背景技术
子宫肌瘤又称子宫纤维瘤，是女性生殖系统最常见的肿瘤，育龄人群发病率高。子宫肌瘤属中医的癥瘕范畴，病因病机为素体正气不足，如经期或产后胞脉空虚，风寒趁虚而入，阳虚生内寒，寒邪滞留血脉，长期情绪刺激，导致脏腑功能失调，气血不和，使瘀血内停而发病。其临床症状包括：月经量增多、痛经和不孕等，严重影响育龄妇女的身心健康。临床上，传统常采取肌瘤剔除术可供选择，但术后易复发。故而药物治疗越来越被患者所青睐。现代医学对子宫肌瘤的药物治疗主要采用激素调节类药物，如米非司酮，但不良反应限制了其长期使用，且停药后肌瘤会出现迅速回复等问题。因此，现有的治疗子宫肌瘤的药物疗效仍存在许多不足之处。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物及其制备方法，本发明提出的治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物可以避免激素的副作用，且能抑制肿瘤，安全有效。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物，包括以下重量份的植物组合物提取制成：
紫草8-15份、田七5-10份、化橘红7-14份、瓜蒌10-20份、鸡内金5-12份、地龙5-12份、薏苡仁10-20份、三棱5-15份、莪术5-15份、桂枝5-10份、茯苓8-15份、桃仁5-10份、牡丹皮5-12份、海藻8-16份、王不留行5-10份、荔核10-15份、丹参8-14份、当归7-12份、皂刺15-20份、柴胡8-16份和芒硝5-8份。

S2：将紫草和海藻混合打碎，加入蒸锅，将蒸锅内的组合物蒸熟并冷却；
S3：在冷却的组合物中加入发酵剂发酵，发酵完成后干燥；

优选的，所述发酵剂为红曲，红曲添加量为所述冷却的组合物的重量的1/4到1/3，发酵温度为36-39度。

王不留行具有活血通经，下乳消肿，利尿通淋的功效；
荔核具有行气散结，祛寒止痛的功效；
丹参具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈的功效；
当归具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；
皂刺具有消毒透脓、柴胡具有和解表里的功效；
疏肝解郁，升阳举陷，退热截疟的功效；
紫草具有凉血，活血，解毒透疹的功效；
化橘红具有理气宽中，燥湿化痰的功效；
芒硝具有润燥软坚，清火消肿的功效。
本发明以田七、瓜蒌、鸡内金、地龙、薏苡仁、三棱、莪术、桂枝、茯苓、桃仁、牡丹皮、王不留行、荔核、丹参、当归、皂刺、柴胡、紫草、海藻、化橘红为原料，以清热活血、化症消瘀为主，具有良好的治疗子宫肌瘤的效果，且没有使用激素调节类药物，避免激素的副作用，安全有效。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物，包括以下重量份的植物组合物提取制成：
紫草8份、田七5份、化橘红7份、瓜蒌10份、鸡内金5份、地龙5份、薏苡仁10份、三棱5份、莪术5份、桂枝5份、茯苓8份、桃仁5份、牡丹皮5份、海藻8份、王不留行5份、荔核10份、丹参8份、当归7份、皂刺15份、柴胡8份和芒硝5份。
上述治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：将田七、瓜蒌、鸡内金、地龙、薏苡仁、三棱、莪术、桂枝、茯苓、桃仁、牡丹皮、王不留行、荔核、丹参、当归、皂刺和柴胡混合打碎，放入蒸锅蒸10分钟；
S2：将紫草和海藻混合打碎，加入蒸锅，将蒸锅内的组合物蒸熟并冷却；
S3：在冷却的组合物中加入红曲发酵剂发酵，红曲添加量为所述冷却的组合物的重量的1/4，发酵温度为36度，发酵完成后晒干；
S4：将干燥的组合物用酒精浸泡4小时后，过滤去药渣得到滤液，将所述滤液减压蒸干，减压蒸干条件为负压0.08pa、温度55度，得到膏状植物提取物；
S5：将化橘红水提，干燥备用；
S6：在所述膏状植物提取物中溶入芒硝和化橘红。
实施例2
一种治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物，包括以下重量份的植物组合物提取制成：
紫草12份、田七8份、化橘红11份、瓜蒌15份、鸡内金9份、地龙9份、薏苡仁15份、三棱10份、莪术10份、桂枝8份、茯苓12份、桃仁8份、牡丹皮8份、海藻12份、王不留行8份、荔核23份、丹参11份、当归10份、皂刺18份、柴胡12份和芒硝7份。
上述治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：将田七、瓜蒌、鸡内金、地龙、薏苡仁、三棱、莪术、桂枝、茯苓、桃仁、牡丹皮、王不留行、荔核、丹参、当归、皂刺和柴胡混合打碎，放入蒸锅蒸10分钟；
S2：将紫草和海藻混合打碎并将化橘红水提，加入蒸锅，将蒸锅内的组合物蒸熟并冷却；
S3：在冷却的组合物中加入红曲发酵剂发酵，红曲添加量为所述冷却的组合物的重量的1/4，发酵温度为37度，发酵完成后晒干；
S4：将干燥的组合物用酒精浸泡6小时后，过滤去药渣得到滤液，将所述滤液减压蒸干，减压蒸干条件为负压0.08pa、温度58度，得到膏状植物提取物；
S5：将化橘红水提，干燥备用；
S6：在所述膏状植物提取物中溶入芒硝和化橘红。
实施例3
一种治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物，包括以下重量份的植物组合物提取制成：
紫草15份、田七10份、化橘红14份、瓜蒌20份、鸡内金12份、地龙12份、薏苡仁20份、三棱15份、莪术15份、桂枝10份、茯苓15份、桃仁10份、牡丹皮12份、海藻16份、王不留行10份、荔核15份、丹参14份、当归12份、皂刺20份、柴胡16份和芒硝8份。
上述治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：将田七、瓜蒌、鸡内金、地龙、薏苡仁、三棱、莪术、桂枝、茯苓、桃仁、牡丹皮、王不留行、荔核、丹参、当归、皂刺和柴胡混合打碎，放入蒸锅蒸15分钟；
S2：将紫草和海藻混合打碎并将化橘红水提，加入蒸锅，将蒸锅内的组合物蒸熟并冷却；
S3：在冷却的组合物中加入红曲发酵剂发酵，红曲添加量为所述冷却的组合物的重量的1/3，发酵温度为39度，发酵完成后晒干；
S4：将干燥的组合物用酒精浸泡6小时后，过滤去药渣得到滤液，将所述滤液减压蒸干，减压蒸干条件为负压0.08pa、温度60度，得到膏状植物提取物；
S5：将化橘红水提，干燥备用；
S6：在所述膏状植物提取物中溶入芒硝和化橘红
临床实验：
1、观察对象
子宫肌瘤患者；观察120例；将观察对象随机分为3组，分别使用实施例1-3中的产品。
2、治疗方法
实施例组，口服实施例1-3提供的提取物；每日三次，每次服用20克。半个月为一疗程，观察六个疗程。
3、疗效判定：
治愈：临床症状消失，月经正常或绝经，子宫体积恢复正常，肌瘤消失；
有效：临床症状有明显改善，月经周期及经量基本正常，子宫体积比治疗前有所缩小，肌瘤体积缩小一半以上；
无效：临床症状无明显改善，肌瘤体积无变化或大于治疗前体积。
结果见表1。

由上表的结果可知，子宫肌瘤症患者通过使用本发明的药物组合物治疗后症状可以得到显著改善。另外，治疗组在治疗前后体重、心率、血压均未见明显改变。治疗组在整个治疗过程中未发现过敏等明显的不良事件。由此说明本发明药物组合物治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切，安全性高，且本组合物未使用激素调节类药物，避免激素的副作用，安全有效。
最后需要说明的是：以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，仅用于说明本发明的技术方案，并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的植物组合物提取制成：
紫草8-15份、田七5-10份、化橘红7-14份、瓜蒌10-20份、鸡内金5-12份、地龙5-12份、薏苡仁10-20份、三棱5-15份、莪术5-15份、桂枝5-10份、茯苓8-15份、桃仁5-10份、牡丹皮5-12份、海藻8-16份、王不留行5-10份、荔核10-15份、丹参8-14份、当归7-12份、皂刺15-20份、柴胡8-16份和芒硝5-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的植物组合物提取制成：
紫草12份、田七8份、化橘红11份、瓜蒌15份、鸡内金9份、地龙9份、薏苡仁15份、三棱10份、莪术10份、桂枝8份、茯苓12份、桃仁8份、牡丹皮8份、海藻12份、王不留行8份、荔核23份、丹参11份、当归10份、皂刺18份、柴胡12份和芒硝7份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1：将田七、瓜蒌、鸡内金、地龙、薏苡仁、三棱、莪术、桂枝、茯苓、桃仁、牡丹皮、王不留行、荔核、丹参、当归、皂刺和柴胡混合打碎，放入蒸锅蒸10-15分钟；
S2：将紫草和海藻混合打碎，加入蒸锅，将蒸锅内的组合物蒸熟并冷却；
S3：在冷却的组合物中加入发酵剂发酵，发酵完成后干燥；
S4：将干燥的组合物用酒精浸泡4-8小时后，过滤去药渣得到滤液，将所述滤液减压蒸干，得到膏状植物提取物
S5：将化橘红水提，干燥备用：
S6：在所述膏状植物提取物中溶入芒硝和化橘红。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗子宫肌瘤的植物提取物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述发酵剂为红曲，红曲添加量为所述冷却的组合物的重量的1/4到1/3，发酵温度为36-39度。
5.如权利要求3所述的治疗痔疮的植物提取物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述减压蒸干条件为负压0.08pa、温度55-60度。
