Abstract
本发明公开了一种兔子的饲养方法,涉及兔养殖技术领域。所述饲养包括1‑90日龄饲养方法、91日龄以后的饲养方法和饲养环境条件管理;其中1‑90日龄饲养方法为:1‑20日龄每次喂奶前先在母兔乳头上涂抹由白头翁提取物、诱食剂制成的药剂;21‑90日龄饲喂时在仔兔饲料中添加中药剂一同饲喂,中药剂原料为槟榔提取物、鱼腥草提取物和甘草提取物;91日龄以后的饲养方法是每天早晚各饲喂成兔饲料一次;所述饲养环境条件管理是夏季每天打扫兔舍,并保持兔舍通风干燥、凉爽;冬季每天打扫兔舍,并在兔舍上设置入光口,天气晴朗时将入光口打开,让阳光射进兔舍中。本发明可有效防止兔球虫病的发生,提高成活率,经试验,使用本发明方法养殖,成活率为90‑96%,优于传统方法。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及兔饲料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种兔子的饲养方法。
【背景技术】
我国是世界兔肉消费大国,兔肉属于高蛋白、低脂肪、少胆固醇的肉类,且含多种维生素和人体必需氨基酸,因此兔肉为老少皆宜的优质肉品。我国现阶段兔肉市场需求很大,兔子养殖规模越来越大,而当前养殖主要以传统方法为主,养殖管理技术需进一步提高和改进。
养殖过程中,1-3月龄仔兔容易感染球虫,导致死亡率高球虫病是一种寄生虫病,可寄生在小肠内并成倍增殖,导致组织损伤,降低兔子的采食量和饲料中养分的吸收率,进而导致脱水、血液损失或死亡,严重影响了养殖户积极性。
目前球虫病主要以化学防治为主,但化学药品用药会造成有毒物质残留和环境污染,最终影响人类的健康,因此如何科学的饲养和管理可减少球虫病带来的损失,是当前需要解决的问题。
【发明内容】
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种兔子的饲养方法,该方法可有效防止兔球虫病的发生,提高成活率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种兔子的饲养方法,所述饲养包括1-90日龄饲养方法、91日龄以后的饲养方法和饲养环境条件管理;
所述1-90日龄饲养方法为:1-20日龄每天喂奶3次,每次喂奶前先在母兔乳头上均匀涂抹药剂,所述药剂主要由重量配比为0.2-0.5:0.5-1:10的白头翁提取物、诱食剂与水混合而成;21-60日龄每天早晚各喂奶一次,中午补喂仔兔饲料一次,饲喂时在仔兔饲料中添加1-2%的中药剂一同饲喂,自由饮食,并提供充足的饮水,所述中药剂自21日龄开始,连续添加饲喂7-10天后即可停止;61-90日龄每天饲喂仔兔饲料3次,饲喂时在仔兔饲料中添加2-3%的中药剂一同饲喂,自由饮食,并提供充足的饮水,所述中药剂自61日龄开始,连续添加饲喂7-10天后即可停止;所述仔兔饲料包括以下重量份数的原料:玉米粉20-30份、豆粕10-15份、麦麸8-15份、苜蓿草粉20-30份、铁元素0.1-0.5份、硒元素0.05-0.09份、蛋氨酸0.5-0.8份、亮氨酸0.2-0.4份、赖氨酸0.1-0.5份和奶粉6-9份;所述中药剂主要由重量配比为2-5:3-6:8-10的槟榔提取物、鱼腥草提取物和甘草提取物混合而成;
所述91日龄以后的饲养方法为:从91日龄开始,每天早晚各饲喂成兔饲料一次,自由饮食,并提供充足饮水,养殖至6-8斤即可出栏;所述成兔饲料包括以下重量份数的原料:玉米粉18-25份、豆粕15-22份、麦麸10-20份、草粉10-20份、桑杆20-30份、预混料2-4份、皮胶1-3份、棕榈油0.5-1份和千里光提取物0.1-1份;
所述饲养环境条件管理为:夏季每天打扫兔舍3-4次,并保持兔舍通风干燥、凉爽;冬季每天打扫兔舍2-3次,并在兔舍上设置入光口,天气晴朗时将入光口打开,让阳光射进兔舍中。
进一步地,所述诱食剂为初乳香型香甜鲜复合物。
进一步地,所述白头翁提取物制备方法为:将白头翁全草放入8-10重量倍的水中煎煮1-2h,过滤,重复煎煮2-3次,合并煎煮液,将合并后的煎煮液浓缩、干燥成粉末,即得。
进一步地,所述槟榔提取物的制备方法为:将槟榔粉碎后放入2-4体积倍的60-70%的甲醇溶液中浸泡2-3天,过滤,收集滤液,按上述方法继续向滤渣中加入甲醇浸泡2-3次,合并滤液,并于40-50℃下减压浓至原体积的1/3后,喷雾干燥,即得所述槟榔提取物。
进一步地,所述鱼腥草提取物的制备方法为:将新鲜鱼腥草与水等量混合后绞碎成浆汁,过滤,将滤液进行微波提取10-15min,抽滤,收集滤液,喷雾干燥,即得所述鱼腥草提取物。
进一步地,所述甘草提取物的制备方法为:取甘草粉碎,加入3-6重量倍的体积分数为70-85%的乙醇中浸泡10-20h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/2后,喷雾干燥,即得所述甘草提取物。
进一步地,所述预混料主要由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:复合维生素0.2-0.5份、锰元素0.04-0.09份、锌元素0.01-0.05份、铁元素0.1-0.5份、硒元素0.05-0.09份、蛋氨酸0.5-0.8份、亮氨酸0.2-0.4份和赖氨酸0.1-0.5份。
进一步地,所述千里光提取物的制备方法为:将千里光全草干燥,粉碎成草粉,将所述草粉加入10-15重量倍的体积分数为55-65%的乙醇中,浸泡20-24h后超声处理20-30min,再进行微波处理20-30s,过滤得提取液,按上述方法重复提取2-3次,合并提取液,将所述合并后的提取液旋转蒸发,浓缩至不含乙醇,并用1/3体积乙醚萃取,取下层液体,挥发乙醚,并浓缩成膏状,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明可有效防止兔球虫病的发生,提高成活率,经试验,使用本发明方法养殖,成活率为90-96%,优于传统方法。其中,1-20日龄兔子喂奶前先在母兔乳头上涂抹由白头翁提取物和诱食剂混合成的药剂,药剂中的白头翁提取物具有抗虫功效,可防止兔子将母兔乳头上的球虫吃到肚里,使球虫感染和增殖降低,在兔子抵抗力降低时不会引起球虫病大发作,而诱食剂可掩盖白头翁提取物的苦味,不影响哺乳,且乳房涂抹药剂也克服了仔兔喂药困难,降低了喂药导致的兔群恐慌;同时,1-90日龄饲养中还在仔兔饲料中添加中药剂一同饲喂,中药剂中的槟榔提取物、鱼腥草提取物和甘草提取物配合作用具有较强的抑杀球虫效果,降低球虫病发生,进而提高成活率。

所述甘草提取物的制备方法为:取甘草粉碎,加入6重量倍的体积分数为85%的乙醇中浸泡20h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/2后,喷雾干燥,即得所述甘草提取物。
所述预混料主要由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:复合维生素0.5份、锰元素0.09份、锌元素0.05份、铁元素0.5份、硒元素0.09份、蛋氨酸0.8份、亮氨酸0.4份和赖氨酸0.5份。
所述千里光提取物的制备方法为:将千里光全草干燥,粉碎成草粉,将所述草粉加入15重量倍的体积分数为65%的乙醇中,浸泡24h后超声处理30min,再进行微波处理30s,过滤得提取液,按上述方法重复提取3次,合并提取液,将所述合并后的提取液旋转蒸发,浓缩至不含乙醇,并用1/3体积乙醚萃取,取下层液体,挥发乙醚,并浓缩成膏状,即得。
实施例3

所述鱼腥草提取物的制备方法为:将新鲜鱼腥草与水等量混合后绞碎成浆汁,过滤,将滤液进行微波提取12min,抽滤,收集滤液,喷雾干燥,即得所述鱼腥草提取物。
所述甘草提取物的制备方法为:取甘草粉碎,加入3-6重量倍的体积分数为80%的乙醇中浸泡15h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/2后,喷雾干燥,即得所述甘草提取物。
所述预混料主要由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:复合维生素0.3份、锰元素0.06份、锌元素0.04份、铁元素0.3份、硒元素0.07份、蛋氨酸0.6份、亮氨酸0.3份和赖氨酸0.3份。
所述千里光提取物的制备方法为:将千里光全草干燥,粉碎成草粉,将所述草粉加入12重量倍的体积分数为60%的乙醇中,浸泡22h后超声处理25min,再进行微波处理25s,过滤得提取液,按上述方法重复提取3次,合并提取液,将所述合并后的提取液旋转蒸发,浓缩至不含乙醇,并用1/3体积乙醚萃取,取下层液体,挥发乙醚,并浓缩成膏状,即得。
对比试验:
为了说明本发明的养殖效果,申请人做了以下试验,试验在凌云县某养兔场进行,实验分为第一组、第二组、第三组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、对照组4、对照组5、对照组6共9个小组,每组养殖100只兔子,兔子均为本养殖场刚出生的仔兔。其中,第一组、第二组、第三组分别使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的方法进行养殖;对照组1采用传统方法养殖,即定期给兔子使用防治球虫药;对照组2在1-20日龄每次喂奶前,未先在母兔乳头上涂抹药剂,而是通过灌喂的方法给兔子喂药剂,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;对照组3喂奶前在母兔乳头上涂抹的药剂中不含诱食剂,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;对照组4饲喂的中药剂中不含鱼腥草提取物,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;对照组5饲喂的中药剂中不含槟榔提取物,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;对照组6的中药剂中不含甘草提取物,其他步骤均与实施例3相同。养殖3个月后,统计各组球虫病发病率和成活率,统计结果见表1:

从表1可知:本发明可有效防止兔球虫病的发生,提高成活率,经试验,使用本发明方法养殖,成活率为90-96%,优于传统方法。其中,1-20日龄兔子喂奶前先在母兔乳头上涂抹由白头翁提取物和诱食剂混合成的药剂,药剂中的白头翁提取物具有抗虫功效,可防止兔子将母兔乳头上的球虫吃到肚里,使球虫感染和增殖降低,在兔子抵抗力降低时不会引起球虫病大发作,而诱食剂可掩盖白头翁提取物的苦味,不影响哺乳,且乳房涂抹药剂也克服了仔兔喂药困难,降低了喂药导致的兔群恐慌;同时,1-90日龄饲养中还在仔兔饲料中添加中药剂一同饲喂,中药剂中的槟榔提取物、鱼腥草提取物和甘草提取物配合作用具有较强的抑杀球虫效果,降低球虫病发生,进而提高成活率。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔子的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述甘草提取物的制备方法为:取甘草粉碎,加入3-6重量倍的体积分数为70-85%的乙醇中浸泡10-20h,过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/2后,喷雾干燥,即得所述甘草提取物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔子的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述预混料主要由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:复合维生素0.2-0.5份、锰元素0.04-0.09份、锌元素0.01-0.05份、铁元素0.1-0.5份、硒元素0.05-0.09份、蛋氨酸0.5-0.8份、亮氨酸0.2-0.4份和赖氨酸0.1-0.5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔子的饲养方法,其特征在于:所述千里光提取物的制备方法为:将千里光全草干燥,粉碎成草粉,将所述草粉加入10-15重量倍的体积分数为55-65%的乙醇中,浸泡20-24h后超声处理20-30min,再进行微波处理20-30s,过滤得提取液,按上述方法重复提取2-3次,合并提取液,将所述合并后的提取液旋转蒸发,浓缩至不含乙醇,并用1/3体积乙醚萃取,取下层液体,挥发乙醚,并浓缩成膏状,即得。
