Abstract

本发明公开了一种电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置,主要用于机械加工领域;主要包括机架、卷料定位支撑机构、输送带机构、压料机构、丝杠螺母传动机构、气动吸盘机构、气动剪切机构、条料平台;本发明的优点在于:1.可以实现条料的自动输送和剪切,无需人工操作,实现自动化;2.本发明剪切机构采用气缸驱动四杆机构进行剪切,结构简单、紧凑;3.本发明以伺服电机作为驱动,将丝杠、滑轨、滑块等为导向的滑动平台进行组合,带动气动吸盘机构,实现水平移动,使其推进方式操作简单,并可精准定位。

一种电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置,属于机械加工技术领域。
背景技术
电热膜是一种通电后能发热的半透明聚酯薄膜,由可导电的特制油墨、金属载流条经加工、热压在绝缘聚酯薄膜间制成。电热膜外加PVC真空封套,用于地面取暖,是制作电热地膜的主要元件。而目前,在实际生产作业中,每卷电热膜条料的剪切和输送是靠人工进行,随着人力成本的上升,企业迫切需要提供自动化程度来降低用工成本。因此设计一种自动输送剪切传送装置,实现自动输送剪切。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置,主要用于机械加工领域;电热膜条料输送剪切自动化传送装置,包括机架,卷料定位支撑机构,输送带机构,压料机构,丝杠螺母传动机构,气动吸盘机构,气动剪切机构,条料平台。
本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明可以实现条料的自动输送和剪切,无需人工操作,实现自动化。
2.本发明剪切机构采用气缸驱动四杆机构进行剪切,结构简单、紧凑。
3.本发明以伺服电机作为驱动,将丝杠、滑轨等为导向的滑动平台进行组合,带动气动吸盘机构,实现水平移动,使其推进方式操作简单,并可精准定位。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明零部件及其相互关系进行说明。
如附图1所示,电热膜输送剪切自动传送装置,其中包括机架(5);卷料定位支撑机构(1)安装在机架(5)的前端;右侧为输送带机构(8);输送带机构(8)的左上方为压料机构(2),右上方为气动吸盘机构(4);气动吸盘机构(4)通过连接板与丝杠螺母传动机构(3)连接;输送带机构(8)的右侧为气动剪切机构(7);气动剪切机构(7)的下方为条料平台(6)。
如附图2所示,上述卷料定位支撑机构(1)还包括:轴(9),锁紧套(10),锁紧手柄(11),挡料圈(12),螺栓杆一(13),螺栓套(14),螺纹定位套(15),调整手柄组件(16),轴(9)安装在机架(5)上,在轴(9)上依次安装锁紧套(10)和挡料圈(12),锁紧套(10)上有螺纹通孔,锁紧手柄(11)与其连接,电热膜卷料放置在两个挡料圈(12)的中间,通过调节锁紧套(10)和挡料圈(12),可以确定电热膜卷料在轴(9)上的位置,螺栓杆一(13)通过螺栓套(14)用螺栓和螺母固定在在机架(5)上,螺纹定位套(15)与调整手柄组件(16)通过螺纹连接安装在螺栓杆一(13)上,通过旋转调整手柄组件(16),可以微调轴(9)在机架(5)上轴向位置,进而微调电热膜卷料的轴向位置,精确定位电热膜卷料。
如附图3所示,上述压料机构(2)还包括:六角螺栓(17),导轨(18),法兰直线滑块(19),连接块(20),压料轴(21),弹簧(22),螺栓圆柱销(23),螺母一(24),导轨(18)通过内六角螺栓安装在架体上,连接块(20)两端与法兰直线滑块(19)通过内六角螺栓连接,安装在导轨(18)上。六角螺栓(17)通过螺母一(24)安装在架体上,下端面与连接块(20)接触,连接块(20)下端安装有螺栓圆柱销(23),弹簧(22)套在螺栓圆柱销(23)上,弹簧压缩有一定的预紧力,通过调整六角螺栓(17)可以使连接块(20)上下移动,进而调整压料轴(21)与PVC传动带(25)之间的间隙,当电热膜条料从其中穿过时起到压平、预紧的作用。
如附图4所示,上述输送带机构(8)包括:PVC传动带(25),主动辊(26),轴承座(27),大带轮(28),三角皮带(29),小带轮(30),电机(31),螺母二(32),螺栓杆二(33),圆法兰轴承(34),从动辊(35),中间托辊(36),PVC传送带(25)与滚筒活动连接,主动辊(26)安装在轴承座(27)上,轴承座(27)通过螺栓安装在架体U形孔上,大带轮(28)安装在主动辊(26)内轴的一端,通过固定环固定,电机(31)用螺栓安装在架体上,小带轮(30)安装在电机上(31),三角皮带(29)安装在大带轮(28)和小带轮(29)上,螺母二(32)焊接在架体上,螺栓杆二(33)与螺母二(32)连接,通过调整螺栓杆二(33)可以调整轴承座的轴向位置,起到PVC传送带(25)张紧的作用,从动辊(35)安装在圆法兰轴承(34)上,圆法兰轴承(34)通过内六角螺栓固定在机架上,中间托辊(36)安装在机架的U形槽内。
如附图5所示,上述丝杠螺母传动机构(3)包括:伺服电机(37),联轴器(38),直线导轨(39),滑块(40),丝杠组件(41),电机座(42),伺服电机(37)通过内六角螺栓固定安装在电机座(42)上,电机座(42)用螺栓安装在机架上,丝杠通过联轴器(38)与伺服电机(37)连接,直线导轨(39)用螺栓固定在机架上,滑块(40)安放在直线导轨(39)上,丝杠组件(41)包括丝杠、丝杠螺母、丝杠螺母座、丝杠固定座、丝杠支撑座,丝杠固定座与电机座(42)用螺栓连接, 丝杠螺母与丝杠螺母座用螺栓连接,安装在丝杠上,滑块(40)与丝杠螺母通过连接板用螺栓连接。
如附图6所示,上述气动吸盘机构(4)包括:气缸(43),气缸摆动浮动接头(44),连杆(45),吸盘连杆(46),橡胶吸盘(47),气动吸盘机构(4)通过连接板与滑块(40)和丝杠螺母连接,伺服电机(37)带动丝杠转动,驱动丝杠螺母移动,从而带动通过连接板与丝杠螺母连接的气动吸盘机构(4)移动,气缸(43)用螺栓固定在连接板上,气缸(43)的活塞杆下端通过气缸摆动浮动接头(44)与连杆(45)连接,连杆(45)两端连接两个吸盘连杆(46),橡胶吸盘(47)连接在吸盘连杆(46)上,气缸(43)的活塞杆伸长驱动橡胶吸盘(47)向下运动,通过橡胶吸盘(47)吸附电热膜条料,气动吸盘机构(4)带动电热膜条料移动。
如附图7所示,上述气动剪切机构(7)包括:横连杆(48),气缸组件(49),竖连杆(50),下刀刃(51),上刀刃(52),压料器(53),气缸组件(49)包括I型接头、带磁气动迷你气缸、气缸安装支架,带磁气动迷你气缸活塞杆通过I型接头与横连杆(48)和竖连杆(50)铰接,带磁气动迷你气缸用气缸安装支架通过螺栓固定在机架上,下刀刃(51)用螺钉固定在条料平台(6)上,上刀刃(52)通过连接片与横连杆(48)铰接,压料器(53)通过连接片与横连杆(48)铰接,上刀刃(52)和压条(53)下端通过连接杆连接在机架上,通过气缸活塞杆的伸缩带动上刀刃完成剪切动作。
下面对本发明工作方式和工作步骤进行说明。
一、首先将电热膜卷料放置在轴(9)的两个挡料圈(12)中间上,通过调整锁紧套(10),确定电热膜卷料的轴向位置,旋转调整手柄组件(16),可以微调轴(9)在机架(5)上轴向位置,进而微调电热膜卷料的轴向位置,精准定位电热膜卷料。
二、将电热膜条料一端放置在压料轴(21)和PVC传送带(25)之间,启动电机(31)通过带传动带动主动辊(26)转动,使PVC传送带(25)运转,输送电热膜条料至橡胶吸盘(47)底端,关闭电机(31)。
三、启动气缸(43),气缸(43)的活塞杆伸长驱动橡胶吸盘(47)向下运动,通过橡胶吸盘(47)吸附住电热膜条料,气缸活塞杆回程。
四、启动伺服电机(37)带动丝杠转动,驱动丝杠螺母移动,从而带动通过连接板与丝杠螺母连接的气动吸盘机构(4)吸附的电热膜条料移动,当电热膜条料移动到条料平台(6)的另一端时,伺服电机(37)停止工作。
五、启动与压料器(53)连接的气缸,驱动横连杆(48)和竖连杆(50)使压料器(53)压向条料平台(6),压住条料平台(6)上的电热膜条料,再启动与上刀刃(52)连接的气缸,驱动横连杆(48)和竖连杆(50)使上刀刃(52)完成电热膜条料的剪切。

1.电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置,其中包括机架(5);卷料定位支撑机构(1)安装在机架(5)的前端;右侧为输送带机构(8);输送带机构(8)的左上方为压料机构(2),右上方为气动吸盘机构(4);气动吸盘机构(4)通过连接板与丝杠螺母传动机构(3)连接;输送带机构(8)的右侧为气动剪切机构(7);气动剪切机构(7)的下方为条料平台(6),其特征在于:所述的丝杠螺母传动机构(3)包括:伺服电机(37),联轴器(38),直线导轨(39),滑块(40),丝杠组件(41),电机座(42),伺服电机(37)通过内六角螺栓固定安装在电机座(42)上,电机座(42)用螺栓安装在机架上,丝杠通过联轴器(38)与伺服电机(37)连接,直线导轨(39)用螺栓固定在机架上,滑块(40)安放在直线导轨(39)上,丝杠组件(41)包括丝杠、丝杠螺母、丝杠螺母座、丝杠固定座、丝杠支撑座,丝杠固定座与电机座(42)用螺栓连接, 丝杠螺母与丝杠螺母座用螺栓连接,安装在丝杠上,滑块(40)与丝杠螺母通过连接板用螺栓连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置,其特征在于:所述的气动吸盘机构(4)包括:气缸(43),气缸摆动浮动接头(44),连杆(45),吸盘连杆(46),橡胶吸盘(47),气动吸盘机构(4)通过连接板与滑块(40)和丝杠螺母连接,伺服电机(37)带动丝杠转动,驱动丝杠螺母移动,从而带动通过连接板与丝杠螺母连接的气动吸盘机构(4)移动,气缸(43)用螺栓固定在连接板上,气缸(43)的活塞杆下端通过气缸摆动浮动接头(44)与连杆(45)连接,连杆(45)两端连接两个吸盘连杆(46),橡胶吸盘(47)连接在吸盘连杆(46)上,气缸(43)的活塞杆伸长驱动橡胶吸盘(47)向下运动,橡胶吸盘(47)吸附电热膜条料,当气动吸盘机构(4)移动时,带动电热膜条料移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电热膜条料输送剪切自动传送装置,其特征在于:所述的气动剪切机构(7)包括:横连杆(48),气缸组件(49),竖连杆(50),下刀刃(51),上刀刃(52),压料器(53),气缸组件(49)包括I型接头、带磁气动迷你气缸、气缸安装支架,带磁气动迷你气缸活塞杆通过I型接头与横连杆(48)和竖连杆(50)铰接,带磁气动迷你气缸用气缸安装支架通过螺栓固定在机架上,下刀刃(51)用螺钉固定在条料平台(6)上,上刀刃(52)上端通过连接片与横连杆(48)铰接,压料器(53)上端通过连接片与横连杆(48)铰接,上刀刃(52)和压料器(53)下端通过连接杆连接在机架上,通过气缸活塞杆的伸缩带动上刀刃(52)完成剪切动作和压料器(53)压料动作。
