Abstract

本发明公开一种石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,能够有效解决钛合金工件喷涂石墨胶剂时易流挂、工件不易着漆的问题,从而提高钛合金工件表面喷涂质量。包括喷涂工序的改进和涂层干燥工序的改进,其中喷涂工序的改进为:在钛合金工件喷涂前,先将钛合金工件加热至设定温度,然后立刻喷涂石墨胶剂,同时保证厚喷。对涂层干燥工序的改进为:将喷涂完石墨胶剂的钛合金工件进行高温干燥,由于水剂石墨易流挂,利用高温,能够让石墨水剂在钛合金表面迅速干燥,从而贴紧钛合金工件。

一种石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法
技术领域
发明涉及一种工艺方法,具体涉及一种喷涂工艺方法。
背景技术
目前在钛合金工件表面喷涂石墨胶剂的工艺流程为:1、钛合金工件丙酮除油;2、室温下干燥工件30min~50min;3、室温下,在钛合金工件表面直接喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料;4、室温下干燥涂层30min~50min;5、喷涂(重复工序3);6、室温干燥涂层(重复工序4);7、喷涂(重复工序3);7、喷涂(重复工序3);9、交检。
上述工艺方法存在的问题为:在钛合金工件表面喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料后,由于水墨胶剂的水性特点,在干燥涂层的过程中,水墨胶剂顺着钛合金工件表面流挂,不易成膜,虽然反复喷涂多次,涂层仍然不均。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,能够有效解决钛合金工件喷涂石墨胶剂时易流挂、工件不易着漆的问题,从而提高钛合金工件表面喷涂质量。
所述的石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法为,待喷涂的工件为钛合金工件,喷涂前,先将所述钛合金工件加热至设定温度,然后再喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料,得到石墨胶剂涂层;完成一次喷涂后,在设定温度下对所述钛合金工件表面的石墨胶剂涂层进行高温干燥。
具体步骤为:
步骤一:钛合金工件丙酮除油;
步骤二:室温条件下干燥钛合金工件30min~50min;
步骤三:将钛合金工件预热至设定温度;
步骤四:喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料:在加热后的钛合金工件表面直接喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料喷涂;
步骤五:石墨胶剂涂层高温干燥:喷涂完成后,在设定温度下对所述钛合金工件表面的石墨胶剂涂层进行高温干燥,高温干燥时间10min~20min;
步骤六:重复上述步骤四和步骤五,直至喷涂次数达到设定要求;
步骤七:室温干燥石墨胶剂涂层30min~50min。
有益效果:
该工艺方法通过对工件先预热至设定的温度再喷涂,解决了钛合金工件喷涂石墨胶剂时,易流挂、工件不易着漆的质量问题,提高了钛合金工件表面喷涂质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
本实施例提供一种在钛合金工件的表面喷涂石墨胶剂的喷涂工艺方法,采用该喷涂工艺能够在钛合金工件表面获得均匀的涂层,从而有效提高钛合金工件表面喷涂质量。
其中喷涂工序的改进为:在钛合金工件喷涂前,先将钛合金工件放进烘箱内加热,炉内温度达150℃)后,保温5min;然后将钛合金工件迅速取出,立刻喷涂石墨胶剂,同时保证厚喷。
对涂层干燥工序的改进为:将喷涂完石墨胶剂的钛合金工件立刻放回烘箱(烘箱内温度为150℃),由于水剂石墨易流挂,利用高温,能够让石墨水剂在钛合金表面迅速干燥,从而贴紧钛合金工件。
具体工艺流程为:
步骤一:钛合金工件丙酮除油;
步骤二:室温干燥钛合金工件30min~50min;
步骤三:先将钛合金工件放进烘箱内加热,炉内温度达150℃)后,保温5min;
步骤四:喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料:将加热后的钛合金工件迅速取出,立刻在钛合金工件表面直接喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料喷涂(厚喷),喷涂方法采用空气喷涂;
步骤五:涂层高温干燥:喷涂完成后,将钛合金工件立刻放回烘箱(此时烘箱处于150℃)保温状态),对涂层进行随炉干燥,利用高温,让石墨水剂在钛合金表面迅速干燥,高温干燥时间10min-20min;
步骤六:重复上述步骤四-步骤五两次,即喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料-涂层高温干燥-喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料-涂层高温干燥,由此完成三次喷涂;
步骤七:涂层室温干燥30min-50min;
步骤八:交检。

Claims (5)

1.一种石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,待喷涂的工件为钛合金工件,其特征在于,喷涂前,先将所述钛合金工件加热至设定温度,然后再喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料,得到石墨胶剂涂层;完成一次喷涂后,在设定温度下对所述钛合金工件表面的石墨胶剂涂层进行高温干燥。
2.如权利要求1所述的石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
步骤一:钛合金工件丙酮除油;
步骤二:室温条件下干燥钛合金工件30min~50min;
步骤三:将钛合金工件预热至设定温度;
步骤四:喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料:在加热后的钛合金工件表面直接喷涂胶体石墨水剂涂料喷涂;
步骤五:石墨胶剂涂层高温干燥:喷涂完成后,在设定温度下对所述钛合金工件表面的石墨胶剂涂层进行高温干燥,高温干燥时间10min~20min;
步骤六:重复上述步骤四和步骤五,直至喷涂次数达到设定要求;
步骤七:室温干燥石墨胶剂涂层30min~50min。
3.如权利要求2所述的石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中将所述钛合金工件放至烘箱内加热至设定温度,并使所述烘箱处于保温状态;所述步骤五中将喷涂完成后的所述钛合金工件放回至保温状态的烘箱内进行高温干燥,高温干燥完成后,拿出所述钛合金工件直接进行下一次喷涂。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,其特征在于,喷涂前,先将所述钛合金工件加热至100℃~150℃。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的石墨胶剂喷涂工艺方法,其特征在于,对石墨胶剂涂层进行高温干燥的温度为100℃~150℃。
