6.根据权利要求3所述的一种姜糖含片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5所述烘干过程,烘干温度为60~80℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种姜糖含片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5所述烘干过程,烘干时摊盘厚度要一致,随时观察颗粒情况,防止糖化现象;期间要翻炕1~2次。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种姜糖含片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S6所述总混过程,总混时间设为30分钟。
