Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,包括依次连接的清洗箱、烘干箱;所述清洗箱内设吹尘室、去油槽、清洗槽,所述的烘干箱内设热风机;汽车零部件依次经过清洗箱、烘干箱。本发明结构简单,通过传送带将汽车零部件依次传送至清洗箱及烘干箱,对零部件进行清洗并烘干,提高工作效率的同时大大减少人力成本,有益效果明显。

本发明涉及一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置。
背景技术
汽车作为一种便捷、舒适的交通工具,已成为人们日常生活中出行的首选。因而汽车销量大增,而作为汽车组成部分的汽车零部件产量也日益增多。
在汽车零部件生产过程中,需要做钻孔、攻丝等处理;为提高效率常使用菜油进行润滑;因而在汽车零部件上会有油污、切削液等污垢。以上污垢需要在零部件装配前进行清洗。现有的清洗方式是通过人工进行清洗并烘干,这样工作效率低下、人工成本也高,不利于企业的市场竞争力。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决以上问题,本发明提供一种可自动进行汽车零部件清洗并烘干的装置。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:包括依次连接的清洗箱、烘干箱;所述清洗箱内设吹尘室、去油槽、清洗槽,所述的烘干箱内设热风机;汽车零部件依次经过清洗箱、烘干箱。本发明结构简单,通过传送带将汽车零部件依次传送至清洗箱及烘干箱,对零部件进行清洗并烘干,提高工作效率的同时大大减少人力成本,有益效果明显。
所述的吹尘室顶部设吹风口,所述吹风口与鼓风机相连接。
所述的去油槽顶部设喷嘴。
所述的去油槽内的清洗溶液为。
所述的烘干箱包括电热丝。
所述的吹尘室底部设废料收集箱。
所述汽车零部件由电机驱动的传送带传送。
所述的传送带在烘干箱内呈S形排布。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干一体机,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1.提高工作效率:本发明通过传送带将汽车零部件依次传送至清洗箱及烘干箱,对零部件进行清洗并烘干,提高工作效率的同时大大减少人力成本,有益效果明显。;
2.节能:本发明通过将烘干箱内的传送带设为S形可最大容量的放置零部件,使热能能够被充分利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,进一步阐明本发明。
一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,包括依次连接的清洗箱1、烘干箱2;所述清洗箱1内设吹尘室11、去油槽12、清洗槽13,所述的烘干箱2内设热风机21;汽车零部件依次经过清洗箱1、烘干箱2;所述的吹尘室11顶部设吹风口111,所述吹风口111与鼓风机112相连接;所述的去油槽12顶部设喷嘴121;所述的去油槽12内的清洗溶液为除油剂溶液;所述的烘干箱2包括电热丝22;所述的吹尘室11底部设废料收集箱;所述汽车零部件由电机驱动的传送带传送;所述的传送带在烘干箱2内呈S形排布。
实施例1
使用时,将汽车零部件依次放置于传送带上,电机驱动传送带将零部件传送至清洗箱1的吹尘室内11,所述吹尘室11顶部设风口111,鼓风机112气动,风口向下吹风,将零部件上的灰尘吹落至吹尘室底部的废料收集箱内;
经吹尘室将零部件灰尘吹落后,传送带将零部件传送至去油槽12,无油槽 12内设除油剂溶液,启动喷嘴121,喷嘴121向下喷洒除油溶液以除去零部件表面油污;
经除油步骤后,传送带将零部件传送至清洗槽13,清洗槽13内清水洗去零部件表面残留的除油剂溶液,所述清洗槽13出水口与过滤网131相连接,过滤后的水通入清洗槽13输水管继续供水清洗零部件,以节约用水量;
所述滤网131依次包括椰壳层、陶瓷层、活性炭层、KDF滤芯层。
传送带将清洗后的零部件传送至烘干箱2,传送带在烘干箱2内呈S形排布;烘干箱内的热风机先吹去零部件表面水分,再使用电热丝22加热对零部件进一步烘干,确保其干燥。

1.一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:包括依次连接的清洗箱、烘干箱;所述清洗箱内设吹尘室、去油槽、清洗槽,所述的烘干箱内设热风机;汽车零部件依次经过清洗箱、烘干箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的吹尘室顶部设吹风口,所述吹风口与鼓风机相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的去油槽顶部设喷嘴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的去油槽内的清洗溶液为。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的烘干箱包括电热丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的吹尘室底部设废料收集箱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述汽车零部件由电机驱动的传送带传送。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种汽车零部件清洗烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的传送带在烘干箱内呈S形排布。
