本发明公开了一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺,包括1)、将铜包钢线进行拉拔,得到一定粗细的铜包钢线;2)、将1)得到的铜包钢线进行退火处理;3)、将2)得到的铜包钢线用水进行清洗;4)、将3)得到的铜包钢线浸入助焊剂中;5)、将4)得到的铜包钢线送入锡炉进行镀锡,从而得到成品的铜包钢线。本发明中,铟能够提高可焊性,铋能够提高光亮度,制备的铜包钢线具有良好的可焊性、光亮性,在空气中存放较长的时间后,可焊性和光亮性仍然较好,镀层与引线的结合率较好,镀层不易脱落。

一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着电子工业的迅速发展,为了改善电子元件和材料的可焊性和降低成本,采用在电子元件的引线上镀上可焊性良好的镀锡层。使用目前的镀锡溶液在引线表面可获得光亮的镀层,但镀层的可焊性差,而且引线在空气中存放2~6个月后,镀层便变成灰黑色,焊接性能更差。此外,镀液本身也很不稳定,在空气中放置1~2个月,镀液便变浑,严重影响镀层的光亮性和可焊性。
同时,镀层与引线的结合率较差,引线在空气中存放2~6个月后,镀层便便会慢慢脱落。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺,大大提升可焊性,在空气中长时间放置后,镀层不会变暗、脱落,具有较好的光亮性和结合率。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、将铜包钢线进行拉拔,得到一定粗细的铜包钢线;
2)、将1)得到的铜包钢线进行退火处理;
3)、将2)得到的铜包钢线用水进行清洗;
4)、将3)得到的铜包钢线浸入助焊剂中;
5)、将4)得到的铜包钢线送入锡炉进行镀锡,从而得到成品的铜包钢线。
作为优选,所述锡炉中的镀锡溶液包括锡、铟、铋和抗氧化剂,所述的锡、铟、铋和抗氧化剂之间的重量比为100:1:1:1。
作为优选,所述4)中的助焊剂包括酒精和食用乳酸,所述酒精与食用乳酸的重量比为4:1。
本发明中,铟能够提高可焊性,铋能够提高光亮度,制备的铜包钢线具有良好的可焊性、光亮性,在空气中存放较长的时间后,可焊性和光亮性仍然较好,镀层与引线的结合率较好,镀层不易脱落。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、将铜包钢线进行拉拔,得到一定粗细的铜包钢线;
2)、将1)得到的铜包钢线进行退火处理;
3)、将2)得到的铜包钢线用水进行清洗;
4)、将3)得到的铜包钢线浸入助焊剂中;
5)、将4)得到的铜包钢线送入锡炉进行镀锡,从而得到成品的铜包钢线。
所述锡炉中的镀锡溶液包括锡、铟、铋和抗氧化剂,所述的锡、铟、铋和抗氧化剂之间的重量比为100:1:1:1。
所述4)中的助焊剂包括酒精和食用乳酸,所述酒精与食用乳酸的重量比为4:1。
本发明制备的铜包钢线具有良好的可焊性、光亮性,在空气中存放较长的时间后,可焊性和光亮性仍然较好,镀层与引线的结合率较好,镀层不易脱落。

1.一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、将铜包钢线进行拉拔,得到一定粗细的铜包钢线;
2)、将1)得到的铜包钢线进行退火处理;
3)、将2)得到的铜包钢线用水进行清洗;
4)、将3)得到的铜包钢线浸入助焊剂中;
5)、将4)得到的铜包钢线送入锡炉进行镀锡,从而得到成品的铜包钢线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜包钢线的镀锡工艺,其特征在于,所述锡炉中的镀锡溶液包括锡、铟、铋和抗氧化剂,所述的锡、铟、铋和抗氧化剂之间的重量比为100:1:1:1。
