S2、将0.45kg佩兰、1.2kg藿香、0.35kg桑叶、2.5kg荷叶、0.7kg山楂、2.5kg甘草、0.35kg玫瑰花、2.5kg榧子、7kg山药、0.8kg牵牛子、0.35kg薄荷、0.5kg莲须混合,加水至含水量为35wt%,胶体磨研磨至呈浆料,加入70kg水搅拌3.5h,搅拌温度为45℃,过滤,滤液浓缩至含水量为75wt%,然后加入95kg混合料搅拌1.7h,搅拌温度为53℃,喷雾干燥得到营养均衡的藕粉。

S1、将80kg莲藕、11kg绿豆、9kg玉米、7kg脱脂奶粉、9kg槐米、6kg益智仁混合,粉碎,过60目筛得到混合料;
S2、将0.4kg佩兰、1.5kg藿香、0.3kg桑叶、3kg荷叶、0.6kg山楂、3kg甘草、0.3kg玫瑰花、3kg榧子、6kg山药、1kg牵牛子、0.3kg薄荷、0.6kg莲须混合,加水至含水量为30wt%,胶体磨研磨至呈浆料,加入80kg水搅拌3h,搅拌温度为50℃,过滤,滤液浓缩至含水量为70wt%,然后加入100kg混合料搅拌1.5h,搅拌温度为55℃,喷雾干燥得到营养均衡的藕粉。

张某,女,26岁,晒太阳后面颊焦痛,皮肤黑红,冲泡饮用50天后,颜面肤色正常,能正常户外活动。

李某某,女,35周岁,已退休,色斑20年,冲泡饮用50天,在40天后完全消失,无脱皮,无色素沉着,肤色正常。
例3:
曹某某,女,31岁,白领,痤疮4年多,冲泡饮用50天后,其中20天痤疮淡化,40天全部消失,期间无脱皮,无色素沉着,肤色正常。
例4:
李某,女,28岁,面部痤疮,内分泌失调,冲泡饮用50天后,治愈肤色正常。

1.一种营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将莲藕、绿豆、玉米、脱脂奶粉、槐米、益智仁混合,粉碎,过筛得到混合料;
S2、将佩兰、藿香、桑叶、荷叶、山楂、甘草、玫瑰花、榧子、山药、牵牛子、薄荷、莲须混合,加水,胶体磨研磨至呈浆料,加入水搅拌,过滤,滤液浓缩,然后加入混合料搅拌,喷雾干燥得到营养均衡的藕粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,莲藕、绿豆、玉米、脱脂奶粉、槐米、益智仁的重量比为70-90:8-14:6-12:4-10:6-12:4-8。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,筛网为60目。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,佩兰、藿香、桑叶、荷叶、山楂、甘草、玫瑰花、榧子、山药、牵牛子、薄荷、莲须、水、混合料的重量比为0.3-0.5:1-2:0.2-0.4:2-4:0.4-0.8:2-4:0.2-0.4:2-4:4-8:0.6-1.4:0.2-0.4:0.4-0.8:60-100:90-110。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,加水至含水量为20-40wt%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,加入水搅拌2-4h,搅拌温度为40-60℃。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,滤液浓缩至含水量为60-80wt%。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述营养均衡的藕粉制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,加入混合料搅拌1-2h,搅拌温度为50-60℃。
