本发明涉及一种用于铜包钢线外镀锡的助焊剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着电子工业的迅速发展,为了改善电子元件和材料的可焊性和降低成本,采用在电子元件的引线上镀上可焊性良好的镀锡层。使用目前的镀锡溶液在引线表面可获得光亮的镀层,但镀层与引线的结合率较差,引线在空气中存放2~6个月后,镀层便便会慢慢脱落。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于铜包钢线外镀锡的助焊剂,具有良好的结合率,在空气中长时间放置后镀层也不会脱落。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于铜包钢线外镀锡的助焊剂,包括酒精和食用乳酸。
作为优选,所述酒精与食用乳酸的重量比为4:1。
本发明通过酒精与食用乳酸来提高镀层与引线之间的结合率,防止镀层在长时间放置后脱落。

本发明的使用方法为:在进行镀锡前,将铜包钢线浸入助焊剂中,再送入锡炉进行镀锡,这样得到的镀层,结合率和,长时间放置后不会脱落。
