Abstract

本发明可对家具、墙、柱或其它物体的表面提供 保护和装饰,尽管上述表面可为曲面或具有多个平 面。本发明包括有支承件1,该支承件1根据其使用 场合可为柔性或刚性以及具有不同的厚度和材料,支 承件1借助粘接层2连有木板3。板3经铣削形成 一些节段4,该节段4重复构成一定形状,板3上的 一些槽5很薄,它位于节段4之间从而由于槽5所形 成的面板为柔性且不易断裂,这样该面板非常适合铺 设表面所具有的不同形状。

Description

正如本说明书题目所描述的,本发明涉及一种装饰面板,其目的是提供一种具有不同表面的装饰和覆盖方式,尽管上述表面制成曲面或包括不同的平面。
虽然本发明可用于任何待装饰和防护的各种表面,但它特别适合于覆盖和装饰于家俱、墙、柱、船、隔断或类似物上。
人们已知道多种用于不同表面的面板,该面板可提高表面的美学效果或对表面提供防护作用。上述已知的面板中的多数用于非常特定的目的,因此其应用范围受到很大限制。
此外,上述面板很难或不可能用于曲面或包括不同平面的表面。
为了实现上述目的和克服上述不便,本发明提供一种装饰面板,根据该面板所放置的位置,该面板包括具有一定柔性或刚性的支承件,如布、塑料、卡纸板、纤维、迭层金属或类似物。
上述支承件上粘接有板,该板最好为木制,并且通过机械加工而成,从而它带有多个为槽所分开的节段,上述槽处板较薄。这些节段的重复构成板的几何形状。
上述所有节段连接形成一个整体,定义为槽的节段之间的连接没有断开而具有柔性,因此可以将上述面板放到非常弯曲的面上以及具有不同平面的表面上。
在制作本发明的板时,首先将粘接剂涂到支承件上,之后将木制板放于其上。接着对支承件、粘接剂和板所构成的整体加压以使板完全粘接于支承件上,最后,一旦木制板和支承件牢固连接后,将木制板表面铣削成所需要的形状形成不同的节段和槽,在节段与节段之间为木制板中较薄的区域或槽。
由于支承件的柔性和板中节段的形状,本发明的板具有如下优点,即它可适合任何表面,虽然该表面可以为曲率很大的曲面或包括急剧变化平面的表面。此外,本发明的板易于沿节段之间的分隔槽切开。上述优点可使本发明具有广泛的用途,而在每一特定用途中其效能又不降低。另一方面本发明的生产工艺简单,从而可以得到低成本的高质量的板。
为了更好地对本说明书理解,下面给出一张附图,该附图构成本说明书的一部分,在该附图中以说明性和非限制性的方式反映出本发明的目的。
附图为本发明装饰面板实施例的透视图,在这里放大了粘接层和支承件的厚度。
下面参照附图中的标号对本发明的实施例进行描述。
本实施例的装饰面板包括柔性布支承件1,在该支承件1上连有通过粘接剂2连接的木制板3。
木制板3经机加工从而形成多个节段4,它的重复构成一种形状,节段4由槽5分隔开,在该槽处板3的厚度较小。
节段4的截面恒定,它的边缘向上凸起弯曲,但是节段4也可具有其它的几何形状,在节段4之间设有槽5,在该槽处木制板3的厚度较小。
按上述方式节段4之间的连接成柔性而不易断裂,这样当需要时装饰面板可具有相当大的柔性。
因此上述装饰面板可适用具有不同平面或曲面的表面。上述装饰面板的制造包括,在板3上加工节段4和槽5之前先将支承件1上涂上粘接剂2,接着将板3放于其上,最后对该部件加压以便使它们更好地粘接在一起。
一旦支承件1牢固地与板3连接在一起,便可对板3铣削以形成节段4和槽5。

Claims (1)

1、一种用于装饰面层的模制木面板,上述面层用来装饰和保护不同的表面,其特征在于该面板包括有支承件(1)和板(3),支承件(1)最好为叠层并且根据该支承件的使用场合该支承件(1)为柔性或刚性,支承件(11)上粘有粘接层(2),上述板(3)最好为木制,对上述构件加压,之后最好通过铣削方式形成一些节段(4),该节段(4)具有板(3)所带的几何形状,该节段(4)重复构成上述几何形状,在节段(4)之间设有槽(5),在该槽(5)处板(3)的厚度非常小,从而使得所形成的面板在不断裂的情况下能很好地适合于曲面或具有不同平面的表面。
