Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料:聚醚多元醇40‑60份、聚酯多元醇30‑40份、炭黑12‑16份、抗静电剂8‑12份、扩链剂2‑4份、发泡剂4‑6份、催化剂1‑5份、匀泡剂0.5‑2份。本发明解决了传统橡胶轮胎,其耐磨性、胎面硬度和抗撕裂性能、抗静电性能良好,尺寸稳定,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎制备技术领域,特别是一种防静电实心轮胎。
背景技术
实心轮胎以其高弹性、散热强、耐磨性好,稳定性能出色,光面接地面积大,抓地能力强以及使用寿命长、变形率低、对叉车影响小、维修费用低等特点。实心轮胎一般采用胎面、芯部和基部的三段式结构设计,其中基部胶料要求具备以下两个主要特点:第一,较高的刚性和强度,以保证轮胎的挺性及轮胎与轮辋的紧固性,从根本上消除实心轮胎的滑圈问题;第二,较低的生热,使轮胎在运行时的温升降到最低,从而解决实心轮胎因温升导致的胀大、滑圈、爆裂等严重问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防静电实心轮胎,解决了传统橡胶轮胎,其耐磨性、胎面硬度和抗撕裂性能、抗静电性能良好,尺寸稳定,使用寿命长。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防静电实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚醚多元醇40-60份、聚酯多元醇30-40份、炭黑12-16份、抗静电剂8-12份、扩链剂2-4份、发泡剂4-6份、催化剂1-5份、匀泡剂0.5-2份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚醚多元醇60份、聚酯多元醇30份、炭黑14份、抗静电剂10份、扩链剂2份、发泡剂4份、催化剂4份、匀泡剂1份。
优选的,抗静电剂为二硫代氨基甲酸碱金属盐。
优选的,催化剂为三乙烯二胺。
优选的,发泡剂为水和氯氟烃的混合物。
优选的,聚醚多元醇为聚氧化乙烯共聚醚多元醇。
优选的,聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯多元醇。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在配方中添加有炭黑、抗静电剂,使制备的轮胎耐磨性好,抗静电,胎体散热性能好,使用寿命长,配方简单,制备方便。

一种防静电实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚醚多元醇40份、聚酯多元醇30份、炭黑12份、抗静电剂8份、扩链剂2份、发泡剂4份、催化剂1份、匀泡剂0.5份。
优选的,抗静电剂为二硫代氨基甲酸碱金属盐,催化剂为三乙烯二胺,发泡剂为水和氯氟烃的混合物,聚醚多元醇为聚氧化乙烯共聚醚多元醇,聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯多元醇。
实施例2:
一种防静电实心轮胎,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚醚多元醇60份、聚酯多元醇30份、炭黑14份、抗静电剂10份、扩链剂2份、发泡剂4份、催化剂4份、匀泡剂1份。
