技术领域
本发明涉及叶黄素产品技术领域,特别是一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会环境的变化,工作节奏的加快,视频终端的普及,人们精神需求的增高,视觉的使用越来越超负荷,人们的视力问题也具有逐渐增多的趋势,尤其是在学生族群中,近视、弱视、散光、视疲劳等视力问题的发病率呈急剧上升趋势,原因主要有长时间过度用眼、长期近距离学习、阅读姿势不良、电脑屏幕亮度不合适、环境光线太暗或太亮等。另外IT从业人员、文字工作者、办公室人群等长时间用眼的人,在眼睛过度、持久注视,或连续近距离用眼,会出现一时性视功能减退或一系列眼部不适,从而引发视疲劳。尤其近距离工作时,远达不到“舒适和持久”的用眼状态,严重者甚至出现恶心、呕吐等全身症状,严重干扰了患者的视觉和生活质量。
就目前为止,市场上出现的改善视力或是缓解视疲劳的产品并不是很多,主要以眼药水为主。但是,眼药水等产品只能起到暂时物理缓解眼睛干涩的作用,并不能达到从根本上改善视力、缓解视疲劳的效果。并且,由于眼药水中含有防腐剂,如果长期使用眼药水,防腐剂会导致眼睛中结膜杯状细胞的坏死,使人患上各种眼部疾病。另外,对于一些过敏体质的患者来说,如果长期使用眼药水,容易引发支气管哮喘、心率失常等疾病。
中国人比较缺锌和钙等,而市场上出现的改善视力或是缓解视疲劳的产品没有根据中国人的体质特点来进行科学配方,使得中国人服用产品后得不到应当的补足。因此根据中国人的体质特点来对叶黄素产品实现科学配方是非常有必要的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种安全无副作用、科学配比、更贴合中国人的体质特点、便于运输保存的改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,由囊内容物和囊壳组成,其中,所述囊内容物包括以下重量配比的原料:叶黄素提取物90-120份,复合维生素50-70份,花青素提取物40-60份、植物油188-220份,β-胡萝卜素4-6份,玉米黄素0.8-1.8份,葡萄糖酸锌5-12份,柠檬酸钙15-25份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述囊壳包括以下重量配比的原料:明胶80-100份,甘油20-40份,水40-80份,红氧化铁2-4份,山梨醇1-2份,聚乙二醇1-2份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述复合维生素包括以下重量配比的原料:维生素E20-40份,维生素C 80-120份,维生素A 6-8份,维生素B1 1-3份,维生素B2 2-4份,维生素B61-3份,维生素B12(1%)1-2份,维生素D3 1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述植物油为大豆油、花生油和和卵磷脂油其中至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述花青素提取物是从葡萄籽中提取得到的,花青素提取物中花青素的质量百分比为90%-100%。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述叶黄素提取物是从含有叶黄素酯的植物中提取得到的,叶黄素提取物中花青素的质量百分比为90%-100%。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述含有叶黄素酯的植物为玉米、南瓜、万寿菊、金盏花、丁香、花生、紫花苜蓿、枸杞、花椰菜、西兰花、甘蓝、胡萝卜或菠菜中的一种或多种。
一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S100:囊内容物制备:按重量配比称取各原料,将叶黄素提取物和花青素提取物、柠檬酸钙经过球磨机研磨、过筛,加入复合维生素、β-胡萝卜素、玉米黄素、萄糖酸锌和植物油,搅拌混匀,得到囊内容物;
S200:囊壳制备:将甘油、水、红氧化铁、山梨醇和聚乙二醇充分混合,再与明胶进行溶胶,得到囊壳;
S300:胶囊制备:将囊内容物与囊壳在胶囊机中压制定型,经过干燥即可得到叶黄素复合胶囊。
作为本发明的进一步改进:还包括叶黄素提取物的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
S400:将烘干、粉碎的含有叶黄素酯的植物颗粒放入萃取釜,然后启动萃取釜、分离釜I和分离釜II,待萃取分离温度达到设定温度后,放入CO2,启动高压泵,进行超临界萃取,得到;
S500:将叶黄素浸膏在氢氧化钾、甲醇和异丙醇的混合体系中,40-50℃下皂化,然后将得到的皂化产物经过纯化、真空干燥后即得叶黄素提取物。
作为本发明的进一步改进:在上述步骤S400中,超临界萃取的时间为6-8小时;萃取釜的温度是40-50℃,萃取釜压力是23-25Mpa;分离釜I的温度为38-45℃,分离釜I的压力是13-17Mpa;分离釜II温度为35-48℃,分离釜II的压力是9-11Mpa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所述的叶黄素复合胶囊,经过科学配比,含有锌、钙等元素,更贴合中国人的体质特点,适合用眼过度、眼功能下降的人士长期使用,安全无副作用,能够保护视力,有效地缓解视力疲劳,可以达到预防眼睛光损失,防止因叶黄素缺失所引起的视力退化和失明症,有利于改善眼底血液微循环,促进营养物质的供应,从而预防高度近视和增进视力。
(2)本发明所述的叶黄素复合胶囊,为颗粒型包装,便于运输、保存,提高了保健食品的质量稳定性。
(3)本发明所述的制备方法,制备的叶黄素提取物纯度高达95%以上,其生产工艺简单,具有较大市场前景。
具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
配方:一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,包括以下重量配比的原料:(1)囊内容物:叶黄素提取物100份,复合维生素60份,花青素提取物50份、植物油200份,β-胡萝卜素5份,玉米黄素1.5份,葡萄糖酸锌8份,柠檬酸钙20份。(2)囊壳:明胶90份,甘油30份,水60份,红氧化铁3份,山梨醇1.5份,聚乙二醇1.5份。
制备方法:(1)叶黄素提取物制备:将烘干、粉碎的含有叶黄素酯的植物颗粒放入萃取釜,然后启动萃取釜、分离釜I和分离釜II,待萃取分离温度达到设定温度后,放入CO2,启动高压泵,进行超临界萃取,得到叶黄素浸膏;超临界萃取的时间为7小时;萃取釜的温度是45℃,萃取釜压力是24Mpa;分离釜I的温度为40℃,分离釜I的压力是15Mpa;分离釜II温度为40℃,分离釜II的压力是10Mpa;将叶黄素浸膏在氢氧化钾、甲醇和异丙醇的混合体系中,45℃下皂化,然后将得到的皂化产物经过纯化、真空干燥后即得叶黄素提取物;
(2)囊内容物制备:按重量配比称取各原料,将叶黄素提取物和花青素提取物、柠檬酸钙经过球磨机研磨、过筛,加入复合维生素、β-胡萝卜素、玉米黄素、萄糖酸锌和植物油,搅拌混匀,得到囊内容物;
(3)囊壳制备:将甘油、水、红氧化铁、山梨醇和聚乙二醇充分混合,再与明胶进行溶胶,得到囊壳;
(4)胶囊制备:将囊内容物与囊壳在胶囊机中压制定型,经过干燥即可得到叶黄素复合胶囊。
制备的叶黄素提取物的纯度为97.23%。
实施例2
配方:一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,包括以下重量配比的原料:(1)囊内容物:叶黄素提取物90份,复合维生素70份,花青素提取物60份、植物油188份,β-胡萝卜素6份,玉米黄素1.8份,葡萄糖酸锌5份,柠檬酸钙15份。(2)囊壳:明胶80份,甘油20份,水40份,红氧化铁4份,山梨醇2份,聚乙二醇2份。
制备方法:(1)叶黄素提取物制备:将烘干、粉碎的含有叶黄素酯的植物颗粒放入萃取釜,然后启动萃取釜、分离釜I和分离釜II,待萃取分离温度达到设定温度后,放入CO2,启动高压泵,进行超临界萃取,得到叶黄素浸膏;超临界萃取的时间为6小时;萃取釜的温度是50℃,萃取釜压力是25Mpa;分离釜I的温度为45℃,分离釜I的压力是17Mpa;分离釜II温度为48℃,分离釜II的压力是11Mpa;将叶黄素浸膏在氢氧化钾、甲醇和异丙醇的混合体系中,50℃下皂化,然后将得到的皂化产物经过纯化、真空干燥后即得叶黄素提取物;
(2)囊内容物制备:按重量配比称取各原料,将叶黄素提取物和花青素提取物、柠檬酸钙经过球磨机研磨、过筛,加入复合维生素、β-胡萝卜素、玉米黄素、萄糖酸锌和植物油,搅拌混匀,得到囊内容物;
(3)囊壳制备:将甘油、水、红氧化铁、山梨醇和聚乙二醇充分混合,再与明胶进行溶胶,得到囊壳;
(4)胶囊制备:将囊内容物与囊壳在胶囊机中压制定型,经过干燥即可得到叶黄素复合胶囊。
制备的叶黄素提取物的纯度为94.41%。
实施例3
配方:一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,包括以下重量配比的原料:(1)囊内容物:叶黄素提取物120份,复合维生素50份,花青素提取物40份、植物油220份,β-胡萝卜素4份,玉米黄素0.8份,葡萄糖酸锌12份,柠檬酸钙25份。(2)囊壳:明胶100份,甘油40份,水80份,红氧化铁2份,山梨醇1份,聚乙二醇1份。
制备方法:(1)叶黄素提取物制备:将烘干、粉碎的含有叶黄素酯的植物颗粒放入萃取釜,然后启动萃取釜、分离釜I和分离釜II,待萃取分离温度达到设定温度后,放入CO2,启动高压泵,进行超临界萃取,得到叶黄素浸膏;超临界萃取的时间为8小时;萃取釜的温度是40℃,萃取釜压力是23Mpa;分离釜I的温度为38℃,分离釜I的压力是13Mpa;分离釜II温度为35℃,分离釜II的压力是9Mpa;将叶黄素浸膏在氢氧化钾、甲醇和异丙醇的混合体系中,40℃下皂化,然后将得到的皂化产物经过纯化、真空干燥后即得叶黄素提取物;
(2)囊内容物制备:按重量配比称取各原料,将叶黄素提取物和花青素提取物、柠檬酸钙经过球磨机研磨、过筛,加入复合维生素、β-胡萝卜素、玉米黄素、萄糖酸锌和植物油,搅拌混匀,得到囊内容物;
(3)囊壳制备:将甘油、水、红氧化铁、山梨醇和聚乙二醇充分混合,再与明胶进行溶胶,得到囊壳;
(4)胶囊制备:将囊内容物与囊壳在胶囊机中压制定型,经过干燥即可得到叶黄素复合胶囊。
制备的叶黄素提取物的纯度为95.75%。
优选地,所述复合维生素包括以下重量配比的原料:维生素E 20-40份,维生素C80-120份,维生素A 6-8份,维生素B1 1-3份,维生素B2 2-4份,维生素B6 1-3份,维生素B12(1%)1-2份,维生素D3 1-3份。
优选地,所述复合维生素包括以下重量配比的原料:维生素E 30份,维生素C 100份,维生素A 7份,维生素B1 2份,维生素B2 3份,维生素B6 2份,维生素B12(1%)1.5份,维生素D3 2份。
优选地,所述植物油为大豆油、花生油和和卵磷脂油其中至少一种。
优选地,所述花青素提取物是从葡萄籽中提取得到的,花青素提取物中花青素的质量百分比为90%-100%。
优选地,所述叶黄素提取物是从含有叶黄素酯的植物中提取得到的,叶黄素提取物中花青素的质量百分比为90%-100%。
优选地,所述含有叶黄素酯的植物为玉米、南瓜、万寿菊、金盏花、丁香、花生、紫花苜蓿、枸杞、花椰菜、西兰花、甘蓝、胡萝卜或菠菜中的一种或多种。
实验例1
张某,男,21岁,长时间使用电脑,眼睛干涩,疼痛难忍。连续使用叶黄素复合胶囊15天,每日1-2次,26小时后疼痛感消失,58小时后眼睛不再干涩。偶尔连续使用电脑超过12小时,未出现眼睛不适症状。
实验例2
李某,男,63岁,长时间看电视,眼睛经常充血,疲劳;使用过护眼产品较多,效果不理想。后改用叶黄素复合胶囊,每日1-2次,30天后,不但眼睛不再充血、疼痛,即使连续观看超过6小时,眼睛没有不适感觉。
实验例3
王某,女,39岁,连续熬夜后,经常出现眼袋,黑眼圈,视力模糊,数周不退,担心视力衰退。应用叶黄素复合胶囊3日,每日1-2次,黑眼圈逐渐消失,视力清晰。偶有熬夜时,未出现眼袋、黑眼圈、视力模糊症状。

Claims (10)
1.一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:由囊内容物和囊壳组成,其中,所述囊内容物包括以下重量配比的原料:叶黄素提取物90-120份,复合维生素50-70份,花青素提取物40-60份、植物油188-220份,β-胡萝卜素4-6份,玉米黄素0.8-1.8份,葡萄糖酸锌5-12份,柠檬酸钙15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:所述囊壳包括以下重量配比的原料:明胶80-100份,甘油20-40份,水40-80份,红氧化铁2-4份,山梨醇1-2份,聚乙二醇1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:所述叶黄素提取物是从含有叶黄素酯的植物中提取得到的,叶黄素提取物中花青素的质量百分比为90%-100%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:所述含有叶黄素酯的植物为玉米、南瓜、万寿菊、金盏花、丁香、花生、紫花苜蓿、枸杞、花椰菜、西兰花、甘蓝、胡萝卜或菠菜中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:所述花青素提取物是从葡萄籽中提取得到的,花青素提取物中花青素的质量百分比为90%-100%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括以下重量配比的原料:维生素E 20-40份,维生素C 80-120份,维生素A 6-8份,维生素B1 1-3份,维生素B2 2-4份,维生素B6 1-3份,维生素B12(1%)1-2份,维生素D31-3份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊,其特征在于:所述植物油为大豆油、花生油和和卵磷脂油其中至少一种。
8.一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S100:囊内容物制备:称取各原料,将叶黄素提取物和花青素提取物、柠檬酸钙经过球磨机研磨、过筛,加入复合维生素、β-胡萝卜素、玉米黄素、萄糖酸锌和植物油,搅拌混匀,得到囊内容物;
S200:囊壳制备:将甘油、水、红氧化铁、山梨醇和聚乙二醇充分混合,再与明胶进行溶胶,得到囊壳;
S300:胶囊制备:将囊内容物与囊壳在胶囊机中压制定型,经过干燥即可得到叶黄素复合胶囊。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括叶黄素提取物的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
S400:将烘干、粉碎的含有叶黄素酯的植物颗粒放入萃取釜,然后启动萃取釜、分离釜I和分离釜II,待萃取分离温度达到设定温度后,放入CO2,启动高压泵,进行超临界萃取,得到;
S500:将叶黄素浸膏在氢氧化钾、甲醇和异丙醇的混合体系中,40-50℃下皂化,然后将得到的皂化产物经过纯化、真空干燥后即得叶黄素提取物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种改善视力的叶黄素复合胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:在上述步骤S400中,超临界萃取的时间为6-8小时;萃取釜的温度是40-50℃,萃取釜压力是23-25Mpa;分离釜I的温度为38-45℃,分离釜I的压力是13-17Mpa;分离釜II温度为35-48℃,分离釜II的压力是9-11Mpa。
