步的,所述相邻两个端子收容槽之间均具有隔离壁,所述绝缘本体自所述隔离壁向所述组装槽方向进一步设有干涉壁,所述干涉壁宽于所述隔离壁而左右延伸至所述两个端子收容槽。
进一步的,所述固定凸块干涉组装至所述相邻的两个干涉壁之间。
进一步的,从安装面一侧看过去,所述干涉壁内缩于所述隔离壁而在两者之间形成台阶面,所述固定件具有本体部及自所述本体部凸伸入所述两排干涉壁之间的干涉部,所述干涉部上设有延伸至所述本体部的所述固定凸块,所述本体部在所述相邻的两个固定凸块之间设有抵靠所述台阶面的抵靠面。
进一步的,所述电连接器包括设置在所述固定块的后方的防水件。
进一步的,所述绝缘本体自所述安装面凹设有与所述组装槽相通的点胶槽,所述固定块的后端裸露于所述点胶槽。
进一步的,所述电连接器为USB type C插头连接器。
为解决上述问题,本发明 还可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子及遮覆于所述绝缘本体的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部延伸的对接部,所述基部相对于所述对接部向两侧延伸而形成一对侧翼部,所述侧翼部上设有辅助端子。
进一步的,所述侧翼部具有辅助对接面及辅助安装面,所述辅助端子具有凸伸出所述辅助对接面的接触部及延伸出所述辅助安装面的焊接脚。
进一步的,所述导电端子为USB type C插头端子,所述辅助端子为pogo pin 端子。
与现有技术相比,本发明 至少具有如下有益效果:所述固定件与导电端子挤压固持,有助于提高所述电连接器的防水性能。

参图1至图2,本发明 提供了一种电连接器100,其包括绝缘本体1、固定于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子2及辅助端子5、组装固定至所述绝缘本体1的固定件4、设置在所述固定件4的后方的防水件6及遮覆于所述绝缘本体1的遮蔽壳体3。所述电连接器100可以传输大电流。
参图3至图6,所述绝缘本体1包括基部11及自所述基部11延伸的对接部12,所述基部11相对于所述对接部12向两侧进一步延伸而形成一对侧翼部13。所述基部11设有基部安装面110,所述基部11自所述基部安装面110 凹设有组装槽111。所述对接部12垂直于所述基部安装面110且形成有呈中心对称的对接腔10,所述基部11在所述组装槽111的相对两侧设有延伸至所述对接部12的两排端子收容槽112。所述端子收容槽112具有内壁面1121及相对的两侧壁面1122,所述相邻两个端子收容槽112之间均具有隔离壁114,即所述隔离的相对两侧面形成所述侧壁面1122,所述绝缘本体1自所述隔离壁114向所述组装槽111方向进一步设有干涉壁115,所述干涉壁115宽于所述隔离壁114而左右延伸至所述两个端子收容槽112。所述绝缘本体1自所述基部安装面110还凹设有与所述组装槽111相通的点胶槽116。
重点参图4及图7,所述导电端子2插入组装至所述端子收容槽112而与所述两个侧壁面1122干涉,所述导电端子2的一侧抵靠于所述内壁面1121,相对的另一侧裸露于所述组装槽111,更具体的,所述导电端子2具有延伸入所述对接腔10的弹性接触部21、固定于所述固定槽的干涉部22及延伸出所述基部安装面110的焊接脚23。
参图2至图4、图7至图8,所述固定件4具有本体部41及自所述本体部 41延伸的干涉部42,所述干涉部42上设有延伸至所述本体部41的固定凸块 43。所述固定件4组装至所述组装槽111而位于所述两排导电端子2之间,所述干涉部42设置于所述两排干涉壁115之间,所述固定凸块43干涉组装至所述相邻的两个干涉壁115之间。在所述导电端子2的排布方向上,所述两侧壁面1122夹持干涉所述导电端子2,在垂直于所述导电端子2排布方向的端子厚度方向上,所述固定凸块43向两侧挤压所述导电端子2而将所述导电端子 2仅仅夹持在所述固定凸块43与内壁面1121之间,如此设置,有利于防止外界的液态物质自所述导电端子2与所述绝缘本体1之间的间隙流进电子设备。
重点参图2至图4及图7,从基部安装面110一侧看过去,所述干涉壁115内缩于所述隔离壁114而在两者之间形成台阶面117,所述本体部41在所述相邻的两个固定凸块43之间设有抵靠所述台阶面117的抵靠面44。
组装固定至所述绝缘本体1的所述固定件4的后端裸露于所述点胶槽116,最后向所述点胶槽116内点胶形成所述防水件6。
参图1至图4,所述辅助端子5设置在所述侧翼部13上。所述侧翼部13具有辅助对接面131及辅助安装面132,所述基部安装面110内缩于所述辅助安装面 132。所述辅助端子5具有凸伸出所述辅助对接面131的接触部51及延伸出所述辅助安装面132的焊接脚52。在本实施例中,所述导电端子为USB type C插头端子,所述辅助端子5为pogo pin端子。
参1及图3,所述遮蔽壳体3包括内外套设在一起的内壳体31与外壳体32,所述内壳体31具有包围所述对接部12筒状部311及穿过所述基部11的第一安装脚312,所述外壳体32具有贴附在所述基部11上的基板321、自所述基板321延伸至所述筒状部311两侧的支撑部323及自所述基板321延伸而穿过所述基部11 的第二安装脚322,所述第一、第二安装脚312、322均用于安装至一电路板(未图示)上。
本发明 之上述技术方案对于插入组装型的弹性端子而言可以较好的提高电连接器的防水性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子及遮覆于所述绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自所述基部延伸的对接部,所述基部设有基部安装面,所述对接部垂直于所述基部安装面,所述基部自所述基部安装面凹设有组装槽,所述基部在所述组装槽的相对两侧设有延伸至所述对接部的两排端子收容槽,所述端子收容槽具有内壁面及相对的两侧壁面,所述导电端子插入组装至所述端子收容槽而与所述两个侧壁面干涉,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括组装至所述组装槽而位于两排导电端子之间的固定件,所述固定件具有向两侧挤压所述导电端子的固定凸块。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:相邻两个端子收容槽之间均具有隔离壁,所述绝缘本体自所述隔离壁向所述组装槽方向进一步设有干涉壁,所述干涉壁宽于所述隔离壁而左右延伸至所述两个端子收容槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定凸块干涉组装至相邻的两个干涉壁之间。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:从基部安装面一侧看过去,所述干涉壁内缩于所述隔离壁而在两者之间形成台阶面,所述固定件具有本体部及自所述本体部凸伸入两排干涉壁之间的干涉部,所述干涉部上设有延伸至所述本体部的所述固定凸块,所述本体部在相邻的两个固定凸块之间设有抵靠所述台阶面的抵靠面。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括设置在所述固定件的后方的防水件。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体自所述基部安装面凹设有与所述组装槽相通的点胶槽,所述固定件的后端裸露于所述点胶槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器为USB type C插头连接器。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部相对于所述对接部向两侧延伸而形成一对侧翼部,所述侧翼部上设有辅助端子。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧翼部具有辅助对接面及辅助安装面,所述辅助端子具有凸伸出所述辅助对接面的接触部及延伸出所述辅助安装面的焊接脚。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子为USB type C插头端子,所述辅助端子为pogo pin端子。
