技术领域
本发明涉及液体过滤设备,特别是一种液体过滤颗粒设备。
背景技术
在液体内会存在颗粒状残渣,导致液体的纯度收到了影响,内部存在杂质,会导致液体受到污染,所以液体筛选过滤是不可缺少的工序,市面此类产品较少,而且过滤后无法收集并且取出杂质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种液体过滤颗粒设备。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种液体过滤颗粒设备,包括工作台,所述工作台上设有过滤箱,所述过滤箱内侧表面沿一周处设有过滤环,所述过滤环内侧表面沿一周向下设有与过滤箱内底面密封连接的收纳板,所述过滤箱上表面中心位置开有开口,所述开口上扣装有扣盖,所述扣盖内下表面中心位置向下设有旋转电机,所述旋转电机旋转端固定套装有转流板,所述过滤箱内侧表面相对设有一组过滤网,所述过滤环沿上表面开有一组相对的掉落口,所述过滤箱上设有续液装置,所述扣盖内设有锁紧固定装置,所述锁紧固定装置由开在扣盖内截面为矩形的空腔、开在扣盖上表面中心位置的圆口、设置在空腔内且位于圆口处的转盘、一端伸出圆口另一端与转盘上表面中心位置固定的转杆、分别开在空腔四边中心位置的通孔、一端嵌装在通孔内另一端与转盘铰链连接的插销和开在开口内侧表面与多个通孔相匹配的插槽构成。
所述续液装置由设置在过滤箱上表面的续液箱、沿纵向从上到下依次开在续液箱侧表面的开口A与开口B、一端密封连接在开口A内且另一端插入过滤箱上表面的L形管A、一端密封连接在开口B内且另一端插入过滤箱内的L形管B、设置在续液箱内的液位传感器、一端与续液箱连接的连接管、连接在连接管另一端的备用液态材料箱和设置在连接管上的抽吸泵B构成。
所述一组掉落口均与过滤网的位置相匹配。
所述过滤环下表面且位于掉落口处设有倾斜阻隔板。
所述过滤箱侧表面下端开有矩形口。
所述矩形口一边铰链连接有密封盖。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的液体过滤颗粒设备,一种过滤液体内杂质的设备,过滤后进行收集,收集后一并取出,操作简单。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-5所示,一种液体过滤颗粒设备,包括工作台(1),所述工作台(1)上设有过滤箱(2),所述过滤箱(2)内侧表面沿一周处设有过滤环(3),所述过滤环(3)内侧表面沿一周向下设有与过滤箱(2)内底面密封连接的收纳板(4),所述过滤箱(2)上表面中心位置开有开口(5),所述开口(5)上扣装有扣盖(6),所述扣盖(6)内下表面中心位置向下设有旋转电机(7),所述旋转电机(7)旋转端固定套装有转流板(8),所述过滤箱(2)内侧表面相对设有一组过滤网(9),所述过滤环(3)沿上表面开有一组相对的掉落口(10),所述过滤箱(2)上设有续液装置,所述扣盖(6)内设有锁紧固定装置,所述锁紧固定装置由开在扣盖(6)内截面为矩形的空腔(11)、开在扣盖(6)上表面中心位置的圆口(12)、设置在空腔(11)内且位于圆口(12)处的转盘(13)、一端伸出圆口(12)另一端与转盘(13)上表面中心位置固定的转杆(14)、分别开在空腔(11)四边中心位置的通孔(15)、一端嵌装在通孔(15)内另一端与转盘(13)铰链连接的插销(16)和开在开口(5)内侧表面与多个通孔(15)相匹配的插槽(17)构成;所述续液装置由设置在过滤箱(2)上表面的续液箱(19)、沿纵向从上到下依次开在续液箱(19)侧表面的开口A(20)与开口B(21)、一端密封连接在开口A(20)内且另一端插入过滤箱(2)上表面的L形管A(22)、一端密封连接在开口B(21)内且另一端插入过滤箱(2)内的L形管B(23)、设置在续液箱(19)内的液位传感器(24)、一端与续液箱(19)连接的连接管(29)、连接在连接管(29)另一端的备用液态材料箱(25)和设置在连接管(29)上的抽吸泵B(26)构成;所述一组掉落口(10)均与过滤网(9)的位置相匹配;所述过滤环(3)下表面且位于掉落口(10)处设有倾斜阻隔板(27);所述过滤箱(2)侧表面下端开有矩形口(28);所述矩形口(28)一边铰链连接有密封盖(18)。
本实施方案的特点为,工作台上设有过滤箱,过滤箱内侧表面沿一周处设有过滤环,过滤环内侧表面沿一周向下设有与过滤箱内底面密封连接的收纳板,过滤箱上表面中心位置开有开口,开口上扣装有扣盖,扣盖内下表面中心位置向下设有旋转电机,旋转电机旋转端固定套装有转流板,过滤箱内侧表面相对设有一组过滤网,过滤环沿上表面开有一组相对的掉落口,过滤箱上设有续液装置,扣盖内设有锁紧固定装置,锁紧固定装置由开在扣盖内截面为矩形的空腔、开在扣盖上表面中心位置的圆口、设置在空腔内且位于圆口处的转盘、一端伸出圆口另一端与转盘上表面中心位置固定的转杆、分别开在空腔四边中心位置的通孔、一端嵌装在通孔内另一端与转盘铰链连接的插销和开在开口内侧表面与多个通孔相匹配的插槽构成,使用简单的过滤网结构,过滤液体内杂质,过滤后进行收集,收集后一并取出,操作简单,实用性强。
在本实施方案中,控制箱的输出端1与旋转电机的输入端相连,控制箱的输出端2与抽吸泵B的输入端相连,控制箱控制旋转电机和抽吸泵B工作,设置在工作台上的过滤箱上表面设有续液箱,利用虹吸原理进行补液作业,将扣盖放置于过滤箱上表面的开口中,转动转杆,带动设置于扣盖内空腔中的转盘转动,转盘转动,将一端嵌装在通孔内另一端与转盘铰链连接的插销展开,插装到开在开口内侧表面与多个通孔相匹配的插槽中,从而实现扣盖锁紧的作用,之后控制器控制旋转电机工作,旋转电机的旋转端转动,带动转流板转动,将液体搅动起来,使得液体在过滤箱中旋转运动,当液体中的颗粒状残渣遇到过滤网时,被拦下掉落入开在过滤环沿上表面一组相对的掉落口中,过滤环下表面且位于掉落口处设有倾斜阻隔板,防止了因为水流的运动而使得掉落下来的颗粒状残渣又从掉落口处返回到上面,同时倾斜阻隔板起到了引导的作用,过滤环内侧表面沿一周向下设有与过滤箱内底面密封连接的收纳板,收纳版很好的将带有大量掉落下来的颗粒状残渣液体与原液体相互隔离,当过滤箱内的液体达到一定值时,液位传感器停止工作,不再继续补充液体,当颗粒状残渣积累到一定量时,同时过滤箱内的液体无杂质时,旋转电机停止工作,转动转杆将扣盖解锁取出,将无杂质的液体从开口处倒出,再将密封盖打开,把颗粒状残渣从开在过滤箱侧表面下端的矩形口中取出,此设备过滤了液体内杂质,同时过滤后进行收集,收集后一并取出,结构简单,操作方便。
在本实施方案中,当过滤箱内的液体高度变低时,续液箱通过密封于开口A内的L形管A向过滤箱内加入液体,当续液箱内的液体设定高度相对于过滤箱的高度偏低时,过滤箱通过密封于开口B内的L形管B向续液箱内加入液体,当续液箱的高度低于一定值时,被液位传感器感应,抽吸泵B开始工作,将备用液态材料箱内的液体抽到续液箱内,当水的位置到达一定高度后,再次被液位传感器感应,抽吸泵B停止工作,从而实现自动续液的作业,简单方便,自动化强,节省人力资源,提高了工作效率。
