本发明涉及太阳能电池板,尤其一种带移动保护盖的支撑式太阳能电池板。
背景技术
太阳能是清洁能源,太阳照射在太阳能电池板上,可将太阳能转换为电能,太阳能电池板较脆弱,风沙和雨水都会对太阳能电池板造成侵蚀,太阳能电池板易损坏,太阳能电池板使用寿命短。
发明内容
本申请人针对以上缺点,进行了研究改进,提供一种带移动保护盖的支撑式太阳能电池板。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种带移动保护盖的支撑式太阳能电池板,包括太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板转动连接在太阳能支架上,太阳能电池板下连接驱动气缸,所述太阳能支架和驱动气缸固定在转盘上,所述转盘下端通过滚动轴承设置在支撑座上,转盘下侧中央固定皮带轮,所述皮带轮穿过支撑座延伸到支撑座下方,所述皮带轮通过皮带与支撑座上的驱动电机连接,所述支撑座两侧设置移动保护盖,所述移动保护盖设置在支撑座上开设的轨道上,所述支撑座前后两侧设置两个双头气缸,所述双头气缸的两端分别和两侧移动保护盖连接。

本发明的有益效果如下:所述带移动保护盖的支撑式太阳能电池板,遇到雨水风沙天气,通过双头气缸驱动移动保护盖,移动到太阳能电池板上方,通过两侧移动保护盖将太阳能电池板密封在支撑座上,将太阳能支架和太阳能电池板密封在保护盖内,实现保护太阳能电池板,延长太阳能电池板使用寿命的功能,且通过驱动电机和驱动气缸可带动太阳能电池板转动,使太阳能电池板始终正对太阳,提高了电能的转化效率。

如图1所示,本实施例的带移动保护盖的支撑式太阳能电池板,包括太阳能电池板1,太阳能电池板1转动连接在太阳能支架2上,太阳能电池板1下连接驱动气缸9,太阳能支架2和驱动气缸9固定在转盘3上,转盘3下端通过滚动轴承4设置在支撑座5上,转盘3下侧中央固定皮带轮31,皮带轮31穿过支撑座5延伸到支撑座5下方,皮带轮31通过皮带32与支撑座5上的驱动电机连接,驱动电机均为步进电机8,支撑座5两侧设置移动保护盖6,移动保护盖6设置在支撑座5上开设的轨道51上,支撑座5前后两侧设置两个双头气缸7,双头气缸7的两端分别和两侧移动保护盖6连接。
所述带移动保护盖的支撑式太阳能电池板使用时,晴天时,双头气缸7的驱动端伸出,将移动保护盖6打开,太阳照射太阳能电池板1,将太阳能转化为电能,且所述驱动电机和驱动气缸9可带动太阳能电池板1转动,使太阳能电池板1始终正对太阳,提高电能的转化效率,在风沙和雨水天气时,双头气缸7的驱动端收缩,移动保护盖6盖合,将太阳能电池板1密封支撑座5上,保护太阳能电池板1免受风沙雨水侵袭,延长太阳能电池板1的使用寿命。
