本发明公开了新能源公交车用太阳能电池板,包括公交车和车顶盖,所述车顶盖内设置有空调和蓄电池,所述车顶盖的顶部中间位置固定安装有固定杆,所述固定杆为前后对称设置,所述固定杆的顶端内部均固定安装有电机,两个所述固定杆相互靠近的侧壁上设置有轴承,所述电机的电机轴贯穿轴承并延伸至表面,两个所述电机的电机轴通过转轴固定连接,所述转轴的表面固定安装有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板的大小与车顶盖的大小相等,所述太阳能电池板左右两侧的底部均固定安装有橡胶皮垫,所述车顶盖的顶部左右两侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆接。本发明的有益效果是:具有能够调整角度、储存电力速度更快且固定牢固的特点。

本发明涉及新能源技术领域,具体为新能源公交车用太阳能电池板。
背景技术
现有技术的新能源公交车在夏天和冬天时需要打开空调,这样不仅会增加电力的消耗还会减少公交车的动力,于是市面上出现了部分带太阳能的新能源公交车,将其空调的动力来源靠太阳能补充,但是市面上的太阳能电池板大都固定安装在车顶部,无法移动,这样就会导致只有在中午时分才有存在阳光直射的情况,储存电力的速度不够。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供新能源公交车用太阳能电池板。所述新能源公交车用太阳能电池板具有能够调整角度、储存电力速度更快且固定牢固的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:新能源公交车用太阳能电池板,包括公交车和车顶盖,所述车顶盖内设置有空调和蓄电池,所述车顶盖的顶部中间位置固定安装有固定杆,所述固定杆为前后对称设置,所述固定杆的顶端内部均固定安装有电机,两个所述固定杆相互靠近的侧壁上设置有轴承,所述电机的电机轴贯穿轴承并延伸至表面,两个所述电机的电机轴通过转轴固定连接,所述转轴的表面固定安装有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板的大小与车顶盖的大小相等,所述太阳能电池板左右两侧的底部均固定安装有橡胶皮垫,所述车顶盖的顶部左右两侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆的顶部均固定安装有减振弹簧,所述减振弹簧的顶部与橡胶皮垫的底部活动连接,所述太阳能电池板电性连接蓄电池,所述蓄电池分别电性连接空调和电动伸缩杆,所述橡胶皮垫的底部开设有矩形凹槽,所述凹槽活动连接减振弹簧。
优选的,两个所述电机为同步电机。
优选的,所述太阳能电池板上还开设有与固定杆相匹配的开口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过电机转动从而带动太阳能电池板实现角度的调整,这样就可以始终保持与阳光维持一个九十度的直射,可以吸收更多的太阳能从而储存更多的电能;这些电能可以为公交车的空调和电动伸缩杆以及电机提供动力;通过电动伸缩杆可以使得太阳能电池板在转动时其两端底部一直能够受力,为电机减少压力负担;通过橡胶皮垫和减振弹簧可以减少太阳能电池板在转动时的振动,增加使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:新能源公交车用太阳能电池板,包括公交车1和车顶盖2,所述车顶盖2内设置有空调3和蓄电池9,所述车顶盖2的顶部中间位置固定安装有固定杆3,所述固定杆3为前后对称设置,所述固定杆3的顶端内部均固定安装有电机4,两个所述电机4为同步电机,两个所述固定杆3相互靠近的侧壁上设置有轴承5,所述电机4的电机轴贯穿轴承5并延伸至表面,两个所述电机4的电机轴通过转轴6固定连接,所述转轴6的表面固定安装有太阳能电池板7,值得注意的是,所述太阳能电池板7上还开设有与固定杆3相匹配的开口,所述太阳能电池板7的大小与车顶盖2的大小相等,所述太阳能电池板7左右两侧的底部均固定安装有橡胶皮垫8,所述车顶盖2的顶部左右两侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆10,值得注意的是,所述太阳能电池板7电性连接蓄电池9,所述蓄电池分别电性连接空调3和电动伸缩杆10,所述太阳能电池板7电性连接蓄电池9,所述蓄电池分别电性连接空调3和电动伸缩杆10,所述电动伸缩杆10的顶部均固定安装有减振弹簧11,所述橡胶皮垫8的底部开设有矩形凹槽,所述凹槽活动连接减振弹簧11,所述减振弹簧11的顶部与橡胶皮垫8的底部活动连接。
工作原理
通过电机4转动从而带动太阳能电池板7实现角度的调整,这样就可以始终保持与阳光维持一个九十度的直射,可以吸收更多的太阳能从而储存更多的电能;这些电能可以为公交车的空调3和电动伸缩杆10以及电机4提供动力;通过电动伸缩杆10可以使得太阳能电池板7在转动时其两端底部一直能够受力,为电机4减少压力负担;通过橡胶皮垫8和减振弹簧11可以减少太阳能电池板7在转动时的振动,增加使用寿命。

1.新能源公交车用太阳能电池板,包括公交车(1)和车顶盖(2),其特征在于:所述车顶盖(2)内设置有空调(3)和蓄电池(9),所述车顶盖(2)的顶部中间位置固定安装有固定杆(3),所述固定杆(3)为前后对称设置,所述固定杆(3)的顶端内部均固定安装有电机(4),两个所述固定杆(3)相互靠近的侧壁上设置有轴承(5),所述电机(4)的电机轴贯穿轴承(5)并延伸至表面,两个所述电机(4)的电机轴通过转轴(6)固定连接,所述转轴(6)的表面固定安装有太阳能电池板(7),所述太阳能电池板(7)的大小与车顶盖(2)的大小相等,所述太阳能电池板(7)左右两侧的底部均固定安装有橡胶皮垫(8),所述车顶盖(2)的顶部左右两侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆(10),所述电动伸缩杆(10)的顶部均固定安装有减振弹簧(11),所述减振弹簧(11)的顶部与橡胶皮垫(8)的底部活动连接,所述太阳能电池板(7)电性连接蓄电池(9),所述蓄电池分别电性连接空调(3)和电动伸缩杆(10),所述橡胶皮垫(8)的底部开设有矩形凹槽,所述凹槽活动连接减振弹簧(11)。
