The bacteriostatic agent with pure plant formula according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38-43 parts of Chinese ilex leaf, 30-34 parts of Chinese chive, 24-29 parts of mint leaf, 15-19 parts of pithecellobium clypearia, 13-17 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 4-6 parts of solubilizer.

The bacteriostatic agent with pure plant formula according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 41 parts of Chinese ilex leaf, 32 parts of Chinese chive, 26 parts of mint leaf, 17 parts of pithecellobium clypearia, 15 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 5 parts of solubilizer.
4. The bacteriostatic agent according to claim 3, wherein the solubilizer is selected from one or two of polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 600.
5. The bacteriostatic agent according to claim 3, wherein the solubilizer is prepared by mixing polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 600 in a weight ratio of 1: 2.
6. A method of preparing a bacteriostatic agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5 in a pure plant formulation, comprising the steps of:
1) crushing the Chinese ilex leaf and the mint leaf, adding absolute ethyl alcohol which is 8-11 times of the mass of the Chinese ilex leaf and the mint leaf, leaching twice, wherein the leaching temperature is 65-78 ℃ each time, the leaching time is 1.3-1.5h, combining the two extracting solutions, and concentrating to 15-20% of the original volume to obtain a first extracting solution;
2) dehydrating and drying Chinese chives, crushing, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, adding distilled water 7-9 times the mass of the Chinese chives, leaching for three times, wherein the leaching temperature is 60-72 ℃ each time, the leaching time is 2.2-2.6h, combining the three extracting solutions, and concentrating to 20-25% of the original volume to obtain a Chinese chive extracting solution;
3) drying Pithecellobium clypearia, mixing with radix Sophorae Flavescentis, pulverizing, and sieving with 150 mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder;
4) mixing the first extractive solution and folium Allii tuberosi extractive solution, adding the mixed powder, stirring, placing in an ultrasonic processor, performing ultrasonic treatment at 62-70 deg.C for 1-1.2h, adding solubilizer, and reacting to obtain mixed solution;
5) and carrying out vacuum filtration on the mixed solution, and concentrating the filtrate to 40-55% of the original volume to obtain the bacteriostatic agent.
